The auditor of Divide County states they have two properties for sale, one with "an old residential structure" and the other a vacant lot. He did not say which one was which, however, a visitor to this website who goes by the handle "Fowler" got some information from Divide County, and he states it is the cheaper of the two lots which has the residential structure.
