This library (DSP_1for2.dll plus documentation) is released as FREEWARE; you may include it freely in your applications. Just keep the name and the version information of the DSP_1for2.dll file unchanged.
You are NOT allowed to disassemble it and redistribute it under another product name. You may disassemble it JUST for research.
You may distribute the whole package (DLL plus documentation), just send me an email first to inform me. But you SHOULD NOT sell it.
