NATS BATH OIL PAGE

AROMATIC BATHS

There are many different types of baths in which we may use essential oils beneficially. foot bath, hand bath, sitz bath, half-full bath and a full bath. The preparations below contain only essential oils. They can he mixed in larger quantities when you find your favourite; oil blends improve with age.Don't be tempted to use more than 8-10 drops in a full bath, less in the other types. To avoid floating 'hot spots' of unmixed oil, it's best to mix the oils with either one tablespoon full-cream milk or almond oil before adding to the bath.
