PSALMS
PSALM 1
Psa 1:1  Blessed is the man who has not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, and has not stood in the way of sinners, and has not sat in the seat of scorners.
Psa 1:2  But his delight is only in the Law of Jehovah, and he meditates in His Law day and night.
Psa 1:3  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivulets of waters, which will give its fruit in its seasons, and its leaf will not wither, and all which he does will prosper.
Psa 1:4  Not so are the wicked, but they are only as chaff which the wind drives about.
Psa 1:5  On account of this the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
Psa 1:6  For Jehovah is knowing the way of the righteous, and the way of the wicked shall perish.

PSALM 2
Psa 2:1  Why have the nations raged and the peoples are meditating on vanity?
Psa 2:2  The kings of the earth set themselves; yea, the rulers have plotted together against Jehovah and His Anointed, saying,
Psa 2:3  We will break their bands in two, and throw off their cords from us.
Psa 2:4  He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall mock at them.
Psa 2:5  Then He will speak to them in His anger, and He will terrify them in His wrath;
Psa 2:6  Yea, I have set My king on My holy mount on Zion.
Psa 2:7  I will declare concerning the statute of Jehovah: He said to Me, You are My Son. Today I have begotten You.
Psa 2:8  Ask of Me, and I will give the nations as Your inheritance; and the uttermost parts of the earth as Your possession.
Psa 2:9  You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
Psa 2:10  Now, then, be wise, O kings; be taught, O judges of the earth:
Psa 2:11  Serve Jehovah with fear; yea, rejoice with trembling.
Psa 2:12  Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Oh the blessings of all those who flee to Him for refuge!

PSALM 3
Psa 3:1  <A Psalm of David, when he fled from his son Absalom> O Jehovah, how my adversaries have multiplied! Many are the ones who rise against me.
Psa 3:2  Many are saying of my soul, There is no salvation for him in God. Selah.
Psa 3:3  But You, O Jehovah, are a shield around me; my glory, and He who lifts up my head.
Psa 3:4  I cried to Jehovah with my voice, and He heard me out of His holy mountain. Selah.
Psa 3:5  I laid down, and slept. I awoke, for Jehovah kept me.
Psa 3:6  I am not afraid of myriads of people who have been set against me all around.
Psa 3:7  Arise, O Jehovah! Save me, O my God. For You have struck all my enemies on the cheekbone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
Psa 3:8  Salvation belongs to Jehovah. Your blessing is on Your people. Selah.

PSALM 4
Psa 4:1  <To the chief musician, for stringed instruments, A Psalm of David.> Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness. You gave room to me in distress. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.
Psa 4:2  O sons of men, until when shall My glory be for a reproach? Will you love vanity? Will you run after a lie? Selah.
Psa 4:3  But know that Jehovah has set apart the godly for Himself. Jehovah hears when I call to Him.
Psa 4:4  Tremble and do not sin. Speak within your own heart on your bed and be still. Selah.
Psa 4:5  Offer the sacrifices of righteousness and trust in Jehovah.
Psa 4:6  Many are saying, Who will make us see any good? O Jehovah, lift up the light of Your face on us.
Psa 4:7  You have put gladness in my heart, more than in the time their grain and their wine grew.
Psa 4:8  I will both lie down in peace and sleep; for You alone, O Jehovah, make me dwell in safety.

PSALM 5
Psa 5:1  <To the chief musician, for flutes. A Psalm of David> Give ear to my words, O Jehovah; consider my meditation.
Psa 5:2  Attend to the voice of my cry, my King and my God; for I will pray to You.
Psa 5:3  You will hear my voice in the morning, O Jehovah, I will set myself for You in the morning, and I will look up.
Psa 5:4  For You are not a God enjoying wickedness; nor shall evil live with You.
Psa 5:5  The boasters shall not set themselves before Your eyes. You hate all workers of iniquity.
Psa 5:6  You shall destroy those speaking lies; Jehovah will despise the man of blood and deceit.
Psa 5:7  But I, in the plenty of Your grace, I will come into Your house. I will worship in Your fear toward Your holy temple, O Jehovah.
Psa 5:8  Lead me in Your righteousness, because of my enemies; make straight Your way before me.
Psa 5:9  For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is engulfing ruin; their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue.
Psa 5:10  O God, hold them guilty; let them fall from their own counsels. Drive them away in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against You.
Psa 5:11  But let all who put their trust in You rejoice; let them shout for joy forever, because You cover them. And let those who love Your name be joyful in You.
Psa 5:12  For You, O Jehovah, will bless the righteous; You will surround him with favor, as with a shield.

PSALM 6
Psa 6:1  <To the chief musician, for eight-stringed instruments. A Psalm of David> O Jehovah, do not rebuke me in Your anger; nor chasten me in the heat of Your fury;
Psa 6:2  have mercy on me, O Jehovah, for I am weak; heal me, O Jehovah, for my bones are troubled.
Psa 6:3  My soul also is greatly troubled and You, O Jehovah, until when?
Psa 6:4  O Jehovah, return, deliver my soul; save me for Your mercy's sake.
Psa 6:5  For there is no memory of You in death; who shall give thanks to You in Sheol?
Psa 6:6  I am weary in my groaning; I shall make my bed swim in all the night; I melt my couch with my tears.
Psa 6:7  My eye is dim because of grief; it wastes away because of all those distressing me.
Psa 6:8  Depart from me, all workers of iniquity, for Jehovah has heard the voice of my weeping.
Psa 6:9  Jehovah has heard my plea; Jehovah will receive my prayer.
Psa 6:10  Let all my enemies be ashamed and greatly troubled; they shall turn back, ashamed in a moment.

PSALM 7
Psa 7:1  <A song of David, which he sang to Jehovah on the words of Cush the Benjamite.> O Jehovah my God, I seek refuge in You; save me from all who pursue me, and deliver me,
Psa 7:2  lest he tear my soul like a lion, ripping, and there be no one to deliver.
Psa 7:3  O Jehovah, my God, if I have done this, if there is iniquity in my hands,
Psa 7:4  if I have repaid evil to one at peace with me or I have plundered one  oppressing me without cause,
Psa 7:5  let the enemy pursue and overtake my soul; yea, trample down my life to earth, and lay my honor in the dust. Selah.
Psa 7:6  Arise, O Jehovah, in Your anger; be lifted up at the rage of those distressing me; and awake for me! You have commanded judgment.
Psa 7:7  And the assembly of the peoples shall surround You, and over it You will return on high.
Psa 7:8  Jehovah will judge the people. O Jehovah, judge me according to my righteousness, and according to my integrity on me.
Psa 7:9  Oh let the evil of the wicked come to an end; and You will establish the just; for the righteous God is a trier of hearts and reins.
Psa 7:10  My defense is on God, who saves the upright of heart.
Psa 7:11  God is a righteous judge; and God is angry with evildoers every day.
Psa 7:12  If he will not turn, He will whet His sword; He has trod His bow, He made it ready;
Psa 7:13  yea, He has fitted for him instruments of death. He will make ready His arrows for pursuers.
Psa 7:14  Behold, he writhes with iniquity and he will conceive mischief; and he has fathered falsehood.
Psa 7:15  He dug a pit and bored it, and has fallen into the ditch he made.
Psa 7:16  His mischief shall return on his own head, and his violence shall come down on his own crown.
Psa 7:17  I will thank Jehovah according to His righteousness, and will praise the name of Jehovah most high.

PSALM 8
Psa 8:1  <To the chief musician, on the harp. A Psalm of David.> O Jehovah, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth; You have set Your glory above the heavens!
Psa 8:2  Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings, You have ordained strength, because of the ones distressing You, to cause the enemy and the avenger to cease.
Psa 8:3  When I look upon Your heavens, the work of Your fingers: the moon and the stars which You have fixed;
Psa 8:4  what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man, that You visit him?
Psa 8:5  For You have made him lack a little from God; and have crowned him with glory and honor.
Psa 8:6  You made him rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all under his feet:
Psa 8:7  all flocks and oxen, and also the animals of the field,
Psa 8:8  the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, all that pass through the sea.
Psa 8:9  O Jehovah, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!

PSALM 9
Psa 9:1  <To the chief musician, To die for the Son. A Psalm of David.> I will give thanks, O Jehovah, with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonderful acts;
Psa 9:2  I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will praise Your name, O Most High.
Psa 9:3  When my enemies turn back, they will fall and perish before You.
Psa 9:4  For You have maintained my right and my cause; You sat on the throne judging right.
Psa 9:5  You have rebuked the nations; You have destroyed the wicked; You have put out their name forever and ever.
Psa 9:6  The desolations of the enemy are ended forever; and You have uprooted the cities; their memory has perished with them.
Psa 9:7  But Jehovah is seated forever; He has established His throne for judgment.
Psa 9:8  And He shall judge the world in righteousness; He shall judge the peoples in uprightness.
Psa 9:9  Jehovah also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of distress.
Psa 9:10  And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, Jehovah, have not forsaken those who seek You.
Psa 9:11  Sing praises to Jehovah who dwells in Zion; declare His deeds among the nations.
Psa 9:12  For He remembers them, the seeker of bloodshed; He does not forget the cry of the afflicted.
Psa 9:13  Be gracious to me, O Jehovah; see my affliction from ones hating me, be lifting me up from the gates of death,
Psa 9:14  so that I may declare all Your praises in the gates of the daughter of Zion; I will rejoice in Your salvation.
Psa 9:15  The nations have sunk into the pit they made; their foot is taken in the net they hid.
Psa 9:16  Jehovah has been known, He has executed judgment; the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. A meditation, Selah.
Psa 9:17  The wicked shall be turned to Sheol, all the nations forgetting God.
Psa 9:18  For the needy shall not forever be forgotten; the hope of the poor shall not perish forever.
Psa 9:19  Arise, O Jehovah! Do not let man have strength; let the nations be judged before Your face.
Psa 9:20  O Jehovah, put fear in them; let the nations know they are but men. Selah.

PSALM 10
Psa 10:1  Why do You stand far away, O Jehovah? Will You hide in times of distress?
Psa 10:2  The wicked in his pride will pursue the poor; they will be caught in the schemes which they have devised.
Psa 10:3  For the wicked boasts of his soul's desire, and he has blessed the covetous; he has despised Jehovah.
Psa 10:4  Through pride of his face, the wicked will not seek; there is no God in all of his schemes.
Psa 10:5  His ways are perverted at all times. Your judgments are high from his sight; as for all distressing him, he puffs at them.
Psa 10:6  He has said in his heart, I shall not be moved! From generation to generation never will I be in evil.
Psa 10:7  His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and injury; under his tongue are mischief and vanity.
Psa 10:8  He sits in the hiding places of the villages; in the secret places he murders the innocent; his eyes watch against the poor.
Psa 10:9  He lies in wait secretly like a lion in his den; he lies in ambush to catch the poor; he seizes the poor, drawing him into his net;
Psa 10:10  and the poor being crushed, he bows; yea, the poor have fallen by his strong ones.
Psa 10:11  He has said in his heart, God has forgotten; He hides His face; He will not see forever.
Psa 10:12  Arise, O Jehovah! O God, lift up your hand; do not forget the lowly ones.
Psa 10:13  Why does the wicked one despise God? He has said in his heart, You will not demand it.
Psa 10:14  You have seen, for You take note of trouble and vexation, to give back with Your hand. The poor leaves himself to You; You are the helper of the orphan.
Psa 10:15  Break the arm of the wicked and evil one; search out his wickedness until You find none.
Psa 10:16  Jehovah is King forever and ever; the nations have perished out of His land.
Psa 10:17  O Jehovah, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will prepare their heart; Your ear will hear.
Psa 10:18  Judge the orphan and the crushed. No more shall the man of the earth continue to terrify.

PSALM 11
Psa 11:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> I sought refuge in Jehovah; how can you say to my soul, Flee like a bird to your hill.
Psa 11:2  For behold! The wicked will tread the bow; they fixed their arrow on the string, in order to shoot with it at the upright of heart in the dark.
Psa 11:3  When the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?
Psa 11:4  Jehovah is in His holy temple; Jehovah, His throne is in the heavens; His eyes see; His eyelids will examine the sons of man.
Psa 11:5  Jehovah tries the righteous, but His soul hates the wicked and the one loving violence.
Psa 11:6  He shall rain snares on the wicked; fire and brimstone and a scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.
Psa 11:7  For Jehovah is righteous; He loves righteous deeds; the upright look upon His face.

PSALM 12
Psa 12:1  <To the chief musician, on eight. A Psalm of David.> Help, O Jehovah, for the godly ceases to be; for the faithful fail from among the sons of men.
Psa 12:2  They speak vanity, each man with his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak.
Psa 12:3  Jehovah shall cut off all with flattering lips and the tongue that speaks great things;
Psa 12:4  who say, We shall be strong by our tongue; our lips are our own; who is lord over us?
Psa 12:5  For the pain of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, I will now rise up, says Jehovah; I will set in safety; he pants for it.
Psa 12:6  The Words of Jehovah are pure Words, like silver refined in an earthen furnace, purified seven times.
Psa 12:7  You shall keep them, O Jehovah; You shall preserve them from this generation forever.
Psa 12:8  The wicked walk around on every side, when vileness is exalted by the sons of men.

