| 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef (rinse to lower fat) 1 large onion chopped 3 16 oz. Mexican style beans, undrained 1 - 4 1/2 oz. can chopped green chilies 1 1/2 Cups Water 1 Envelope dry Ranch Dressing Mix 1 - 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes 1 - 16 oz. whole kernel corn, undrained 1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix Cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain and rinse. Mix beef mixture with other ingredients in a large pan. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 mins. or longer if desired. Makes 3 and 1/2 qts. of soup. Freezes well. 1 Cup = 2 1/2 Points |
