AP Stat Unit 7:  AP and Final Exam Prep

In this unit we will go through several actual exam questions from past AP exams.  Typically we will go through one or two questions per day.  The format will be to work the problem until complete, then grade it based on the actual scoring rubric used by the AP readers.  The objective is that students should learn what the important elements are that AP readers look for, and that they get comfortable with the exam format.  During this prep period we will also do one or two multiple choice tests.

You will turn in each problem at the end of the period.  I will record your daily scores and give you a total at the end of the review.  Your score for the unit will be your total number of points earned divided by 5 times the number of problems we do.  (Each problem will be worth 5 points).  There will be no other formal test for this unit.

Questions will not be posted on my website.  If you are absent one day and miss a problem, you must do a makeup problem before school or during study session.  Any problems not made up will get a score of zero.  No makeups will be allowed after May 1 unless I am told in advance of exceptional circumstances.
