| At the end of the movie, Nancy confronts Freddy and tells him: "I know you too well now Freddy. It's too late Krueger, I know the secret now. This is just a dream. You're not alive. The whole thing is just a dream. I want my mother & friends again. I take back every bit of energy I gave you. You're nothing. You're shit!" As she turns and reaches for the bedroom door, he disappears. She opens the door and her friends pull up in Glen's car to go to school. But it isn't over yet! |
| Nancy is having grisly nightmares. Meanwhile, her high-school firends, who are having the very same dreams, are being slaughtered in their sleep by the hideous fiend of their shared nightmares.
