| Bass for "Purple Haze" written and performed by Morgo Uxbridge Electronic Drums created using "Fruity Loops 3.5.6" Mastered Using Cool Edit Pro 2.0 Coming: January 9th, 2006 ($10/CD Orders Only) "Still Alive", as the sequel to escape, shows vast improvement over its predecessor. The production shows 100% improvement, as getting rid of fuzz and pops has made the album cleaner and easier to listen to. While "Still Alive" isnt a showcase of classics and diversity as "Escape" songs like "Another Lie" and "Still Alive" establish a driving chorus which keeps the listener wanting to hear it over again. "Across The Street" and "Don't Let Me Win" show Johnnies ability to make both driving and mellow songs. |

This shows vast improvement as the step is taken towards completely non electronic instrumentals. While this cd has virtually meaningless, comedic songs such as "In The Studio" and "Low Ridaz" there are also songs like "Paint My Walls" and "Mystery & Machinery" which exibit meaningful and well thought out lyrics. The CD has genres from hip-hop to techno to basic rock and almost everything in between. This 16 tracker was released in 2004, and Johnny has yet to top the album |
