Untitled (Salvia Text Vision)
I’d asked a lot of people which was the way to the show that night. But none of them could seem to find it for me. So we kep wawering the village kept watching flowers and plants what was there in the desert that night
we asked the people if they’d seen asny any left over
snakes and moccasins we put our shoes on over over feet we walked for hours by starlight we wlaked until we came to a canyon where echeoes went down and never came back you could scream for miles and miles and a stream of warm water pulse through it flowers about on your ankles up to your ankles snakes and buterflies and wishing on the campfires
poopulation three for the moment when there’s three of us there
we left the car somewone else left it there
we walked to the canyon and let ourselves go
the clouds came down around the stars like dust said go boys bo boys do what you must
lizards and salamandars know what we mean
the rain will come the rain will come
the desert needs you this lone tree with a thousand cattle
and it’s all calling out for a quiet arid night
cold sweat and the lights have all faded away
we crossed the river into new boroughs and met a village with a different language and laughed when we could speak it
climbed trees for frutit
my friends all came with us
toonight the stars are circled by clouds
waiting for rain
come down
with the canyon flood on me and we’d wash out to see
the mesas were ready with omens for presence
i’d placed my virtues on hold
and said come on now
sstars shine right all night to me
you are beaeufigul enough to kiss
full of light and shine star me
like desedrt like non and the oasis in me
our walk has brought us to the edge of a culvert below in the ithis canyon we scream for what seems like days but it’s only a day and the echoes travel back to tomorrow and we answer our dreams with fulfillment
and never get old if we keep walking