PSALM 13
Psa 13:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> Until when will You forget me, O Jehovah? Forever? Until when will You hide Your face from me?
Psa 13:2  Until when shall I set counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart every day? Until when shall my enemy be lifted up over me?
Psa 13:3  Look! Answer me, O Jehovah, my God! Make my eyes gleam, lest I sleep the death;
Psa 13:4  lest my enemy say, I have overcome him; and my foes rejoice when I am shaken.
Psa 13:5  But I have trusted in Your mercy. My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.
Psa 13:6  I will sing to Jehovah, because He has rewarded me.

PSALM 14
Psa 14:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> The fool has said in his heart, There is no God! They acted corruptly; they did hatefully in deeds; there is none doing good.
Psa 14:2  Jehovah looked down from Heaven on the sons of mankind, to see if there were any discerning and seeking God:
Psa 14:3  they have all turned aside; together they have become filthy; there is none doing good, not even one!
Psa 14:4  Have all doers of iniquity not known, eating My people as they eat bread? They have not called on Jehovah.
Psa 14:5  There they were afraid of terror, for God is in the righteous generation.
Psa 14:6  You have shamed the counsel of the afflicted, for Jehovah is his refuge.
Psa 14:7  Who will bring the salvation of Israel out of Zion? When Jehovah brings back the captivity of His people, Jacob shall rejoice; Israel shall be glad.

PSALM 15
Psa 15:1  <A Psalm of David.> O Jehovah, who shall dwell in Your tabernacle? Who shall live in Your holy mountain?
Psa 15:2  He who walks uprightly and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.
Psa 15:3  He does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his friend, nor lifts up a reproach against his neighbor.
Psa 15:4  In his eyes, the reprobate has been despised, but he honors those who fear Jehovah: He has sworn to his hurt, and will not change it.
Psa 15:5  He has not given his silver at interest; nor has he taken a bribe against the innocent; he who does these things shall not be shaken forever.

PSALM 16
Psa 16:1  <A Secret Treasure of David.> Watch over me, O God, for I take refuge in You.
Psa 16:2  Oh my soul you have said to Jehovah, You are my Lord; My goodness is nothing apart from You.
Psa 16:3  As for the saints in the earth, they are the excellent ones; all my delight is in them.
Psa 16:4  Their sorrows shall multiply if they run after another god. I will not pour out their drink offering of blood; and I will not take their names on my lips.
Psa 16:5  Jehovah is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup; You shall surely uphold my lot.
Psa 16:6  The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; yea, I have a beautiful inheritance.
Psa 16:7  I will bless Jehovah, who counseled me. My reins also teach me in the nights.
Psa 16:8  I have set Jehovah always before me; for He is at my right hand: I shall not be shaken.
Psa 16:9  So my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; my flesh shall also rest in hope.
Psa 16:10  For You will not leave My soul in Sheol; You will not give Your Holy One to see corruption.
Psa 16:11  You will make Me know the way of life. In Your presence is fullness of joys; at Your right hand are pleasures forever.

PSALM 17
Psa 17:1  <A Prayer of David.> O Jehovah, hear righteousness; listen to my cry; give ear to my prayer, for it is not in lips of deceit.
Psa 17:2  Let my judgment go out from Your face; Your eyes see uprightly.
Psa 17:3  You will test my heart; You will visit in the night; You will refine me; You will find nothing; my thoughts do not pass beyond my mouth.
Psa 17:4  As to the doings of men, by the Words of Your lips I keep from the paths of the violent.
Psa 17:5  My steps have kept in Your tracks so that my strides have not slipped.
Psa 17:6  I have called on You, for You will answer me, O God; bow down Your ear to me and hear my word.
Psa 17:7  Set out your wonderful loving-kindness by Your right hand, O Savior of those who trust in You, from those rising against them.
Psa 17:8  Keep me as the pupil, the daughter of the eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings,
Psa 17:9  from the face of the wicked who stripped me; against my soul my foes encircle me.
Psa 17:10  They are enclosed in their own fat; their mouth speaks proudly;
Psa 17:11  now they have hemmed in our steps; they set their eyes to extending to the earth;
Psa 17:12  like a lion who longs to tear, and like a young lion sitting in hidden dens.
Psa 17:13  Arise, O Jehovah, go before his face and bow him down! Deliver my soul from the wicked, by Your sword,
Psa 17:14  from men, by Your hand, O Jehovah, from men of the world whose portion is in this life, and their belly You fill with Your treasure; they are satisfied with sons, and will leave their riches to their babes.
Psa 17:15  As for me, in righteousness I will look upon Your face; when I awaken, I shall be satisfied by Your image.

PSALM 18
Psa 18:1  <To the chief musician, A Psalm of David, the servant of Jehovah, who spoke the words of this song to Jehovah in the day that Jehovah delivered him from the hand of all his foes, and from the hand of Saul. And he said:> I love You, O Jehovah, my strength.
Psa 18:2  Jehovah is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; He is my God, my Rock; I seek refuge in Him; He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.
Psa 18:3  I will call on Jehovah, who is to be praised; and I shall be saved from my enemies.
Psa 18:4  The cords of death hemmed me in; yea, the floods of ungodly men overwhelmed me;
Psa 18:5  cords of Sheol surrounded me; the snares of death confronted me.
Psa 18:6  In my distress I called on Jehovah and I cried to my God; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry went before Him, into His ears.
Psa 18:7  Then the earth shook and quaked; and the foundations of the mountains quaked and were shaken, because it angered Him.
Psa 18:8  A smoke went up out of His nostrils, and fire devoured out of His mouth; coals were kindled from it.
Psa 18:9  He bowed the heavens also and came down, and darkness was under His feet;
Psa 18:10  and He rode on a cherub, and He flew; yea He soared on the wings of the wind;
Psa 18:11  He made darkness His covering, His pavilion all around Him, darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
Psa 18:12  Out of the brightness before Him, His dark clouds passed through, hailstones and coals of fire.
Psa 18:13  Jehovah also thundered in the heavens; and the Highest gave forth His voice, hailstones and coals of fire.
Psa 18:14  Yea, He sent out His arrows and scattered them; and He shot out lightnings and confounded them.
Psa 18:15  Then the stream beds of waters were seen, and the foundations of the earth were bared at Your rebuke, O Jehovah, at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.
Psa 18:16  He sent from on high, He took me; He drew me out of many waters;
Psa 18:17  He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from ones hating me; for they were stronger than I.
Psa 18:18  They went before my face in my day of calamity, but Jehovah was my support.
Psa 18:19  And He brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me;
Psa 18:20  Jehovah rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands He has repaid me.
Psa 18:21  For I have kept the ways of Jehovah, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
Psa 18:22  For all His judgments were before me, and I did not turn away His statutes from me.
Psa 18:23  For I was upright with Him and kept myself from my guilt.
Psa 18:24  And Jehovah has returned to me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands before His eyes.
Psa 18:25  With the merciful You reveal Yourself as merciful; with an upright man You reveal Yourself as upright;
Psa 18:26  with the pure You reveal Yourself as pure; and with the perverting ones You appear perverse;
Psa 18:27  for You will save an afflicted people; but You will bring down haughty eyes.
Psa 18:28  For You will light my lamp; Jehovah my God will make my darkness light.
Psa 18:29  For through You I can run through a troop; and through my God I have leaped over a wall.
Psa 18:30  As for God, His way is perfect; the Word of Jehovah is purified; He is a shield to all who seek refuge in Him.
Psa 18:31  For who is God besides Jehovah? Or who is a Rock except our God?
Psa 18:32  It is God who girds me with strength and gives my way to be perfect;
Psa 18:33  setting my feet like the deer, and making me stand on my high places;
Psa 18:34  teaching my hands to war, so that a bow of bronze is bent by my arms.
Psa 18:35  You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; and Your right hand holds me up; and Your condescension has made me great.
Psa 18:36  You have made a wide place under me for my steps, so that my ankles have not slipped.
Psa 18:37  I have pursued my enemies and have overtaken them; nor did I turn till they were finished.
Psa 18:38  I have shattered them, and they cannot rise up; they fell under my feet.
Psa 18:39  And You have girded me with strength for the battle; You have bowed under me those rising against me.
Psa 18:40  And you have given me the neck of my enemies that I might cut off those hating me.
Psa 18:41  They cried, but no one is there to save; to Jehovah, but He did not answer them.
Psa 18:42  And I crushed them like the dust before the wind; I emptied them out like the mire of the streets.
Psa 18:43  You have delivered me from the strivings of the people; You have made me head of the nations; a people I have not known shall serve me.
Psa 18:44  At the hearing of the ear they listen to me; the sons of foreigners shall bow down to me.
Psa 18:45  The sons of foreigners shall faint and come trembling out of their strongholds.
Psa 18:46  Jehovah lives! And blessed be my Rock! And let the God of my salvation be exalted!
Psa 18:47  He is the God who avenges me, and speaks to people under me.
Psa 18:48  He delivers me from my enemies; yea, You lift me up from among those rising up against me. You have delivered me from the violent man.
Psa 18:49  On account of this I will extol You, O Jehovah, among the nations, and I will sing praises to Your name,
Psa 18:50  magnifying salvation to His king, and working mercy to His anointed, to David and to his Seed forever.

PSALM 19
Psa 19:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> The heavens are recounting the glory of God, and the expanse proclaiming His handiwork.
Psa 19:2  Day by day they pour forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
Psa 19:3  There is no speech, nor are there words where their voice is not heard.
Psa 19:4  Their measuring line has gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world; in them He has set up a dwelling-place for the sun,
Psa 19:5  and he comes forth like a bridegroom from his canopy. He rejoices like a hero to run a race;
Psa 19:6  his going forth from the end of the heavens, and his orbit to their ends; and nothing is hidden from his heat.
Psa 19:7  The Law of Jehovah is perfect, converting the soul. The Testimony of Jehovah is sure, making the simple wise.
Psa 19:8  The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart. The commands of Jehovah are pure, giving light to the eyes.
Psa 19:9  The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of Jehovah are true, they are righteous altogether.
Psa 19:10  They are more precious than gold, even much fine gold, and sweeter than honey and drops from the honeycomb.
Psa 19:11  Also Your servant is warned by them; in keeping of them is great reward.
Psa 19:12  Who can discern errors? Acquit me from secret faults.
Psa 19:13  Also withhold Your servant from arrogant sins; do not let them rule over me; then I shall be upright, and I shall be innocent from great transgression.
Psa 19:14  Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing before You, O Jehovah, my Rock and my Redeemer.

PSALM 20
Psa 20:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> May Jehovah answer you in the day of distress; the name of the God of Jacob set you on high.
Psa 20:2  He sends your help from the sanctuary, and upholds you out of Zion.
Psa 20:3  He will remember all your offerings and make fat your burnt sacrifices. Selah.
Psa 20:4  He will give you according to your heart and He will fulfill all your plans.
Psa 20:5  We will rejoice in your salvation, and in the name of our God set up banners; may Jehovah fulfill all your prayers.
Psa 20:6  Now I know that Jehovah saves His anointed; He answers him from His holy Heaven with the saving strengths of His right hand.
Psa 20:7  These trust in chariots, and these in horses, but we will make mention in the name of Jehovah our God.
Psa 20:8  They have bowed down and have fallen, but we have risen and stand upright.
Psa 20:9  Save, O Jehovah! The King will answer us in the day of our calling.

PSALM 21
Psa 21:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> The king rejoices in Your strength, O Jehovah; and how greatly does he rejoice in Your salvation.
Psa 21:2  You have given him his heart's desire and have not withheld the prayer of his lips. Selah.
Psa 21:3  For You will precede him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold on his head.
Psa 21:4  He asked life from You: You gave to him length of days forever and ever.
Psa 21:5  His glory is great in Your salvation; You have laid honor and majesty on him.
Psa 21:6  For You have set blessings for him forever; You have made him rejoice in the joy of Your face.
Psa 21:7  For the king trusts in Jehovah, and in the mercy of the Most High; he will not be shaken.
Psa 21:8  Your hand shall find out all Your enemies; Your right hand shall find out those hating You.
Psa 21:9  You shall set them as a fiery furnace in the time of Your presence; Jehovah will swallow them up in His wrath, and the fire will devour them.
Psa 21:10  You shall destroy their fruit from the earth, and their seed from the sons of men.
Psa 21:11  For they stretched forth evil against You; they imagined a plot; they cannot prevail,
Psa 21:12  for You shall make them turn the back; against their faces You shall make ready Your arrows on Your strings.
Psa 21:13  Be exalted, O Jehovah, in Your strength; we will sing, and sing psalms of Your power.

