Ward County has partially clarified which lots have buildings. According to the auditor, there are buildings on the Minot Vista lot, the one property in Berthold City, the one property in Douglas City, and all the Kenmare City properties are buildings EXCEPT the first Niederriters Plat. There may be more, he "just doesn't have time to do the research right now." We will be approaching the individual township auditors for more details and pass them on ASAP.

The Minot City Finance Department has sent some further information about the lots being sold by the city.
They inform us that most of these lots are either in areas in danger of flooding, or on the "outer edge of
the city." Some of them have city utilities, some don't, but they are all vacant lots.
The Glacial Point addn lot is descibed as a "hillside lot." The Galmac Fairway lot is described as "flat, river area near east fairgrounds." The Lenox Park Addn. lot is described as located at 15th St. SE and 5th Ave, an irregular shaped lot near the Roosevelt Zoo. The Engers lot is described as a "Level lot, no utilities, east edge of city." The Radio city lot "possibly needs fill, south edge of city behind a commercial television station." All the Arbor Addn lots are described as "hillside, with steep road, unpaved, no utilities." Additionally, the city has one house for sale. The location is near the college and middle school, a "good
older area" with a "busy street." It is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 story home with a newer detached garage, new
basement, located at 590 8th St. NW. The city will take the "best offer over $60,000." However, they have
been advertising it since November 13, and still appear to be trying to sell it, so who knows if they'll take less.
