Intro:
Welcome to our Virtual Community. A community where unique ideas coupled
with information will be made available. Currently, we have three projects,
all involving tax forfeited land in North Dakota which is available for pennies
on the dollar, cheap land at giveaway prices in this economically depressed
state. As you approach North Dakota, if you look closely, you will see a giant
FOR SALE CHEAP sign towering over the entire state. What we have here are
the specific real estate listings, which we have dedicated considerable effort
to gather, which are now available all over the world with the click of a mouse!
1.) RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. For sale, cheap, to young
environmentally minded bohemians in major metropolitan areas for use as
fishing cabins, or a place to kick back, grow food, and take a break
from paying rent, rent, rent. God knows we can use population here, any
way we can get it.
2.) PRAIRIE RECLAMATION PROJECT. Vacant lots of land for sale for
pennies on the dollar can be planted with prairie grass and turned back
to the earth and mother nature. We have all the lots listed right here.
God speed the Buffalo Commons destiny of our state.
3.) SOW MUCH HEMP, in North Dakota. Industrial hemp is legal in
North Dakota if you jump through all the paperwork hoops. For hemp
enthusiasts, here is a chance to own a piece of North Dakota where you
can LEGALLY grow industrial hemp. Some plots of land are as little as $10.
These are the three projects we have going currently. As our online
community grows and prospers, we will be continually adding new
neighborhoods with links that are formed solely for that area.
The Community for Creative Chaos was founded by John Hoff a.k.a.
Hoffman and usually consists of John Hoff and friends. We were founded
in Seattle and involved in many activist efforts, where our theories and
tactics were discovered, tested and developed. For a while, CCC
consisted of a rented mailbox and, for about 48 hours during one effort,
a paid secretary. Sometimes people gave us donations, more often we did
it alone with our own limited resources. Now we own a building in
Inkster and are rapidly acquiring more property and resources, and have
seen our ideas have a great impact in North Dakota. Our mailing address,

We are constantly in the "developmental" stage and always constructing
plans for something new.
We have an "engineer/architect" hiding in the guise of a webmaster.
Occasionally he slips up and makes a mistake or two, so don't be alarmed if a
link fails now and again. We WILL make a concerted effort to be as accurate
as humanly possible.