PSALM 22
Psa 22:1  <To the Chief Musician, on the deer of the dawn. A Psalm of David.> My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me, and are far from My deliverance, from the words of My groaning?
Psa 22:2  O my God, I cry by day, but You do not answer; and in the night, and there is no silence to Me.
Psa 22:3  But You are holy, being enthroned on Israel's praises.
Psa 22:4  Our fathers trusted in You; they trusted, and You delivered them.
Psa 22:5  They cried to You, and were delivered; they trusted in You, and were not ashamed.
Psa 22:6  But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of mankind, and despised by the people.
Psa 22:7  All who see Me scornfully laugh at Me; they open the lip; they shake the head, saying,
Psa 22:8  He rolled on Jehovah, let Him deliver Him; let Him rescue Him, since He delights in Him.
Psa 22:9  For You are He, My Taker from the womb; causing Me to trust on My mother's breasts.
Psa 22:10  I was cast on You from the womb, from My mother's belly, You are My God.
Psa 22:11  Be not far from Me; for trouble is near; because no one is there to help.
Psa 22:12  Many bulls have circled around Me; strong bulls of Bashan have surrounded Me.
Psa 22:13  They opened their mouth on Me, like a lion ripping and roaring.
Psa 22:14  I am poured out like waters, and all My bones are spread apart; My heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of My bowels.
Psa 22:15  My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and My tongue clings to My jaws;
Psa 22:16  and You appoint Me to the dust of death; for dogs have encircled Me; a band of spoilers have hemmed Me in, piercing My hands and My feet.
Psa 22:17  I count all My bones; they look, they stare at Me.
Psa 22:18  They divide My garments among them, and they made fall a lot for My clothing.
Psa 22:19  But You, O Jehovah, be not far off; O My Strength, hurry to help Me!
Psa 22:20  Deliver My soul from the sword, My only one from the paw of the dog.
Psa 22:21  Save Me from the lion's mouth; and from the horns of the wild oxen. You have answered Me.
Psa 22:22  I will declare Your name to My brothers; I will praise You in the midst of the assembly.
Psa 22:23  You who fear Jehovah, praise Him; all the seed of Jacob, glorify Him; and all the seed of Israel, fear Him.
Psa 22:24  For He has not despised nor hated the affliction of the afflicted; and He has not hidden His face from Him, but when He cried to Him, He heard.
Psa 22:25  My praise shall be of You in the great assembly; I will pay My vows before those fearing Him.
Psa 22:26  The meek shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek Jehovah shall praise Him; your heart shall live forever.
Psa 22:27  All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn back to Jehovah; and all the families of the nations shall worship before You.
Psa 22:28  For the kingdom is Jehovah's; and He is the ruler among the nations.
Psa 22:29  All the fat ones of the earth have eaten, and have worshiped; all those going down to the dust shall bow before Him; and He kept not His own soul alive.
Psa 22:30  A seed shall serve Him; it shall be spoken of the Lord to the coming generation;
Psa 22:31  they shall come and shall declare His righteousness to a people that shall yet be born; for He has done it.

PSALM 23
Psa 23:1  <A Psalm of David.> Jehovah is my shepherd; I shall not lack.
Psa 23:2  He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me to waters of rest;
Psa 23:3  He restores my soul; He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Psa 23:4  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Psa 23:5  You prepare a table for me before ones vexing me; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.
Psa 23:6  Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of Jehovah for as long as my days.

PSALM 24
Psa 24:1  <A Psalm of David.> The earth is Jehovah's, and the fullness of it; the world, and those who live in it.
Psa 24:2  For He has founded it on the seas and established it upon the rivers.
Psa 24:3  Who shall go up into the hill of Jehovah? And who shall rise in His holy place?
Psa 24:4  He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity and has not sworn deceit.
Psa 24:5  He shall lift up the blessing from Jehovah, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psa 24:6  This is the generation of those seeking Him; they seek Your face, O God of Jacob. Selah.
Psa 24:7  Lift up your heads, O gates; and be lifted up, O everlasting doors; and the King of Glory shall come in.
Psa 24:8  Who is this King of Glory? Jehovah strong and mighty! Jehovah mighty in battle!
Psa 24:9  Lift up your heads, O gates; even lift up, O everlasting doors; and the King of Glory shall come in.
Psa 24:10  Who is this King of Glory? Jehovah of Hosts, He is the King of Glory. Selah.

PSALM 25

Psa 25:1  <A Psalm of David.> To You, O Jehovah, I lift up my soul.
Psa 25:2  O my God, I trust in You; do not let me be ashamed; let not my enemies triumph over me.
Psa 25:3  Yea, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; let those who vainly sin be ashamed.
Psa 25:4  Make me know Your ways, O Jehovah; teach me Your paths;
Psa 25:5  lead me in Your truth and teach me; for You are the God of my salvation; on You I wait all the day long.
Psa 25:6  Remember, O Jehovah, Your compassions and Your mercies; for they are from eternity.
Psa 25:7  Do not remember the sins of my youth, or my transgressions. According to Your mercy, remember me, for Your goodness' sake, O Jehovah.
Psa 25:8  Good and upright is Jehovah; therefore He will teach sinners in the way.
Psa 25:9  He will guide the meek in justice; and He will teach the meek His way.
Psa 25:10  All the paths of Jehovah are mercy and truth to those keeping His covenant and His testimonies.
Psa 25:11  For Your name's sake, O Jehovah, even pardon my iniquity for it is great.
Psa 25:12  What man is he who fears Jehovah? He teaches him the way he should choose.
Psa 25:13  His soul shall abide in good, and his seed shall inherit the earth.
Psa 25:14  The secret of Jehovah is with those who fear Him; and He will make them know His covenant.
Psa 25:15  My eyes are ever toward Jehovah; for He shall bring my feet out of the net.
Psa 25:16  Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.
Psa 25:17  The straits of my heart are enlarged; O bring me out from my straits.
Psa 25:18  Look on my affliction and my pain, and lift up all my sins.
Psa 25:19  Look on my enemies, for they are many; they hate me with violent hating.
Psa 25:20  Keep my soul and deliver me; let me not be ashamed, for I have sought refuge in You.
Psa 25:21  Let purity and uprightness keep me, for I wait on You.
Psa 25:22  Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his distresses.
PSALM 26
Psa 26:1  <A Psalm of David.> Judge me, O Jehovah, for I have walked in my integrity; I also have trusted in Jehovah; I shall not slide.
Psa 26:2  Examine me, O Jehovah, and prove me; purify my reins and my heart.
Psa 26:3  For Your mercy is before my eyes; and I have walked in Your truth.
Psa 26:4  I have not sat with lying men; and I will not go in with hypocrites;
Psa 26:5  I have hated the assembly of evildoers, and I will not sit with the wicked.
Psa 26:6  I will wash my hands in innocency; so I will go around Your altar, O Jehovah,
Psa 26:7  to cause to hear with the voice of thanksgiving and recount all Your wonderful works.
Psa 26:8  O Jehovah, I have loved the place of Your house, and the place where Your glory dwells.
Psa 26:9  Do not gather up my soul with sinners, nor my life with men of blood,
Psa 26:10  in whose hand is a plot, and their right hand is full of a bribe.
Psa 26:11  But I will walk in my integrity; redeem me and be gracious to me.
Psa 26:12  My foot stands in an even place; in the assemblies I will bless Jehovah.

PSALM 27
Psa 27:1  <A Psalm of David.> Jehovah is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? Jehovah is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Psa 27:2  When the evildoers, my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
Psa 27:3  If an army should camp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war rises against me, in this I am trusting.
Psa 27:4  One thing I have asked from Jehovah, it I will seek: my dwelling in the house of Jehovah all the days of my life, to behold the delight of Jehovah, and to inquire in His temple.
Psa 27:5  For in the day of evil He shall hide me in His shelter; in the secrecy of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me up on a rock.
Psa 27:6  And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies, my encirclers, and I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises to Jehovah.
Psa 27:7  Hear, O Jehovah, my voice when I call, and favor me, and answer me.
Psa 27:8  My heart said to You, Seek my face; Your face, O Jehovah, I will seek.
Psa 27:9  Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn away Your servant in anger; You have been my help, do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.
Psa 27:10  When my father and my mother forsake me then Jehovah will take me up.
Psa 27:11  Teach me Your way, O Jehovah, and lead me in a level path, because of those who watch me.
Psa 27:12  Do not give me into the soul of my foes; for false witnesses have risen up against me, and the ones breathing out violence.
Psa 27:13  I would have fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of Jehovah in the land of the living.
Psa 27:14  Hope in Jehovah; be strong and He will make strong your heart; yea, hope in Jehovah!

PSALM 28

Psa 28:1  <A Psalm of David.> I will call to You, O Jehovah; my Rock, be not deaf to me, lest, if You be silent from me I may be compared with those going down into the Pit.
Psa 28:2  Hear the voice of my prayers in my crying to You, when I lift my hands toward Your Holy of Holies.
Psa 28:3  Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity; who speak peace with their neighbors, yet evil is in their hearts.
Psa 28:4  Give to them according to their deeds and according to the evil of their practices; as is the work of their hands, give to them, repay their deeds to them.
Psa 28:5  Because they pay no attention to the works of Jehovah, and to the works of His hands, He will destroy them, and not build them up.
Psa 28:6  Blessed be Jehovah, because He has heard the voice of my prayers.
Psa 28:7  Jehovah is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; yea, my heart greatly rejoices; and I will thank Him with my song.
Psa 28:8  Jehovah is their strength, and He is the stronghold of the salvations of His anointed.
Psa 28:9  Save Your people and bless Your inheritance and feed them, and lift them up forever.

PSALM 29

Psa 29:1  <A Psalm of David.> Give to Jehovah, sons of mighty ones; give to Jehovah glory and strength.
Psa 29:2  Give to Jehovah the glory of His name; worship Jehovah in the majesty of holiness.
Psa 29:3  The voice of Jehovah is on the waters; the God of glory thunders; Jehovah is above many waters.
Psa 29:4  The voice of Jehovah is in power; the voice of Jehovah in majesty.
Psa 29:5  The voice of Jehovah breaks the cedars; yea, Jehovah breaks Lebanon's cedars.
Psa 29:6  He also makes them skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.
Psa 29:7  The voice of Jehovah is cutting through the flame of fire.
Psa 29:8  The voice of Jehovah shakes the wilderness; Jehovah shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
Psa 29:9  The voice of Jehovah causes the does to calve; and He uncovers the forests. And in His temple it all is saying, Glory!
Psa 29:10  Jehovah sits upon the flood; yea, Jehovah sits as King forever.
Psa 29:11  Jehovah will give strength to His people; Jehovah will bless His people with peace.

PSALM 30
Psa 30:1  <A Psalm; a Song of Dedication of the House of David.> I will exalt You, O Jehovah; for You have lifted me up and have not allowed my foes to rejoice over me.
Psa 30:2  O Jehovah my God, I cried to You, and You have healed me.
Psa 30:3  O Jehovah, You have brought up my soul from Sheol; You have kept me alive, from going down into the Pit.
Psa 30:4  Sing praises to Jehovah, O saints of His; and give thanks to the memory of His holiness.
Psa 30:5  For His anger is only a moment; in His favor is life. Weeping may endure in the evening, but joy comes in the morning.
Psa 30:6  And in my prosperity, I said, I shall never be moved forever.
Psa 30:7  O Jehovah, in Your favor You have made my strong mountain to stand; You hid Your face; I was troubled;
Psa 30:8  I called to You, O Jehovah; yea, I prayed to Jehovah.
Psa 30:9  What profit is in my blood, in going down to the Pit? Shall the dust praise You? Shall it tell of Your truth?
Psa 30:10  Hear, O Jehovah, and favor me; O Jehovah, be my helper.
Psa 30:11  You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have loosed my sackcloth and have clothed me with gladness.
Psa 30:12  So my glory shall praise You, and not be quiet; O Jehovah, my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

PSALM 31
Psa 31:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> In You, O Jehovah, I sought refuge; let me never be ashamed; deliver me in Your righteousness.
Psa 31:2  Bow down Your ear to me; deliver me quickly, be a strong rock to me, for a house of fortresses to save me.
Psa 31:3  For You are my Rock and my Fortress; and for Your name's sake lead me and guide me.
Psa 31:4  Bring me out of the net that they hid for me, for You are my strength.
Psa 31:5  Into Your hand I commit My spirit; You have redeemed Me, O Jehovah, God of truth.
Psa 31:6  I have hated those keeping worthless idols; but I trust in Jehovah.
Psa 31:7  And I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy; for You have seen my affliction; You have known the distresses in my soul;
Psa 31:8  and have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a broad place.
Psa 31:9  Be gracious to me, O Jehovah, for I am in trouble; my eye has wasted away with grief, my soul and my belly.
Psa 31:10  For my life is ending with grief, and my years with sighing; my strength fails because of my iniquity, and my bones have wasted away.
Psa 31:11  I was a reproach among all my foes, but exceedingly to my neighbors; and I was a dread to my friends; those seeing me fled outside from me.
Psa 31:12  I am forgotten like one dead from the heart; I am like a perishing vessel.
Psa 31:13  For I have heard the slander of many; fear is all around; because they are fixing plots together against me, they planned to take away my life.
Psa 31:14  But I trusted in You, O Jehovah; I said, You are my God.
Psa 31:15  My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who pursue me.
Psa 31:16  Make Your face shine on Your servant; save me in Your mercy.
Psa 31:17  Let me not be ashamed, O Jehovah; for I have called upon You; let the wicked be ashamed; let them be silent in Sheol.
Psa 31:18  Let the lying lips be silenced which speak recklessly against the righteous with pride and scorn.
Psa 31:19  How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You; You have worked for those who trust in You before the sons of mankind.
Psa 31:20  In the secrecy of Your presence You shall hide them from man's plots; You shall cover them in a booth, from the strife of tongues.
Psa 31:21  Blessed be Jehovah, for He has worked His mercy wondrously to me in a besieged city.
Psa 31:22  For I said in my haste, I am cut off from Your eyes; surely You heard the voice of my prayers when I cried to You.
Psa 31:23  O love Jehovah, all you saints of His; Jehovah preserves the faithful, and abundantly repays the proud doer.
Psa 31:24  Be strong, and He will make your heart stronger, all you who hope in Jehovah.

