When we left Sioux Falls, SD this morning it was very foggy. Then we listened to the weather that said the area was going to have severe weather later which included hail, 70mph winds, possible tornado, and heavy rain. Boy, did we keep on truckin. The rain and lightning moved in before noon and we made a very quick side trip back across the Missouri River back into Nebraska. We holed up in this cafe for 2 hours then safely moved on to Osceola, Iowa for the night.
