06/01/02 CPW Keyser, West Virginia John "The Paisano" Balsamo & Sarentino vs. Zubov & Johnny Graham (Tag Team Champions) : Balsamo & Sarentino won with a double DDT to win the title. Balsamo covered Johnny Graham for the win who was defenseless to Balsamo onslaught of power.
06/01/02 CPW Keyser, West Virginia John "The Paisano" Balsamo & Sarentino vs. Biohazard & Pete Jannings: Balsamo and Sarentino won after Balsamo distracted the ref and Sarentino hit Jennings with a shoe.

05/04/02 MWF Toledo, Ohio John "The Paisano" Balsamo (MWF Cruiserweight Champion) vs. Zaiden Storm [Title Match]: Good match between both competitors. Zaiden Storm won after King Mustafa hit Balsamo on mistake when aiming for Zaiden. Zaiden is the new champion.
04/27/02 CPW Keyser, WV John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Jacey North [NWA Virginia Heavyweight Champion] Non-title match: Good chain work by both competitors in the beginning of the match. Jacey soon out manuvered the Paisano until Balsamo used some dirty tacktics. Match went back and forth until Balsamo rolled through a cross body ride from the top rope and used the pull of the tights for the win.
04/19/02 CCW Susquenita H.S. Marysville, PA John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Fumar (Best 2 out of 3 falls): Balsamo won first fall via boston crab submission, Fumar won second fall via Fumacity, and while the referee was distracted Damien Destruction pile drived Fumar and put Balsamo on top for the 3rd fall and the win.
04/13/02 MWF Toledo, Ohio John "The Paisano" Balsamo (MWF Cruiserweight Champion) vs. Zaiden Storm [Title Match]: Good technical match until Balsamo got fustrated and used his dirty tricks to gain the advantage in the match. Zaiden was able to hit his finisher but Mustafa came out to distract the ref. While the referee was distracted by King Mustafa, Balsamo used a hidden pair of brass knucles to knock out Storm. Referee turned around and Balsamo exicuted the pin and retained the title.
03/23/02 - MWF Toledo, Ohio John "The Paisano" Balsamo (MWF Cruiserweight Champion) & Kali vs. Bill Yerd & Mz Maximus. Bill Yerd & Mz Maximus won via pinfall.
03/15/02 - ACW Reading, Pa John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Fumar vs. Rob Noxious: Continual mix of control in this match. Many times Balsamo and Noxious would both attack Fumar with double hip toss and other double team moves. Rob Caught Fumar in mid air and tossed him in a fall away slam on top of Balsamo. When he turned around Fumar had the pin and the win.
03/09/02 - MWF Toledo, Ohio John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Bill Yerd (MWF Cruiserweight Champion) [Title Match]: Bill out manuvered Balsamo in the beginning of the match but was soon cut off by a low punch. Balsamo used the pool stick to win the match and the title while the Exicutioner distracted the referee.
03/02/02 CCW Lion's Club - Marysville, Pa John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Larry Brown (U.S. Title Match): After Balsamo degraded the crowd and challanged any Redneck in the area, Larry Brown's music hit and he came out from the back to accept the challange. Balsamo tried to sneak attack the vetran but was only outsmarted by a flurry of moves. Soon Balsamo went to his dirty tricks and took over conrol of the match with a low punch. After using every tactic in the book to chock out Larry, Balsamo went up for a cross body only to be slammed from the top rope than falling victim to a cresent kick and the pinfall.
02/23/02 MWF Fremont Community Recreation Complex - Fremont, OH John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Doink the Clown: Balsamo was frustrated when Doink outsmarted him a few times and began to use dirty tricks of his own to take control of the match. Continually breaking the rules John came close to disqualification. After missing a closeline, Doink rolled him up for the pin.
02/23/02 MWF Fremont Community Recreation Complex - Fremont, OH John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Fumar: Great high flying technical display of moves. Fumar spring boarded over the top on to Balsamo outside the ring to get a loud applaud from the fans. Great back and forth activities. After Fumar missed the Fumador, Balsamo rolled him up with a pull of the tights for the win.
02/22/02 Lebanon, Pa LWF John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Fumar: Balsamo outmanuvered Fumar in the beginning of the match and bailed out of the ring. Balsamo then climbed to the top turnbuckle and dove out on Fumar almost taking him out. Both wrestlers wrestled back and for a while. Fumar came close to the win on many occasions. Balsamo quickly tied up Fumar with the Hurricane pin for the victory.
02/16/02 Toledo, OH MWF John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Doink the Clown: Doink attacked the ring with his water cannon and everyone bailed out. After he outwitted Balsamo with his wacky tricks for a few minutes, Balsamo got fustrated and attacked Doink when he turned his back to him. After a visious assault on Doink John tried to finish the clown off with a closeline. After Doink kicked out, the Exicutioner held Doink for Balsamo but Doink moved at the last second when Balsamo charged at him. Balsamo and the Exicutioner collided and Doink got the quick roll up pin for the win.
02/09/02 - Penn State University, White Building NVW John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Kevin Kanevil (University Park Title Match) : Good high paced match between both competitors. After Balsamo placed Kanevil on the top turnbuckle he exicuted a Mafia kick on Kevin. Wasting too much time on the fans Balsamo allowed Kevin to recover and deliver a tornado ddt for the win.
02/02/02 - Mooresville H.S. Mooresville, WV CPW John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Playboy Peter Jannings: Good chain work in the start of the match. Evenly matched until Balsamo used a low punch to gain advantage of the match. After Balsamo missed a moonsault, Peter landed a headbutt from the tope rope. Balsamo put his foot on the rope to avoid the pin. Peter went up again and Balsamo pushed the referee in to the ropes causing Pete to loose balance and crotch himself on the top rope. Balsamo then exicuted a running mafia kick and then suplex Pete while both were balanced on the tope rope. Using the tights for leverage, Balsamo pulled off the win.
01/26/02 - Lion's Club Marysville, Pa CCW John "The Paisano" Balsamo vs. Mike Lawson vs. The Doc vs Nador (4 Corner US Title elimination match for U.S. title): Great high flying match. Nador eliminated the Doc with a modified bossman slam. After Nador guy missed a splash on Balsamo, Lawson hit his swanton and both him and Balsamo covered the big man for that elimination. While the referee was distracted Balsamo hit Lawson with a low blow and covered Lawson. When the referee counted the pin Balsamo used the ropes to capture the win and the CCW U.S. title.