PSALM 32
Psa 32:1  <A Psalm of David. A Contemplation.> Blessed is he whose transgression is lifted, whose sin is covered.
Psa 32:2  Blessed is the man to whom Jehovah does not charge iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
Psa 32:3  When I kept silence, then my bones became old, through my howling all day.
Psa 32:4  For by day and by night Your hand was heavy on me; my sap was turned into the droughts of summer. Selah.
Psa 32:5  I confessed my sin to You, and I have not hidden my iniquity; I said, I will confess over my transgression to Jehovah; and You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
Psa 32:6  On account of this let every godly one pray to You, at a time of finding; surely, when great floods come they will not reach him.
Psa 32:7  You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
Psa 32:8  I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you, My eye shall be on you.
Psa 32:9  Be not like the horse, like the mule, with no understanding; with bit and bridle his gear to be held in, that they do not come near you.
Psa 32:10  Many sorrows are to the wicked; but he who trusts in Jehovah, mercy embraces him.
Psa 32:11  Be glad in Jehovah and rejoice, you righteous ones; and all the upright in heart, shout for joy.

PSALM 33
Psa 33:1  Rejoice in Jehovah, O righteous ones; praise is becoming to the upright.
Psa 33:2  Give thanks to Jehovah with the lyre; sing to Him with a harp of ten strings.
Psa 33:3  Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully, with shouts of joy.
Psa 33:4  For the Word of Jehovah is right, and all His works are in truth.
Psa 33:5  He loves righteousness and judgment; the mercy of Jehovah fills the earth.
Psa 33:6  Through the Word of Jehovah the heavens were made; and all their host were made by the breath of His mouth.
Psa 33:7  The waters of the sea were gathered like a heap, setting the depths in storehouses.
Psa 33:8  Let all the earth fear Jehovah; let all those living in the world stand in awe of Him.
Psa 33:9  For He spoke, and it came into being; He commanded, and it stood fast.
Psa 33:10  Jehovah voids the counsel of the nations, He frustrates the thoughts of the peoples.
Psa 33:11  Jehovah's counsel stands forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.
Psa 33:12  Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, the people He has elected for His inheritance.
Psa 33:13  Jehovah looks down from Heaven; He sees all the sons of mankind.
Psa 33:14  From His dwellingplace He looks on all the ones living in the earth.
Psa 33:15  He forms the heart; He understands all their works.
Psa 33:16  The king is not saved by great force; a mighty man is not saved by great strength.
Psa 33:17  A horse is a vain thing for safety; nor does he save by his great strength.
Psa 33:18  Behold the eye of Jehovah is to those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy;
Psa 33:19  to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
Psa 33:20  Our soul waits for Jehovah; He is our help and shield.
Psa 33:21  For our heart rejoices in Him because we trust in His holy name.
Psa 33:22  Let Your mercy be upon us, O Jehovah, even as we trust in You.

PSALM 34
Psa 34:1  <A Psalm of David, when he changed his behavior before Abimelech; and he drove him away, and he went.> I will bless Jehovah at all times; His praise shall always be in my mouth.
Psa 34:2  My soul shall make its boast in Jehovah; the humble shall hear and be glad.
Psa 34:3  O magnify Jehovah with me; and let us exalt His name together.
Psa 34:4  I sought Jehovah, and He answered me, and delivered me out of all my fear.
Psa 34:5  They looked to Him and were filled with light; and their faces were not ashamed.
Psa 34:6  This poor man cried; and Jehovah heard, and saved him out of all his distress.
Psa 34:7  The Angel of Jehovah camps around those who fear Him, and He sets them free.
Psa 34:8  Taste and see that Jehovah is good; blessed is the man seeking refuge in Him.
Psa 34:9  Fear Jehovah, His saints, for they who fear Him lack nothing.
Psa 34:10  The young lions have lacked and been hungry; but they who seek Jehovah shall not lack any good thing.
Psa 34:11  My sons, come, listen to Me; I will make known to you the fear of Jehovah.
Psa 34:12  Who is the man who desires life, who loves days in order to see good?
Psa 34:13  Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking guile;
Psa 34:14  depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
Psa 34:15  The eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous; and His ears are open to their cry.
Psa 34:16  The face of Jehovah is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth.
Psa 34:17  The righteous cry, and Jehovah hears; and He saves them out of all their distresses.
Psa 34:18  Jehovah is near to the broken of heart; and He saves the crushed of spirit.
Psa 34:19  Many are the evils of the righteous, but Jehovah helps him out of them all,
Psa 34:20  keeping all His bones; not one of them is broken.
Psa 34:21  Evil shall slay the wicked; yea, those who hate the righteous shall become guilty.
Psa 34:22  Jehovah is redeeming the soul of His servants; and none of those who trust in Him shall be guilty.

PSALM 35
Psa 35:1  <A Psalm of David.> O Jehovah, contend with those who strive against me; fight those who fight against me.
Psa 35:2  Take hold of a shield and buckler, and arise as my help.
Psa 35:3  Draw out the spear and close ranks to meet my pursuers; say to my soul, I am your salvation.
Psa 35:4  Let those who seek my soul be ashamed and disgraced; let them be turned back and brought to confusion, those who plot evil to me.
Psa 35:5  Let them be as chaff before the wind, and the Angel of Jehovah driving away.
Psa 35:6  Let their way be dark and slippery, and the Angel of Jehovah their pursuer.
Psa 35:7  For they have hidden their pit-net for me without cause; without cause they have dug for my soul.
Psa 35:8  Let destruction come on him; he will not know; and let his net which he concealed catch him; let him fall in it, into destruction.
Psa 35:9  And my soul shall be joyful in Jehovah; it will rejoice in His salvation.
Psa 35:10  All my bones shall say: O Jehovah, who is like You, who delivers the poor from those stronger than he; yes, the poor and needy from his plunderer?
Psa 35:11  Witnesses of violence rise up; they asked me what I did not know;
Psa 35:12  they rewarded me evil for good, bereaving my soul.
Psa 35:13  But in their sickness, my clothing was sackcloth; I humbled my soul with fastings; and my prayer returned to my bosom.
Psa 35:14  I walked as a friend, as to my brother; as one who mourns a mother, I was bowed down mourning.
Psa 35:15  But they rejoiced in my limping; and assembling the defamers assembled themselves against me; and I did not know; they tore and were not silent;
Psa 35:16  with the ungodly they were mockers for a cake, gnashing their teeth on me.
Psa 35:17  O Lord, how long will You look on? Draw back my soul from their desolations, my only one from the lions.
Psa 35:18  I will thank You in the great assembly, and I will praise You among a mighty people.
Psa 35:19  Let not my lying enemies rejoice over me; do not let those who hate me without cause wink the eye.
Psa 35:20  For they do not speak peace; but they devise deceitful things against the quiet ones of the earth.
Psa 35:21  And they open their mouth wide against me; they say, Aha! Aha! Our eyes have seen.
Psa 35:22  You have seen, O Jehovah; do not keep silence, O Lord, do not be far from me.
Psa 35:23  Stir Yourself and awaken to my judgment, to my cause, my God and my Lord.
Psa 35:24  Judge me, O Jehovah my God, according to Your righteousness; and do not let them rejoice over me.
Psa 35:25  Let them not say in their hearts, Aha! Our soul! Let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
Psa 35:26  Let them be ashamed and be confounded together, the ones who rejoice at my evil; let them be clothed with shame and dishonor, the ones who magnify themselves against me.
Psa 35:27  Let those who delight in my justification shout and rejoice; and they shall say without ceasing, Jehovah be magnified, delighting in the peace of His servant.
Psa 35:28  And my tongue will speak of Your righteousness and of Your praise all the day.

PSALM 36
Psa 36:1  <To the chief musician; of the servant of Jehovah; of David.> The oracle utters transgression to the wicked within my heart, There is no fear of God before his eyes.
Psa 36:2  For he flatters himself in his own eyes, to find his iniquity to be hated.
Psa 36:3  The words of his mouth are wickedness and deceit; he ceases to act wisely, to do good.
Psa 36:4  He plots iniquity on his bed; he sets himself on a way that is not good; he does not hate evil.
Psa 36:5  Your mercy, O Jehovah, is in the heavens, Your faithfulness to the clouds.
Psa 36:6  Your righteousness is like the hills of God; Your judgments are a great deep; O Jehovah, You preserve animal and man.
Psa 36:7  How precious is Your mercy, O God! And the sons of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings.
Psa 36:8  They shall be satisfied from the abundance of Your house; and You make them drink the torrent of Your pleasures.
Psa 36:9  For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.
Psa 36:10  O continue Your mercy to the ones knowing You, and Your righteousness to the upright of heart.
Psa 36:11  Do not let the foot of pride come to me; and let not the hand of the wicked move me.
Psa 36:12  There the workers of evil have fallen; they are cast down and are not able to rise.

PSALM 37
Psa 37:1  <A Psalm of David.> Do not inflame yourself with evildoers; and do not be envious against workers of perversity;
Psa 37:2  for they soon wither like grass and fade like the green herb.
Psa 37:3  Trust in Jehovah and do good; live in the land and feed on faithfulness.
Psa 37:4  And delight yourself in Jehovah, that He may give you your heart's desire.
Psa 37:5  Roll your way on Jehovah and trust in Him; and He will work.
Psa 37:6  And He will bring forth your righteousness like the light; and your judgment like the noon day.
Psa 37:7  Rest in Jehovah and wait patiently for Him; inflame not yourself with him who prospers in his way, with the man practicing evil wiles.
Psa 37:8  Abstain from anger and cease from fury; also do not inflame yourself to do evil.
Psa 37:9  For evildoers shall be cut off; and the ones waiting on Jehovah, they shall inherit the earth.
Psa 37:10  It is but a little while and the wicked shall not be; yea, you shall consider his place, and he is not.
Psa 37:11  But the meek shall inherit the earth; yea, they shall delight themselves in abundant peace.
Psa 37:12  The wicked plots against the righteous and gnashes on him with his teeth;
Psa 37:13  the Lord laughs at him, for He sees that his day is coming.
Psa 37:14  The wicked have drawn out the sword and they have trodden their bow, to cause the poor and needy to fall, to kill those who walk uprightly.
Psa 37:15  Their sword shall enter into their heart, and their bows shall be broken.
Psa 37:16  A little to the righteous is better than the abundance of many wicked.
Psa 37:17  For the arms of the wicked shall be broken; but Jehovah upholds the righteous.
Psa 37:18  Jehovah knows the days of the upright; yea, their inheritance shall be forever.
Psa 37:19  They shall not be ashamed in an evil time; and they shall be full in days of famine.
Psa 37:20  But the wicked shall perish; yea, the enemies of Jehovah shall be like the beauty of pastures; they are consumed; like smoke, they vanish.
Psa 37:21  The wicked borrows and never repays, but the righteous is gracious and giving.
Psa 37:22  For His blessed ones inherit the earth; and those cursed by Him shall be cut off.
Psa 37:23  The steps of a good man are established from Jehovah; and He will delight in his way.
Psa 37:24  Though he falls, he is not cast down; for Jehovah upholds his hand.
Psa 37:25  I have been young and am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, or his seed begging bread.
Psa 37:26  All the day he is gracious and lends; and his seed is for a blessing.
Psa 37:27  Turn away from evil and do good and live forever.
Psa 37:28  For Jehovah loves judgment and does not forsake His saints; they are preserved forever; but the wicked's seed shall be cut off.
Psa 37:29  The righteous shall inherit the earth and live on it forever.
Psa 37:30  The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks judgment.
Psa 37:31  The Law of his God is in his heart; his steps do not slide.
Psa 37:32  The wicked spies on the righteous and seeks to kill him.
Psa 37:33  Jehovah does not leave him in his hand; nor does He allow him to be found guilty in his judgment.
Psa 37:34  Wait on Jehovah and keep His way; and He shall exalt you to inherit the earth; you shall see when the wicked are cut off.
Psa 37:35  I have seen the wicked ruthless, even spreading himself out like a luxuriant, native tree;
Psa 37:36  yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not; and I looked for him, but he could not be found.
Psa 37:37  Watch the perfect and behold the upright one; for the end of that man is peace.
Psa 37:38  But the transgressors are destroyed together; the end of the wicked is cut off.
Psa 37:39  But the salvation of the righteous is from Jehovah; He is their strength in the time of distress.
Psa 37:40  And Jehovah helps them and delivers them; He shall deliver them from the wicked and saves them, because they trust in Him.

PSALM 38
Psa 38:1  <A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance.> O Jehovah, do not rebuke me in Your wrath, and do not chasten me in Your fury.
Psa 38:2  For Your arrows sink in me, and Your hand presses heavily on me.
Psa 38:3  There is no soundness in my flesh because of Your anger; nor peace in my bones because of my sin.
Psa 38:4  For my iniquities have passed over my head; as a heavy burden too heavy for me.
Psa 38:5  My wounds have putrefied and rotted because of my foolishness.
Psa 38:6  I am bent down, I am bowed down exceedingly; I went mourning all the day.
Psa 38:7  For my loins are filled with a burning, and there is no soundness in my flesh.
Psa 38:8  I am exceedingly benumbed and crushed. I howl from the groanings of my heart.
Psa 38:9  My Lord, all my desire is before You, and my sighing is not hidden from You.
Psa 38:10  My heart throbs; my power forsakes me! And the light of my eyes, they also are not with me.
Psa 38:11  My lovers and my friends stand apart from my stroke, and my neighbors have stood far off.
Psa 38:12  And those seeking my life lay a snare; yea, those seeking my evil speak ruin, and they utter deceits all the day long.
Psa 38:13  But like a deaf one I do not hear; and I am like a dumb one who does not open his mouth.
Psa 38:14  And I am as a man who is not hearing, and who has no rebukes in his mouth.
Psa 38:15  For I hope in You, O Jehovah; O Lord my God You will answer.
Psa 38:16  For I said, Lest they rejoice over me in the slipping of my foot; they exalt themselves over me.
Psa 38:17  For I am ready to fall and my pain is before me always.
Psa 38:18  For I will confess my perversity; I am anxious from my sin.
Psa 38:19  And my enemies are living; they are strong; and ones hating me have multiplied; they lie.
Psa 38:20  And those who repay evil for good, they attack me, because the good follows me.
Psa 38:21  O Jehovah, do not forsake me! O my God, do not be far from me.
Psa 38:22  Make haste to help me, O my Lord, my salvation.

