I started playing tennis a long time ago. I was visiting my cousin in Door County, and he was on a tennis team and looking for someone to play with. So, I picked up a racquet and played. I beat him, and immediately fell in love with the sport. Ever since then, I've played at every opportunity. I played in high school, and since I graduated, I have played my friends here and there. I'm probably about as average a player as you could find. I win about as frequenty as I lose
I wish I had an accurate record of every single match that I have ever played. But, unfortunately, that is not that case. This year, I played a couple of matches against my friends MJ, Voyles and Rich, and my girlfriend, Amy Marie. I was pretty much undefeated for the bulk of the year, until Voyles got a new racquet. But oh well. For the time being, I am abandoning the notion of trying to reconstruct my record for the past four months. Instead, I will simply try and keep track of it from now on...
