Abstract: This page describes formation of Vital dynamic Information System and how the material particles and the living system is linked. It also describes how Uncertainty collapses into Certainty.

The second moment of big-bang results in the emission of 16 particles to the center and 16 to the outside from the middle radiating layer [parental zone]. This is accompanied by the emission of 16 particles from the central system to the outside. We must remember that the two systems oppose by ¾. Because of the twist, eight of the matter particles originating from the middle and central radiating system collide in a directly opposite manner in the second order of collision to form eight relative equilibrium systems. The other eight particles unwind to the third state to form a flowing medium. This medium is sucked up by the system emitting the charge. [See Action and Reaction –Third type]

We must note that 16 charges are also emitted from the middle layer to the outside. The outer layer in turn emits 16 charges to the inside. 8 of these collide in the first order of collision to form another layer of non-equilibrium system emitting charges to nature the other 8 pair go to the third state and enters the flow to be sucked by the emitting system. This difference between the collision between the middle and the center and middle and outer is because the outer and the middle oppose only ¼ but the middle and the central oppose by ¾.

The end of second moment thus gives a structure to the whole system. There is a central radiating system [mind], an off centered [future centered] creator system surrounded by eight material systems. The eight material systems surrounding the system represent three pair of left and right schemes and the two directions, to the center and away from it. They together form the information system flexible in all the four dimensions of space. The middle layer of radiating system, which forms the boundary, covers it. This in turn is enclosed in the outer ring of radiating systems, which form the environment in which it survives. With this structure of living system is completed.