PSALM 39
Psa 39:1  <To the chief musician, to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.> I said, I will keep my ways from sinning with my tongue; I will keep my mouth with a muzzle while the wicked are before me.
Psa 39:2  I became mute and still; from good I was silent, and my pain was stirred.
Psa 39:3  My heart was hot within me; while the fire burned I was meditating; I spoke with my tongue,
Psa 39:4  O Jehovah, make me to know my end and the limit of my days, what it is. Let me know how lacking I am.
Psa 39:5  Behold, like a handbreadth You gave my days; even my life was non-existence before You;
Psa 39:6  surely every man walks about in shadow; surely they are in an uproar in vain; he heaps up and does not know who is gathering them.
Psa 39:7  And now what do I await, Lord? My hope is in You.
Psa 39:8  Deliver me from all my transgressions; do not set me forth as the reproach of the fool.
Psa 39:9  I was mute; I did not open my mouth, because You had done it.
Psa 39:10  Turn away Your stroke from me; I am consumed by the blow of Your hand.
Psa 39:11  You correct a man with rebukes over iniquity; and as a moth You melt away what he desires. Surely every man is vanity. Selah.
Psa 39:12  Hear my prayer, O Jehovah, and give ear to my cry. Do not be silent at my tears, for I am an alien with You, a pilgrim, as were all my fathers.
Psa 39:13  Look away from me and I will be cheerful before I go away and be no more.

PSALM 40
Psa 40:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> Waiting I have waited on Jehovah; and He turned to me and heard my cry.
Psa 40:2  And He drew me up from the pit of tumult, out of the miry clay; He lifted my feet on a rock; He directed my steps.
Psa 40:3  And He put a new song of praise to our God in my mouth; many shall see and shall fear and shall trust in Jehovah.
Psa 40:4  Blessed is the man who sets Jehovah as his trust, and does not turn to the proud, or to those who turn to a lie.
Psa 40:5  Many things have You done, O Jehovah my God; Your works of wonder and Your purposes toward us; there is none to set them in order to You; I will declare and I will speak; they are more than can be counted.
Psa 40:6  Sacrifice and offering You did not desire; You have opened ears to Me. You have not asked burnt offering and sin offering.
Psa 40:7  Then I said, Lo, I come, in the roll of the Book it is written of Me;
Psa 40:8  I delight to do Your will, O My God; and Your Law is within My inmost soul.
Psa 40:9  I have announced righteousness in the great assembly; behold, I will not restrain My lips; O Jehovah You know.
Psa 40:10  I have not concealed Your righteousness in My heart; I speak Your faithfulness and Your salvation. I have not hidden Your loving-kindness and Your truth from the great assembly.
Psa 40:11  Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Jehovah; let Your lovingkindness and Your truth always watch over me.
Psa 40:12  For evils have surrounded me until there is no number; my iniquities have taken hold on me and I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails me.
Psa 40:13  Be pleased to deliver me, O Jehovah; hasten to my help.
Psa 40:14  Let those seeking my soul to destroy it, be ashamed and humbled together; let those delighting in my evil be driven back and disgraced.
Psa 40:15  Let them be desolate until it is the reward for their shame; for they are saying to me, Aha! Aha!
Psa 40:16  Let all who are seeking You be glad in You and always say, May Jehovah be magnified, those loving Your salvation.
Psa 40:17  But I am poor and needy; the Lord will take thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; O my God, do not delay.

PSALM 41
Psa 41:1  <To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.> Blessed is he who acts wisely toward the poor; Jehovah will deliver him in the day of evil.
Psa 41:2  Jehovah will watch over him and keep him alive; he shall be blessed on the earth, and You will not deliver him to the soul of his enemies.
Psa 41:3  Jehovah will uphold him on the couch of sickness; You change all his bed in his sickness.
Psa 41:4  I said, O Jehovah be gracious to me; heal my soul, for I have sinned against You.
Psa 41:5  My enemies speak evil of me, saying, When will he die and his name perish?
Psa 41:6  And when he comes to see me he speaks vanity; his heart gathers iniquity to itself; he goes outside and speaks.
Psa 41:7  All those hating me whisper together against me; they plot evil against me,
Psa 41:8  saying, A thing of ruin is poured out on him; and, He who lies down shall not rise again.
Psa 41:9  Even a man desiring my welfare, I trusted in him, eating of my bread; this one has lifted up his heel against me.
Psa 41:10  But You, O Jehovah, be gracious to me and raise me up, and I will repay them.
Psa 41:11  By this I know that You delight in me, because my enemy does not exult over me.
Psa 41:12  And I, in my integrity You uphold me, and You set Your face before me forever.
Psa 41:13  Blessed be Jehovah God of Israel, even from everlasting to everlasting! Amen and Amen!

PSALM 42
Psa 42:1  <To the chief musician. A Contemplation for the sons of Korah.> As the deer pants after the channels of water, so my soul pants after You, O God.
Psa 42:2  My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; when shall I come and see the face of God?
Psa 42:3  My tears have been my food by day and by night, while they say to me all the day, Where is your God?
Psa 42:4  When I remember these things and I pour out my soul on me (for I passed over with the throng; I led them to the house of God with the voice of rejoicing and praise, a host keeping the feast).
Psa 42:5  O my soul, why are you cast down and moan within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet thank Him for the salvation of His presence.
Psa 42:6  O my God, my soul is cast down within me; on account of this I remember You from the land of Jordan, and from the Hermonites, from Mount Mizar.
Psa 42:7  Deep calls to deep through the voice of Your waterfalls; all Your waves and Your billows have passed over me.
Psa 42:8  Jehovah will command His loving-kindness by day, and His song shall be with me in the night, a prayer to the God of my life.
Psa 42:9  I will say to God my Rock, Why have You forgotten me? Why do I go mourning when the enemy oppresses me?
Psa 42:10  Ones vexing me reproach me with crushing in my bones, when they say to me every day, Where is your God?
Psa 42:11  O my soul, why are you cast down? And why do you moan within me? Hope in God, for I yet thank Him for the salvation of my face and my God.

PSALM 43
Psa 43:1  Judge me, O God, and strive for my cause against a nation that is not godly. Deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
Psa 43:2  For You are the God of my strength. Why have You cast me off? Why do I go mourning when the enemy oppresses?
Psa 43:3  O send out Your light and Your truth; let them lead me and bring me to the mount of Your holiness and to Your tabernacles.
Psa 43:4  Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, the joy of my delight, and I will thank with the lyre, O God, my God.
Psa 43:5  Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why do you moan within me? Hope in God, for I will still thank Him, the salvation of my face, and my God.

PSALM 44
Psa 44:1  <To the chief musician. A Contemplation for the Sons of Korah.> We have heard with our ears, O God; our fathers have told us the work You did in their days, in the days of old.
Psa 44:2  You drove out nations with Your hand and planted them. You brought evil on peoples and sent them out.
Psa 44:3  For they did not inherit the land with their own sword; yea, their own arm did not save them. But it was Your right hand and Your arm and the light of Your face, because You favored them.
Psa 44:4  You are He, my King, O God; command deliverances for Jacob.
Psa 44:5  Through You we will push our enemies; through Your name we will trample those who rise up against us.
Psa 44:6  For I will not trust in my bow, and my sword shall not save me.
Psa 44:7  But You have saved us from our adversaries and have put to shame those who hate us.
Psa 44:8  We boast in God all the day; and we praise Your name forever. Selah.
Psa 44:9  Now You have cast us off and have shamed us. And You do not go forth with our armies.
Psa 44:10  You make us turn back from the oppressor; yea, those hating us plunder for themselves.
Psa 44:11  You have given us like sheep for food and have scattered us among the nations.
Psa 44:12  For no gain You have sold Your people, and You are not increased by their price.
Psa 44:13  You made us a disgrace to our neighbors, a scorn and a mockery to those around us.
Psa 44:14  You make us a byword among the nations, a shaking of the head among the peoples.
Psa 44:15  My humiliation is before me all the day; yea, the shame of my face covers me,
Psa 44:16  because of the slanderer's voice and the blasphemer, before the face of the enemy and avenger.
Psa 44:17  All this has come upon us, and we have not forgotten You nor dealt falsely with Your covenant.
Psa 44:18  Our heart has not turned back, and our steps have not swerved from Your way,
Psa 44:19  though You have crushed us in the place of jackals and covered us over with the death-shade.
Psa 44:20  If we have forgotten the name of our God, and have spread our hands to an alien god,
Psa 44:21  shall not God search this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart.
Psa 44:22  Yea, for Your sake we are slain all the day; we are counted as sheep of slaughter.
Psa 44:23  Be aroused! Why do You sleep, O God? Awake! Do not cast us off forever.
Psa 44:24  Why do You hide Your face and forget our affliction and distress?
Psa 44:25  For our soul bows down to the dust; our belly holds fast to the earth.
Psa 44:26  Arise for our help and redeem us for the sake of Your mercy.

PSALM 45
Psa 45:1  <To the Chief Musician, Concerning the Lilies. For the sons of Korah. A Poem; a Song of the Beloved.> My heart is overflowing with a good matter. I am speaking of my works to the King; my tongue is the pen of a rapid writer.
Psa 45:2  You are the fairest of the sons of man; grace has poured into Your lips; on this account God has blessed You forever.
Psa 45:3  Gird Your sword on Your thigh, Mighty One; with Your glory and Your majesty.
Psa 45:4  And ride prosperously in Your majesty, on the matter of truth and meekness and right, and Your right hand shall teach You fearful things.
Psa 45:5  Your arrows are sharp in the heart of the King's enemies; peoples fall under You.
Psa 45:6  Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; the scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of uprightness.
Psa 45:7  You love righteousness and hate wickedness; on account of this God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your fellows.
Psa 45:8  All Your garments smell of myrrh and aloes and cassia out of ivory palaces; by strings of a harp they make You glad.
Psa 45:9  King's daughters are among Your precious ones; the queen stands at Your right hand in gold of Ophir.
Psa 45:10  Listen, O daughter, and look, and incline your ear, and forget your people and your father's house.
Psa 45:11  And the King will desire your beauty, for He is your Lord, and you shall worship Him.
Psa 45:12  And the daughter of Tyre will stroke Your face with a gift, the rich among the peoples.
Psa 45:13  The king's daughter is all glorious within, her clothing braided gold.
Psa 45:14  She shall be led to the King in embroidered work; her companions, the virgins, shall be brought to You after her.
Psa 45:15  They shall be led with gladness and rejoicing; they shall go in to the King's palace.
Psa 45:16  Your sons shall be in the place of your fathers; You will make them for rulers in all the earth.
Psa 45:17  I will make remembered Your name in every generation and generation; on this account people shall thank You forever and ever.

PSALM 46
Psa 46:1  <To the chief musician. For the sons of Korah; A song. For the Virgins.> God is our refuge and strength, very much found to be a help in distresses.
Psa 46:2  On account of this we will not fear when the earth changes and when mountains are slipping into the heart of the seas.
Psa 46:3  Let its waters foam; let the mountains shake in its swelling. Selah.
Psa 46:4  There is a river, its channels gladden the city of God, the holy tabernacles of the Most High.
Psa 46:5  God is in the midst of her; she shall not be shaken; God will help her at the turning of the morning.
Psa 46:6  The nations roared; kingdoms were shaken; He gave forth His voice and the earth melted.
Psa 46:7  Jehovah of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is a refuge for us. Selah.
Psa 46:8  Come, behold the works of Jehovah, who sets ruins on the earth,
Psa 46:9  causing wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts apart spears; He burns the chariots in the fire.
Psa 46:10  Be still and know that I am God! I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth.
Psa 46:11  Jehovah of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is a refuge for us. Selah.

PSALM 47
Psa 47:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm for the Sons of Korah.> All the peoples clap the hand; shout aloud with a ringing cry of shouting.
Psa 47:2  For Jehovah Most High is awesome, a great King over all the earth.
Psa 47:3  He shall speak peoples under us, even nations under our feet.
Psa 47:4  He chooses our inheritance for us, the majesty of Jacob whom He loved. Selah.
Psa 47:5  God has gone up with a shout, Jehovah with the sound of a ram's horn.
Psa 47:6  Sing praise; sing praise; sing praise to our King, sing praise!
Psa 47:7  For God is the King of all the earth; sing a psalm for understanding.
Psa 47:8  God reigns over the nations; God sits on the throne of His holiness.
Psa 47:9  The nobles of peoples gather together, the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth are God's; He is greatly lifted up.

