(visual examination of this property shows it to be a large vacant lot. The property
lines appear to include a blue trailer house in bad repair but that is not certain.
It is near a playground and ballfield only a short distance from "downtown Inkster",
such as it is, consisting of a bar, grocery store and a few churches. For somebody in
need of a trailer house in bad repair, assuming it is included in the property, a
contract for deed can be obtained for 25 percent of the purchase price. County auditor
appears unaware of any building on the property and does not list a building.

Visual examination of this property shows it to be a pleasant and quite large
vacant lot with a few shrubs, very near commercial buildings and housing, and
located only a short hop from the property listed above. If you were to occupy the
property listed above, this property could be snapped up as garden space for 25
percent of the purchase price.

This lot appears to be a vacant area next to an empty, moldering antique store
(still stuffed with antiques) and a wooden structure which used to be a television
repair business (still full of t.v. parts) However, since the property lines are
not clear, it may very well include the moldering television repair place instead
of being the lot right next to it. This property is on the same block as the property
above.

Though this area is tax forfeited, it appears to be maintained as a kind of lawn not too
far from city hall. Restoring this area to prairie would prove interesting.

Addendum, re: commercial property in Niagra City. We visually inspected this
property around the end of October, 2000. It is a small one story wood building
which used to be a barber shop ages and ages ago, windowless and gutted but sturdy
enough, with a good sized weedy lot in the rear, right on main street Niagra City
(such as it is) only a block from a lumber store, right next to the post office, just
a short walk from the Niagra City cafe...just a short walk from anything in Niagra
City, actually. Considering you can obtain possession by putting up one fourth of the
listed price, it is a heck of a deal....and it would also be a heck of a lot of work
to make it a livable structure, but certainly the MATERIALS are convenient and close by
right at the lumber yard. We photographed the building and will post a photo when we get
it developed.
