Betty Jo Nelson, a township official in Reed Township, states that the three Lake Shure lots are vacant, but do have water and sewer hook up. The basic problem with these lots is they need fill, 100 to 150 loads of it. She states that Gerry Gwost, head of the Lake Shure Homeowners Association, has more information about these particular lots.