PSALM 48
Psa 48:1  <A Song, A Psalm for the Sons of Korah.> Great is Jehovah, and exceedingly to be praised in the city of our God, His holy mountain.
Psa 48:2  Beautiful on high, the joy of all the earth, is Mount Zion, in the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
Psa 48:3  God is known in her strongholds for a refuge.
Psa 48:4  For, lo, the kings met together; they passed by together;
Psa 48:5  they saw, so they marveled; they were troubled and fled away.
Psa 48:6  Trembling and pain seized them there, like a woman in labor.
Psa 48:7  You break the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.
Psa 48:8  As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of Jehovah of Hosts, in the city of our God. God establishes it forever. Selah.
Psa 48:9  We have thought on Your lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of Your temple.
Psa 48:10  According to Your name, O God, so is Your praise to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.
Psa 48:11  Mount Zion shall be glad; the daughters of Judah shall shout for joy because of Your judgments.
Psa 48:12  Walk around Zion; yea, go all around it; count its towers;
Psa 48:13  set your heart on its ramparts; pass between its strongholds; in order that you may report to the coming generation.
Psa 48:14  For this God is our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even unto death.

PSALM 49
Psa 49:1  <To the chief musician, A Psalm for the Sons of Korah.> Hear this, all peoples, give ear, all those living in the world,
Psa 49:2  both sons of mankind and sons of man together, rich and poor:
Psa 49:3  My mouth shall speak wisdom, and the thoughts of my heart shall be of understanding.
Psa 49:4  I will bow down my ear to a parable; I will open my dark saying on the harp.
Psa 49:5  Why should I fear in the days of evil, when the perversity of my ambushers will surround me?
Psa 49:6  Those who trust in their wealth and in their many riches boast themselves.
Psa 49:7  A man cannot at all redeem a brother, nor give to God a ransom for him,
Psa 49:8  for the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceases forever,
Psa 49:9  for he shall yet live forever; he shall never see corruption.
Psa 49:10  For he sees wise men die; together the fool and the animal-like ones perish and leave their riches to others.
Psa 49:11  Their inward thought is that their houses shall last forever, their dwelling-places to all generations; they call lands after their own names.
Psa 49:12  But man shall not remain high in honor; he is like the animals; they shall be cut off.
Psa 49:13  This way of theirs is folly to them, yet their followers shall be pleased by their mouth. Selah.
Psa 49:14  Like sheep, they are appointed to Sheol. Death shall reign for them. And upright ones shall rule over them in the morning; and their form is for rotting; Sheol is home for him.
Psa 49:15  But God will redeem my soul from the hand of Sheol, for He will take me. Selah.
Psa 49:16  Do not be afraid when one becomes rich, when the glory of his house increases;
Psa 49:17  for when he dies he shall take nothing; his glory shall not go down after him.
Psa 49:18  For in his life he blessed his soul; yea, men praise you when you do well for yourself.
Psa 49:19  He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall not see light forever.
Psa 49:20  Man, though high in honor, but understanding not, is like the animals; they shall be cut off.

PSALM 50
Psa 50:1  <A Psalm of Asaph> God, Jehovah God, has spoken, and calls to the earth from the rising of the sun to its going in.
Psa 50:2  Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God has shone.
Psa 50:3  Our God comes, and He is not silent; a fire shall devour before Him; and it shall be very stormy around Him.
Psa 50:4  He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, to judge His people.
Psa 50:5  Gather My saints together to Me, those who cut My covenant by sacrifice.
Psa 50:6  And the heavens shall declare His righteousness, for God Himself is judge. Selah.
Psa 50:7  Hear, My people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify against you; I am God, your God.
Psa 50:8  Not for your sacrifices do I reprove you; yea, your burnt offerings are continually before Me;
Psa 50:9  I will take no bull out of your house, nor he-goats out of your folds,
Psa 50:10  for every beast of the forest is Mine; the cattle on a thousand hills;
Psa 50:11  I know all the birds of the mountains; and all moving in My fields are Mine;
Psa 50:12  if I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is Mine, and the fullness of it.
Psa 50:13  Will I eat the flesh of mighty ones, and will I drink the blood of he-goats?
Psa 50:14  Offer thanksgiving to God, and pay your vows to the Most High.
Psa 50:15  And call on Me in the day of distress, and I will save you; and you shall glorify Me.
Psa 50:16  But to the wicked, God says, What is it to you to proclaim My statutes, and to take up My covenant on your mouth?
Psa 50:17  Yea, you hate instruction and toss My Words behind you.
Psa 50:18  When you saw a thief, you were pleased with him; and with adulterers is your portion.
Psa 50:19  You give your mouth to evil, and your tongue frames deceit.
Psa 50:20  You sit; you speak against your brother; you give fault to the son of your mother.
Psa 50:21  You have done these things, and I have kept silence; you thought that surely I would be like you; but I will rebuke you and set in order before your eyes.
Psa 50:22  Now think of this, you who forget God, lest I tear, and there not be any to deliver:
Psa 50:23  Whoever offers thanks glorifies Me; and he who prepares a way, I will show the salvation of God to him.
PSALM 51
Psa 51:1  <To the chief musician, A Psalm of David when Nathan the prophet came to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.> Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your loving-kindness, according to the multitude of Your tender mercies; blot out my transgressions.
Psa 51:2  Wash me completely from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
Psa 51:3  For I know my transgressions; and my sin is ever before me.
Psa 51:4  Against You, You only, I have sinned, and done evil in Your eyes; that You might be justified in Your speaking and be clear when You judge.
Psa 51:5  Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.
Psa 51:6  Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts; and in the hidden parts You teach me wisdom.
Psa 51:7  Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
Psa 51:8  Cause me to hear joy and gladness; the bones You have crushed will rejoice.
Psa 51:9  Hide Your face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.
Psa 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Psa 51:11  Do not cast me out from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
Psa 51:12  Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.
Psa 51:13  Then I will teach transgressors Your ways; and sinners will turn back to You.
Psa 51:14  Deliver me from the guilt of shedding blood, O God, O God of my salvation; my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness.
Psa 51:15  O Lord, open my lips and my mouth shall declare Your praise.
Psa 51:16  For you do not desire sacrifice, or I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering.
Psa 51:17  The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.
Psa 51:18  Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; build the walls of Jerusalem.
Psa 51:19  Then You shall be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole offering; then they shall offer bulls on Your altar.

PSALM 52
Psa 52:1  <To the chief musician. A Contemplation. A Psalm of David when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said to him, David has come to the house of Ahimelech.> Why do you boast yourself in evil, O hero? The mercy of God is all the day.
Psa 52:2  Like a sharp razor your tongue devises ruin, working deceit.
Psa 52:3  You love evil more than good, lying more than to speak righteousness. Selah.
Psa 52:4  You love all devouring words, O deceitful tongue!
Psa 52:5  God will likewise break you forever; He shall take you away, even pluck you from your tent and uproot you out of the land of the living. Selah.
Psa 52:6  And the righteous shall see and fear; yea, they will laugh over him, saying,
Psa 52:7  Behold, the man who did not set God as his strength; but he trusted in his many riches; he was strong in his destruction.
Psa 52:8  But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever.
Psa 52:9  I will thank You forever, because You have done it; and I will hope in Your name, for it is good before Your saints.

PSALM 53
Psa 53:1  <To the Chief musician on Mahalath. A Contemplation; A Psalm of David.> The fool has said in his heart, There is no God! They have done corruptly; they have committed abominable wickedness; there is none doing good!
Psa 53:2  God looked down from Heaven on the sons of mankind, to see if there was any discerning, who was seeking God:
Psa 53:3  Every one has turned aside, together they are corrupted, not one is doing good, not even one!
Psa 53:4  Have the workers of evil not known, eating up My people as they eat bread? They have not called on God.
Psa 53:5  There they dreaded with dread, where no dread was; for God has scattered the bones of the one who besieges you; you have put them to shame because God rejects them.
Psa 53:6  Who gives from Zion the salvation of Israel? When God brings back the captivity of His people, Jacob shall rejoice; Israel shall be glad.

PSALM 54
Psa 54:1  <To the Chief Musician on Neginoth. A Contemplation; A Psalm of David, when the Ziphites came and said to Saul, Does not David hide himself among us?> Save me, O God, by Your name; and judge me by Your strength.
Psa 54:2  Hear my prayer, O God; listen to the words of my mouth.
Psa 54:3  For strangers have risen up against me; and terrifying men seek after my soul; they have not set God before them. Selah.
Psa 54:4  Behold, God is my helper. The Lord is with those who uphold my soul.
Psa 54:5  He shall reward evil to my enemies; cut them off in Your truth.
Psa 54:6  I will freely sacrifice to You; I will praise Your name, O Jehovah, for it is good.
Psa 54:7  For He has delivered me out of all trouble; and my eye has seen its desire on my enemies.

PSALM 55
Psa 55:1  <To the Chief Musician on Neginoth. A Contemplation. A Psalm of David.> Give ear to my prayer, O God; and do not hide Yourself from my cry.
Psa 55:2  Pay attention to me, and answer me; I wander and I moan in my complaint,
Psa 55:3  from the voice of the enemy, from the oppression of the wicked; for they shake trouble over me, and in anger they hate me.
Psa 55:4  My heart is pained within me, and the terrors of death have fallen on me.
Psa 55:5  Fear and trembling come on me; and horror has covered me.
Psa 55:6  And I said, Who will give to me wings like a dove? I would fly away and be at rest.
Psa 55:7  I would rove far away, fleeing; I would lodge in the wilderness. Selah.
Psa 55:8  I would hasten to my escape from the rushing wind, from the tempest.
Psa 55:9  Swallow up, O Lord; divide their tongue; for I see violence and strife in the city.
Psa 55:10  They go around her on her walls by day and night; and trouble and mischief are in her midst.
Psa 55:11  Covetings are in her midst; oppression and guile will not depart from her streets.
Psa 55:12  For it is not an enemy reproaching me, or I could bear it; it is not one who hates me who is magnifying himself against me; or I would hide myself from him.
Psa 55:13  But it is you, a man of my rank, my friend and my associate.
Psa 55:14  We sweetened counsel together; we marched into the house of God with the throng.
Psa 55:15  Desolation be upon them! They go down into Sheol alive, for evils are among them in their dwelling.
Psa 55:16  I, even I, will call to God, and Jehovah will save me.
Psa 55:17  Evening and morning and at noon I will complain and cry aloud; and He will hear my voice.
Psa 55:18  He redeems my soul in peace from the war being waged against me; for they were many with me.
Psa 55:19  God shall hear and answer them, even He who is enthroned of old. Selah. There are no changes to them; yea, they do not fear God.
Psa 55:20  He sent out his hand against those who wish him well; he polluted his covenant.
Psa 55:21  The butterings of his mouth were smooth, and war was in his heart; his words were softer than oil, but they were as drawn swords.
Psa 55:22  Cast on Jehovah what He has given, and He will keep you; He will not give the righteous to waver, forever.
Psa 55:23  But You, O God, will bring them down to the pit of destruction; men of blood and deceit will not live out half their days; but I will trust in You.

PSALM 56

Psa 56:1  <To the chief musician. Concerning the silent dove, those far off. Of David, a secret treasure (when the Philistines seized him in Gath).> Favor me, O God, for man snuffs me up; all the day fighting oppresses me.
Psa 56:2  My watchers panted for me all the day; for many are proudly fighting against me.
Psa 56:3  The day I am afraid I will trust in You.
Psa 56:4  In God I will praise His Word; in God I have trusted; I will not fear; what will flesh do to me?
Psa 56:5  All the day they pervert my words; all their thoughts are against me for evil.
Psa 56:6  They stir up strife; they hide; they observe my footprints as they wait for my soul.
Psa 56:7  Is escape for them by iniquity? In anger cast down the peoples, O God.
Psa 56:8  You have counted my wandering; O put my tear in Your bottle; are they not in Your Book?
Psa 56:9  Then my enemies will turn back in the day I call; this I know, for God is for me.
Psa 56:10  In God I will praise the Word; in Jehovah I will praise the Word.
Psa 56:11  In God I have trusted; I will not fear; what will man do to me?
Psa 56:12  On me, O God, are Your vows; I will render to You thank offerings.
Psa 56:13  For You have delivered my soul from death. Do You not keep my feet from falling, so that I may walk before God in the light of the living?

PSALM 57
Psa 57:1  <To the chief musician. Do not destroy. A secret treasure of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave.> Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for my soul trusts in You; yea, in the shadow of Your wings I will make my hiding place, until the great destruction passes by.
Psa 57:2  I will cry to God Most High, to God who works for me.
Psa 57:3  He shall send from Heaven and save me; He will shame the one who crushes me. Selah. God shall send His mercy and His truth.
Psa 57:4  My soul is among lions; I lie among those on fire, the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue is a sharp sword.
Psa 57:5  Be praised above the heavens, O God; let Your glory be over the whole earth.
Psa 57:6  They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down; they have dug a pit before me; they have fallen into it. Selah.
Psa 57:7  My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise.
Psa 57:8  Wake up my glory! Wake up, harp and lyre! I will stir the morning dawn with praise.
Psa 57:9  I will praise You among the peoples, O Lord, I will sing to You among the nations.
Psa 57:10  For Your mercy is great to the heavens, and Your truth to the clouds.
Psa 57:11  Be exalted above the heavens, O God; Your glory over the whole earth.

