| The story so far... 1985: Their first album is released, "Hunting High And Low". It sells over 8 millions copies. A-ha becomes megastars. 1986: They release their second album "Scoundrel Days". Selling over 6 million copies. 1987: They sing the title theme to the bond film "The Living Daylights". 1988: They release their third and final synth album "Stay On These Roads". This album also sells good with 4 million copies. 1990: A-ha�s new style is here, with the fourth album called "East Of The Sun West Of The Moon". 1991: Their greatest hits album "Headlines & Dealines" is released. 1992: A-ha sets new audience records in South America on their ass kicking tour. The also releases a video called "Headlines & Deadlines A-ha the video collection" 1993: A-ha releases "Memorial Beach". 1994: They perform at the opening ceremonies to the paralympics in Lillehammer with their new song "Shapes That Go Together". Afterwards the band splits up. 1998: The band does a comeback concert at the nobel peace prize concert with a new song called "Summer Moved On" and their classic "The Sun Always Shines On TV". Later that year they announce that they will release a new album within ywo years. 2000: "Minor Earth Major Sky" is released. A-ha goes on tour for the first time in eight years. 2001: The tour continues. 2002: "Lifelines" is released. The "Homecoming" DVD is released in stores. 2004: A-ha signs a new record deal with Universal records, and breaks their 20 year relationship with Warner records... Releases their second greatest hits album "The singles 1984 - 2004" 2005: Analogue is released 2006: Touring around the world (including South America) |
