General Plan

I will give both learners and teachers an opportunity to give me feedback on the activities. I plan on having at least one teacher and two students give me feedback. All will be given a written feedback form to fill out that will allow them to give their comments, one positive and one suggestion.

This form will give students and teachers the opportunity to give comments on what needs to be improved on my activities. They will be able to address typos, confusing feedback, concerns with the directions,etc...

The feedback form will allow teachers and students to give feedback on the activites on a 1-5 scale (with 1 being a very poor activity and 5 being a very good activity). They will also have the opportunity to give me any comments that they deem useful.

This brief statement shows how I implemented feedback for my activities. I received feedback from my teacher of the Materials Design, Development, and Publication course, a teacher in the Intensive English Program (IEP) at GSU, and two students.
