0 WW point Super EASY Vegetable soup..


Ingredients:
2  - 16 ounce cans diced tomatoes.
16 ounce can chicken broth.
6 cups water.
Cut up vegetables - any you like, for example:
Carrots, celery, cabbage, bok choy, spinach, zucchini and mushrooms.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in very large pot.
Cover and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
Freeze in one pint containers and reheat as needed.
