Addendum: We now have the Pierce County list but it does not distinguish between parcels with structures and vacant lots. We are working to get you more detailed information. Pierce County has some of the highest prices we've seen for tax forfeited properies in the entire state of North Dakota. We are working to determine why, that is, exactly and suspect there might be a lot more buildings for sale than just a couple of houses.
Pierce County includes the geographic center of North America in Rugby, a fact which the Community for Creative Chaos used when we "captured" the continent for the Green Party right before the 2000 election.

We have a "partially clarified" list for this county. Everything in Rugby is a vacant lot EXCEPT that both the Serumgard lots are "vacant double wide mobile homes" and the Comstock lot is a residence. We are working to get clarifications for the remaining townships in Pierce County.
