Eddy County has a two story brick building available, with apartments upstairs as well as in the basement. Though most county auditors can't say enough about how run down their buildings are and how nobody would want them, this auditor said the building in
question was "nice" and stated she had been inside of it, and it's downtown. The building is for sale for "approximately $10,000" (auditor didn't have the exact figure) but, as of mid-October 2000, the price was reportedly being re-evalutated and may go down even further.
