| Dragonflies by Gail-Marie deNeef ( Mom) Dragonflies remind me of you, Beautiful like a rainbow in colours of purple , green and blue.... They are elusive and hard to find, The way I picture you in my mind.... Not to be captured or here too long.... The way it was for you, my Loving Son, John. |
This Is So Wrong... But So True ! If you don't want to do the time.... Make sure you are a young offender and live in Canada, when you commit the crime !!!! ( Mom) |
Walk In My Shoes You haven't walked in my shoes I lost a child you didn't lose, Yet you think it is just a matter of time This will go away and I will be fine, You don't understand what I have been through I pray to God, this doesn't happen to you, The devastion, the anger., the pain that follow Makes your heart, your mind, your body hollow, I don't understand why you can't comprehend I always thought you were my friend, My heart aches with each passing day You my friend are the same old way, Listen my friend you better take heed Friends like you I really don't need, Because if this should ever happen top you Then you will learn to Walk In My Shoes !
