Atlanta
This statue honors Billy Payne, who is widely regarded as the father of the Atlanta Olympics. At various points during the day, the statue is taken over by a computer and randomly attacks passersby with its heavy bronze club. Heh, that joke never gets old. The statue doesn't really move, and the "club" is actually one of the torches used during the torch relay.
