SLOPE

Slope County consists mostly of grain fields and grazing land. The total population there, according to an article by Steve Brandt of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, is 865, less than one resident per square mile. The county seat, Amidon, has just 24 people. There is no hospital, nursing home, bank, or even a grain elevator in the entire county. But there is a list of tax forfeited property, which does not distinguish between vacant lots and parcels with buildings. We are working to get more specific information.

All properties are in Marmarth City.
