Fettuccine �Alfredo�

Serves 4

8 oz. Fettuccine (4 c. cooked)
1 Tbsp. Margarine
1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. Light cream
3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Grated Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. Salt
black pepper

Cook noodles 8-10 minutes in boiling water. Reserve 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Drain noodles and toss with butter, reserved liquid, and the remaining
ingredients.

6 points per serving.