PSALM 58
Psa 58:1  <To the chief musician. Do not destroy. A secret treasure of David.> Will you indeed speak righteousness in silence? Do you judge uprightly, O sons of men?
Psa 58:2  Yes, in heart you work the evil, you weigh the violence of your hands in the land.
Psa 58:3  The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from the belly, speaking lies.
Psa 58:4  Their poison is like the poison of a snake; like the deaf adder he stops his ear,
Psa 58:5  which will not hear the charmer's voice, skillful charmer of charms.
Psa 58:6  O God, break their teeth in their mouth; break out the big teeth of the young lions, O Jehovah.
Psa 58:7  Let them melt away like waters; they flow off to them; he treads his arrows; let them be as though they were cut off;
Psa 58:8  Let them be as a snail that goes into melting, a miscarriage of a woman; they do not see the sun.
Psa 58:9  Before your pots can discern the thorns, whether green or glowing, He shall sweep it away.
Psa 58:10  The righteous shall rejoice when he sees vengeance; he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
Psa 58:11  And man will say, Truly, a fruit is to the righteous; truly, there is a God judging in the earth.

PSALM 59
Psa 59:1  <To the chief musician. Do not destroy. A secret treasure of David, when Saul sent, and they watched the house to kill him.> Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; set me on high from the ones who rise up against me.
Psa 59:2  Deliver me from the workers of evil, and save me from bloody men.
Psa 59:3  For lo, they lie in wait for my soul, mighty ones gather against me; not for my transgression, and not for my sin, O Jehovah.
Psa 59:4  Without my fault they run and prepare themselves; awaken to help me, and look on me.
Psa 59:5  And You, O Jehovah God of Hosts, the God of Israel: Awake to visit all the nations; be not merciful to any plotting evil. Selah.
Psa 59:6  They return at evening; they howl like a dog, and go around the city.
Psa 59:7  Behold, they bellow with their mouth; swords are in their lips; for they say, Who hears?
Psa 59:8  But You, O Jehovah, shall laugh at them; you shall mock at all the nations.
Psa 59:9  O my Strength, let me look to You; for God is my strong tower.
Psa 59:10  The God of my mercy shall go before me; God shall let me see my desire on my enemies.
Psa 59:11  Do not kill them, lest my people forget; scatter them by Your power and bring them down, O Jehovah our shield.
Psa 59:12  For the sin of their mouth is the word of their lips, even let them be captured in their pride, and for cursing and the lying which they utter.
Psa 59:13  Consume them in Your anger; consume, so that they may not be; and they shall know that God is ruling in Jacob, to the ends of the earth. Selah.
Psa 59:14  Yes, they shall return at evening; let them howl like the dog and go around the city;
Psa 59:15  let them wander up and down for food, and growl if they are not satisfied.
Psa 59:16  But I will sing of Your power; yes, I will sing of Your mercy in the morning. For You have been my strong tower, and my hiding place in the day of my trouble.
Psa 59:17  To You, O my strength, I will sing; for God is my strong tower, the God of my mercy.

PSALM 60
Psa 60:1  <To the chief musician. On the Lily of Testimony. A secret treasure of David, to teach; when he struggled with Aram-naharaim, and with Aram-zobah; when Joab returned, and struck twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt.> O God! You cast us off; You broke us; You who were angry; take us back.
Psa 60:2  You made the earth tremble; You tore it; heal its breaks, for it is shaking.
Psa 60:3  You have shown Your people hardship; You made us drink the wine of trembling.
Psa 60:4  You have given a banner to those who fear You, to lift it up because of the truth. Selah.
Psa 60:5  Save with Your right hand and answer me, that Your beloved may be delivered.
Psa 60:6  God has spoken in His holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and measure out the valley of Succoth.
Psa 60:7  Gilead is Mine, and Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim is the strength of My head; Judah is My lawgiver;
Psa 60:8  Moab is My washpot; over Edom I will cast out My shoe; Philistia, shout in triumph.
Psa 60:9  Who will bring me into the strong city? Who will lead me into Edom?
Psa 60:10  Have not You, O God, cast us aside? And will You not go forth with our armies, O God?
Psa 60:11  Give us help against our oppressor, for vain is the deliverance of man.
Psa 60:12  Through God we shall do mighty things; for He shall tread on our oppressors.

PSALM 61
Psa 61:1  <To the chief musician. On stringed instruments. Of David.> Hear my cry, O God, and attend to my prayer.
Psa 61:2  From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart faints; Oh lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.
Psa 61:3  For You have been my shelter, a strong tower before the enemy.
Psa 61:4  I will dwell in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah.
Psa 61:5  For You, O God, have heard my vows; You appointed the inheritance of those who fear Your name.
Psa 61:6  You will add days to the days of the king; his years will be as generations to generations.
Psa 61:7  He shall abide forever before God; appoint mercy and truth to preserve him.
Psa 61:8  So I will sing praise to Your name forever, so that I may pay my vows day by day.

PSALM 62
Psa 62:1  <To the chief musician. To Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.> Only to God is my soul silent; from Him comes my salvation.
Psa 62:2  He alone is my rock and my salvation, my strong tower; I shall not be greatly moved.
Psa 62:3  Until when will you break in against a man? You will shatter him, all of you, like a bowing wall, a tottering fence.
Psa 62:4  Surely, they plotted to cast him down from his excellent dignity; they delight in lies; they bless with their mouth, but they curse in their inward parts. Selah.
Psa 62:5  Only be silent to God, O my soul, for my hope comes from Him.
Psa 62:6  He alone is my rock and my salvation, my strong tower; I shall not be shaken.
Psa 62:7  On God is my salvation and my glory; my strong rock, my refuge is in God.
Psa 62:8  Trust in Him at every time, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah.
Psa 62:9  Surely the sons of men are vanity, the sons of man are a lie; they go up in the scales; they are higher than vanity together.
Psa 62:10  Trust not in oppression, and do not be vain in robbery; if riches increase to you, do not set your heart on them.
Psa 62:11  God has spoken once; twice I have heard this, that power belongs to God;
Psa 62:12  Also mercy belongs to You, O Lord, for You reward a man according to his work.

PSALM 63
Psa 63:1  <A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.> O God, You are my God; I earnestly seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You, as in a dry and weary land without water.
Psa 63:2  Therefore I have seen you in the holy place, seeing Your power and Your glory.
Psa 63:3  For Your loving-kindness is better than life; my lips give praise to You.
Psa 63:4  So I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.
Psa 63:5  My soul shall be satisfied, as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips,
Psa 63:6  when I remember You upon my bed. I will meditate on You in the night watches.
Psa 63:7  For You have been a help to me, and I will rejoice under the shadow of Your wings.
Psa 63:8  My soul is cleaved after You; Your right hand upholds me.
Psa 63:9  And those who seek to destroy my life shall go into the depths of the earth.
Psa 63:10  They shall pour him out by the sword; they shall be a serving for jackals.
Psa 63:11  But the king shall rejoice in God; everyone who swears by Him shall glory, because the mouth of the one speaking a lie will be stopped.

PSALM 64
Psa 64:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> O God, hear my voice in my complaint; guard my life from the terror of the enemy.
Psa 64:2  Hide me from the counsel of those who injure, from the tumult of evildoers,
Psa 64:3  who sharpen their tongue like a sword; they tread their arrows, a bitter word,
Psa 64:4  so that they may shoot at the innocent from a lurking place; suddenly they shoot at him, and fear not.
Psa 64:5  They make themselves strong in an evil plan; they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, Who shall see them?
Psa 64:6  They search into injustice, saying, We have finished a well laid plan. Yea, the inward part of man and the heart are deep!
Psa 64:7  But God shall shoot an arrow at them; their wounds shall suddenly appear.
Psa 64:8  So they shall be confounded; their tongue falls upon themselves; everyone seeing them shall flee.
Psa 64:9  And all men shall fear and shall declare the work of God; yea, they shall in wisdom consider His work.
Psa 64:10  The righteous shall rejoice in Jehovah, and shall trust in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.

PSALM 65
Psa 65:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm and Song of David.> To You silence is praise, O God, in Zion; and to You is a vow paid.
Psa 65:2  To You who hears prayer, all flesh comes.
Psa 65:3  Things of iniquity, our transgressions, are mightier than I; You atone for them.
Psa 65:4  Blessed is the one You choose and cause to come near You; he shall dwell in Your courts; we shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple.
Psa 65:5  You will answer us in righteousness by awesome things, O God of our salvation; the Confidence of all the ends of the earth and the sea, of those afar off.
Psa 65:6  By Your strength the mountains are established, banded together with might.
Psa 65:7  You still the roaring of the sea, the roar of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples.
Psa 65:8  And those living in the uttermost parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and the evening to rejoice.
Psa 65:9  You visit the earth and water it; You greatly enrich it; the river of God is full of water. You provide their grain, for in this way You have prepared it.
Psa 65:10  You fill its terraces with water. You deepen its furrows. You make it soft with showers. You bless the sprouting of it.
Psa 65:11  You crown the year of Your goodness, and Your paths drip with fatness.
Psa 65:12  The pastures of the wilderness drop, and the little hills gird themselves with joy.
Psa 65:13  The meadows are outfitted with flocks; the valleys are also covered with grain; they shout for joy and sing.

PSALM 66
Psa 66:1  <To the chief musician. A Song. A Psalm.> Make a joyful noise to God, all the earth;
Psa 66:2  Sing out the honor of His name; give glory to His praise.
Psa 66:3  Say to God, How much to be feared are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power, Your enemies pretend obedience to You.
Psa 66:4  All the earth shall worship You; and they sing to You; they praise Your name. Selah.
Psa 66:5  Come and see God's works, who is feared in His acts toward the sons of men.
Psa 66:6  He turns the sea into dry land; they go through the river on foot; there we will rejoice with Him.
Psa 66:7  He rules by His power forever; His eyes search out the nations; let not the rebels exalt themselves. Selah.
Psa 66:8  Bless our God, O peoples, and make heard the voice of His praise;
Psa 66:9  Who holds our soul in life and does not allow our foot to slide.
Psa 66:10  For You, O God, have proved us; You have tested us as silver is refined.
Psa 66:11  You have brought us into the net; You laid afflictions on our loins.
Psa 66:12  You have let men ride at our head; we went through fire and through water, but You brought us out to plenty.
Psa 66:13  I will go into Your house with burnt offerings; I will pay You my vows,
Psa 66:14  which my lips have opened, and my mouth has spoken in my trouble.
Psa 66:15  I will offer burnt sacrifices of fatlings to You, with the incense of rams; I will offer bulls with goats. Selah.
Psa 66:16  Come, hear, and let me recount, all you who fear God, what He has done for my soul.
Psa 66:17  I cried to Him with my mouth, and exaltations were under my tongue.
Psa 66:18  If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, Jehovah would not have heard.
Psa 66:19  Surely, God has heard; He has attended to the voice of my prayer.
Psa 66:20  Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer and His mercy from me!

PSALM 67
Psa 67:1  <To the chief musician, for stringed instruments. A Psalm. A song.> May God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us. Selah.
Psa 67:2  That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations.
Psa 67:3  Let the peoples thank You, O God; let all the peoples thank You.
Psa 67:4  Oh let the peoples be glad and sing for joy; for You shall judge the peoples uprightly and govern the peoples on earth. Selah.
Psa 67:5  Let the peoples give thanks to You, O God; let all the peoples give thanks to You.
Psa 67:6  The earth has given its increase; God, our own God, shall bless us.
Psa 67:7  God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.

PSALM 68
Psa 68:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. A Song.> God rises up and His enemies are scattered; and those who hate Him flee from His face.
Psa 68:2  As smoke is driven away, You drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, the wicked perish in God's presence.
Psa 68:3  But the righteous are glad; they shout for joy before God; yea, they exult with gladness.
Psa 68:4  Sing to God, sing praise to His name; lift up a song for Him who rides in the deserts, by His name Jehovah; yea, exult in His presence.
Psa 68:5  In His holy dwelling God is a father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows.
Psa 68:6  God causes the lonely to live at home; He brings out those who are bound with chains, while the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
Psa 68:7  O God, when You marched before Your people, when You walked on through the wilderness. Selah.
Psa 68:8  The earth shook, and the heavens dropped before God, this Sinai before God, the God of Israel.
Psa 68:9  O God, You sent down a shower of plenty, by which You upheld Your inheritance when it was weary.
Psa 68:10  Your flock lived in it. You, O God, have prepared for the poor in Your goodness.
Psa 68:11  Jehovah gave the Word; the bearers of it were a great army.
Psa 68:12  Kings of armies fled, they ran away; yea, she who stayed home has divided the plunder.
Psa 68:13  When you lie among the sheepfolds, the wings of a dove are covered with silver, and its feathers with gleaming gold.
Psa 68:14  When the Almighty scatters kings in it, it snows on Mount Salmon.
Psa 68:15  The mountain of Bashan is God's mountain; the Bashan range is a mountain of peaks.
Psa 68:16  Why do you gaze in envy, O mountain range, at the mountain God desired for His dwelling? Yea, Jehovah will dwell in it forever.
Psa 68:17  The chariots of God are myriads, thousands of thousands, the Lord is among them, in Sinai, in the holy place.
Psa 68:18  You have gone up on high; You have led captivity captive; You have received gifts among men; yea, to dwell among the rebellious, O Jehovah God.
Psa 68:19  Blessed be the Lord: day by day He carries a load for us, the God of our salvation. Selah.
Psa 68:20  Our God is the God of salvation; and to Jehovah the Lord are the issues of death.
Psa 68:21  Yea, God will crush the head of His enemies, the hairy crown of him who walks on in his guilt.
Psa 68:22  The Lord said, I will bring back from Bashan; I will bring back My people from the depths of the sea;
Psa 68:23  so that your foot may be dashed in the blood of your enemies, the tongue of your dogs in it.
Psa 68:24  They have seen Your goings, O God, the goings of my God, my King, in the holy place.
Psa 68:25  The singers went before, then the musicians came; among them were the virgins playing the timbrels.
Psa 68:26  O bless God in the congregations, the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
Psa 68:27  There is little Benjamin ruling them; the leaders of Judah in their crowd, and the leaders of Zebulun, the leaders of Naphtali.
Psa 68:28  Your God has commanded your strength; O God, be strong, in this that You have worked out for us.
Psa 68:29  Because of Your temple over Jerusalem, kings shall bring a present to You.
Psa 68:30  Rebuke the wild beasts of the reeds, the herd of bulls, with the calves of the peoples, trampling down with pieces of silver. He scatters the people who delight in war.
Psa 68:31  Let nobles be brought out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall run up her hands to God.
Psa 68:32  Sing to God, kingdoms of the earth, praises to the Lord. Selah.
Psa 68:33  To Him who rides on the heavens of heavens of old; lo, He gives forth His voice, a mighty voice.
Psa 68:34  Give might to God over Israel; His majesty and His strength in the clouds.
Psa 68:35  O God, You are awesome out of Your holy places; the God of Israel is He who gives strength and power to the people. Blessed be God!

