Try nonfat sour cream with olive brine added to the desired
consistency. This on cold diced chicken with finely chopped green
onion,or celery or other add-ons of your choice,possibly a pinch of
dill(if you like) will make a pretty amazing chicken salad.
If you mix the same sour cream with sweet pickle brine you get a
sweet verison. Okay with finely chopped cabbage and carrots.
