Character Survey

1.  Describe your character in either one or two words.

3.  What is the character's most often said phrase(s)?

4.  What is the character's greatest fear?

5.  What is the character's most prized possession?

6.  List some of the character's flaws (no one is perfect).

7.  Who/what does the character swear allegiance to?

8.  Where does the character feel most at home?

9.  Describe one of the character's childhood memories (Good or Bad).

10.  Describe the character's upbringing, how was he/she raised?

11.  Give a physical description of the what the character would look like to someone seeing him/her for the first time.

12.  If your character could be any animal, what and why would he/she be that animal?
