In early 2003, when North Korea and their nuclear weapons were the big headlines, this shirt made its presence in stores. Given the timing, and the inability to come up with another meaning for the abbreaviation n.k, it's assumed it stands for 'North Korea'. Is this a statement of some kind? Is North Korea to come out on top? Where does the peace and love fit in with the implications of 'on top'-ness and potential nuclear war?
One thing for certain: it's the new style.
