CITY OF OXFORD
Bernie has obviously visited the Oxford Bus Museum. Here are some of the pictures he took there. Please be patient as they load up (unless you've got Broadband!), they're worth waiting for!
AEC Regent V no. 191 is first, nicely restored to City of Oxford's pre-NBC colours.
Inside the garage, AEC Regal III no. 703, displays its semi-coach livery.
Another Regal III, 727, in bus livery. A rare collection of stuff is in the background, awaiting restoration, I assume.
Now an AEC Reliance, nicely restored. No. 756, with Willowbrook body, a typical BET bus.
Here's something you don't often see in preservation, the company van, in this case a Bedford.
And there's plenty more to see, including Loline L304, an open-top Regent & a VR.
