December 17, 2003 - Happy Anniversary!
Dear Friends, today is the one year anniversary of The Fantabulous World of JOHNNYLEEN!  Happy Anniversary to moi!  And what a year it's been, n'est-ce pas?  How do I even begin to recap all my exciting fantabulous adventures?  Well, let me try.

What a year for travel!  First there was my fantabulous trip to London with bootilicious side trips to Cambridge and Bath.  What fun!  Sitting and drinking in pubs while my friend Carla was off being chatted up by transexuals.  Eating bangers and mash while discussing jaunts to the British Museum and the Victoria and Albert.  And then there was my Scandinavian jaunt this past summer where I studied third level Swedish in Uppsala.  And of course there were more fun side trips there to Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Talinn.  And who can forget my stopover in Iceland where I was invited to that groovy Viking all-night party?

Don't forget my Thanksgiving trip to Germany where I went to Kaiserslautern, Worms, Bad Wimpfen, Freiburg, Mainz, Stuttgart, and Idar-Oberstein!  And no travel page of mine would be complete without mention of my trip down Souf' where I saw the infamous Spam Mobile!

I'm sure if you're new to my fantabulous webpage, you have no idea what I'm talking about.  To read the details of these scrumptidilyicious adventures, go to my diary entries and pick the ones that you think would be interesting or amusing.

Over the past year there were also visits, or vee-seets, as I like to call them.  There was the visit from my auntie last January where we had beaucoup fun.  Then there was the visit from my Scottish friend, Laura, in August where we went to the drag show and one of the performers pulled my tank top off.  And then there was the visit from my German friends, Mannfred and Gertrude, in November where I walked them all over hell's half acre.  Again, read over my past diary entries for all the fantabulous and bootilicious details.

And no year would be complete without a never-ending series of Drunken Brunch Sundays!  Oh le gin!  Oh le tonique!  Oh le filet mignon!

I'm sure many of you have also thrilled to my tales of
CRAPPERTON and the Bumbling Bureaucracy.  Of course, the events in those places didn't take place this year, but they're still so bright in my memory, that they may as well have happened yesterday!  Go back and read, dear Friends!  And if you find it all amusing the second time around, don't hesitate to send a link to my page to all your friends.  I don't have nearly enough public adoration!