PSALM 69
Psa 69:1  <To the chief musician. Concerning the Lilies. Of David.> Save me, O God, for the waters have come in to my soul.
Psa 69:2  I sink in deep mire, and there is no standing; I have come into deep waters where the floods overflow me.
Psa 69:3  I am weary from my crying, my throat is scorched; my eyes fail while I wait for my God.
Psa 69:4  They who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; they who would destroy me are mighty, my lying enemies; then I give back what I did not take away.
Psa 69:5  O God, You know my foolishness, and my guiltiness is not hidden from You.
Psa 69:6  O Jehovah of Hosts, do not let those who wait on You be ashamed for my sake; let not the ones who seek You be ashamed for my sake, O God of Israel.
Psa 69:7  Because I suffered reproach for Your sake, shame has covered My face.
Psa 69:8  I have become a stranger to My brothers and a foreigner to My mother's children.
Psa 69:9  For the zeal of Your house has consumed Me; and the reproaches of the ones who reproach You have fallen on Me.
Psa 69:10  When I humbled my soul with fasting, it also was to my reproach;
Psa 69:11  I also made sackcloth my clothing, and I became a mockery to them.
Psa 69:12  They who sit in the gate spoke of me; and I was the song of drunkards.
Psa 69:13  But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Jehovah, at a time of favor, O God! in the plentitude of Your mercy answer me, in the truth of Your salvation.
Psa 69:14  Deliver me out of the mire, that I may not sink; let me be delivered from those who hate me, and out of the deep waters.
Psa 69:15  Let not the flood waters overflow me, nor let the deep swallow me up; and let not the pit shut its mouth on me.
Psa 69:16  Hear me, O Jehovah, for Your mercy is good; in the plentitude of Your tender mercies, turn toward me.
Psa 69:17  And do not hide Your face from Your servant; for it is distressing to Me; answer Me quickly;
Psa 69:18  draw near My soul; redeem it; ransom Me because of My enemies.
Psa 69:19  You have known My reproach, and My shame, and My dishonor; those vexing Me are all before You.
Psa 69:20  Reproach has broken My heart, and I am faint; and I waited for one to show pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
Psa 69:21  They also gave Me gall in My food; and in My thirst they gave Me vinegar to drink.
Psa 69:22  Let their table be a trap before them, and to those at ease a snare.
Psa 69:23  Let their eyes be darkened from seeing, and cause their loins to quiver continually.
Psa 69:24  Pour out Your wrath on them; and let the glow of Your anger overtake them.
Psa 69:25  Let their home be made desolate; let no one dwell in their tents.
Psa 69:26  For whom You have stricken, they have persecuted; and they gossip to the pain of those You pierced.
Psa 69:27  Put iniquity to their iniquity, and do not let them enter into Your righteousness.
Psa 69:28  Blot them out from the Book of Life; yea, let them not be written with the righteous.
Psa 69:29  But I am poor and in pain; O God, Your salvation shall set me on high.
Psa 69:30  I will praise God's name in a song; and I will magnify Him with thanks.
Psa 69:31  And it shall please Jehovah more than an ox, horned or hoofed bull.
Psa 69:32  The humble have seen and are glad; you who seek God, your heart shall live.
Psa 69:33  For Jehovah hears the needy, and He does not despise His prisoners.
Psa 69:34  Let the heavens and the earth praise Him, the seas, and everything that moves in them.
Psa 69:35  For God will save Zion; and He will build the cities of Judah, and they shall live there and possess it.
Psa 69:36  And His servants' seed shall inherit; and they who love His name shall live in it.

PSALM 70
Psa 70:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance.> O God, deliver me! Hurry, O Jehovah, to help me!
Psa 70:2  Let those who seek after my soul be ashamed and turned pale; let them be turned backward and shamed, those who desire my evil.
Psa 70:3  Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame, those who say, Aha, aha!
Psa 70:4  Let all those who seek You rejoice, and be glad in You; and let those who love Your salvation forever say, Let God be magnified.
Psa 70:5  But I am poor and needy, come quickly to me, O God; You are my help and my deliverer; O Jehovah, do not wait any longer.

PSALM 71
Psa 71:1  I put my trust in You, O Jehovah, let me not be put to shame forever.
Psa 71:2  In Your righteousness deliver me and rescue me; bow down Your ear to me and save me.
Psa 71:3  Be a rock of strength for me, to which I may always go; You have given a command to save me; for You are my rock and my fortress.
Psa 71:4  O my God, deliver me out of the hand of the wicked, and out of the hand of the unjust and the ruthless.
Psa 71:5  For You are my hope, O Lord Jehovah, my trust from my youth.
Psa 71:6  I have rested on You from the belly; You are He who took me out of my mother's womb; my praise shall be always of You.
Psa 71:7  I am like a wonder to many, but You are my strong tower.
Psa 71:8  My mouth is filled with Your praise, with your glory all the day long.
Psa 71:9  Do not cast me off now at the time of my old age. Do not forsake me when my strength fails.
Psa 71:10  For my enemies speak against me; and those who lurk for my soul plot together.
Psa 71:11  And they say, God has forsaken him; pursue him and take him, for there is no one to deliver.
Psa 71:12  O God, do not be far from me; my God come quickly to help me.
Psa 71:13  Let them be ashamed; let those who are enemies of my soul be consumed; let them be covered with reproach, and let those seeking evil for me be dishonored;
Psa 71:14  and I will hope without ceasing, and I will add more on all Your praise.
Psa 71:15  My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness and Your salvation all the day; for I do not know the numbers.
Psa 71:16  I will come in the strength of the Lord Jehovah; I will speak of Your righteousness, of Yours alone.
Psa 71:17  O God, You have taught me from my youth; and until now I have declared Your wonders.
Psa 71:18  And even when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not leave me until I declare Your arm to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.
Psa 71:19  And, Your righteousness, O God, is to the heights, You who have done great things. O God, who is like You,
Psa 71:20  who has shown me great and evil distresses. You will turn me; You will make me live; and You will bring me up from the depths of the earth.
Psa 71:21  You will multiply my greatness and surround and comfort me.
Psa 71:22  I will also thank You with a harp, O my God; I will sing Your truth; I will sing to You with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel.
Psa 71:23  My lips shall shout for joy, for I will sing praise to You; also my soul which you have redeemed.
Psa 71:24  And my tongue shall muse on Your righteousness all the day; because those seeking my evil are disgraced; they are put to shame.

PSALM 72
Psa 72:1  <Of Solomon.> Give the king Your judgments, O God; and Your righteousness to the king's son.
Psa 72:2  Your people He shall judge in righteousness, and Your poor in justice.
Psa 72:3  The mountains will lift up peace to the people, and the little hills through righteousness.
Psa 72:4  He shall judge the poor of the people; and He shall save the sons of the needy; and He shall crush the oppressor.
Psa 72:5  They shall fear You with the sun, and before the moon in all generations.
Psa 72:6  He shall descend like rain on the mown grass, like showers that water the earth.
Psa 72:7  In His days the righteous shall flourish, and plenty of peace, till the moon is not.
Psa 72:8  He shall also rule from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.
Psa 72:9  Those dwelling in the desert will bow before Him, and His enemies will lick the dust.
Psa 72:10  The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents; the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.
Psa 72:11  Yea, all kings shall fall down before Him; all nations shall serve Him.
Psa 72:12  For He shall save the needy who cries, and the poor with no helper.
Psa 72:13  He shall have pity on the poor and needy; and He saves the souls of the needy ones.
Psa 72:14  He shall redeem their souls from oppression and violence; and their blood shall be precious in His eyes.
Psa 72:15  And He shall live, and the gold of Sheba shall be given to Him; and prayer shall be made for Him continually; He shall bless Him all the day.
Psa 72:16  A fullness of grain shall be in the earth on top of the mountains; its fruit shall shake like Lebanon; and they of the city shall flourish like the grass of the earth.
Psa 72:17  His name shall be forever; His name shall continue before the sun; and they shall bless themselves by Him; all nations shall call Him blessed.
Psa 72:18  Blessed is Jehovah God, the God of Israel, who alone does wonderful things.
Psa 72:19  And blessed is His glorious name forever; and the whole earth is filled with His glory! Amen and amen!
Psa 72:20  The prayers of David the son of Jesse have ended.

PSALM 73
Psa 73:1  <A Psalm of Asaph.> Truly God is good to Israel, to those who are of a pure heart.
Psa 73:2  And as for me, my feet had almost stumbled, my steps nearly made to slip.
Psa 73:3  For I was jealous of the proud; I looked upon the peace of the wicked.
Psa 73:4  For there are no pangs to their death; but their body is fat.
Psa 73:5  They are not in the misery of mortal man; and with men they are not touched.
Psa 73:6  So pride enchains them; violence covers them like a robe.
Psa 73:7  Their eyes go out with fatness; they have passed the imaginations of the heart.
Psa 73:8  They scoff and speak in evil; from on high they speak oppression.
Psa 73:9  They set their mouth in the heavens; and their tongues walk through the earth.
Psa 73:10  Because of this His people shall return here; and waters of a full cup shall be drained by them.
Psa 73:11  And they say, How does God know? And, Is there knowledge in the Most High?
Psa 73:12  Behold! These are the ungodly who are always at ease; they increase their riches.
Psa 73:13  Surely I have purified my heart in vain; and I have washed my hands in innocence.
Psa 73:14  For all the day I was touched; and my chastening is at the mornings.
Psa 73:15  If I say, This is the way I will speak; behold, I would deceive a generation of Your sons.
Psa 73:16  And I thought to know this; it was a travail in my eyes,
Psa 73:17  until I went into the sanctuary of God; now I understood their end.
Psa 73:18  Surely, You will set their feet in slippery places; You will make them fall into ruin.
Psa 73:19  How they are destroyed in a moment, swept away with terrors!
Psa 73:20  Like a dream when being aroused from dreaming, O Lord, in awaking You will despise their image.
Psa 73:21  For my heart was in a ferment, and I was pierced in my reins.
Psa 73:22  And I was brutish and did not know; I was like animals with You.
Psa 73:23  Yet I was continually with You; You have taken hold of my right hand.
Psa 73:24  You shall guide me by Your counsel; and afterward You will take me to glory.
Psa 73:25  Whom have I in Heaven? And I have no desire on earth besides You.
Psa 73:26  My flesh and my heart waste away; God is the rock of my heart and my portion forever.
Psa 73:27  For, lo, those who are far from You shall be lost; You have cut off all who go whoring away from You.
Psa 73:28  As for me, it is good for me to draw near to God; I have made my refuge in the Lord Jehovah, to declare all Your works.

PSALM 74
Psa 74:1  <A Lesson, of Asaph.> O God, have You cast us off forever; will Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?
Psa 74:2  Remember Your congregation; You bought them in days before; You redeemed us as the rod of Your inheritance, this Mount Zion in which You have dwelt.
Psa 74:3  Lift up Your steps to the perpetual desolations, the enemy who has done all evil in the sanctuary.
Psa 74:4  Those distressing You have roared in the middle of Your congregation; they set up their own signs for signs.
Psa 74:5  He is known as one bringing axes in on high, against the thick trees.
Psa 74:6  And now together they break down its carved work with the axe and hammers.
Psa 74:7  They have cast fire in Your sanctuary; they have polluted the place where Your name dwells on the earth.
Psa 74:8  They said in their hearts, Let us rage against them together; they have burned up all the meeting-places of God in the land.
Psa 74:9  We did not see our signs; there is no longer a prophet; nor any among us who knows until when.
Psa 74:10  O God, until when shall the enemy defame You? Shall the enemy scorn Your name forever?
Psa 74:11  Why do You withdraw Your hand, even Your right hand? From out of Your bosom, consume them.
Psa 74:12  For God is my King of old, who works salvation in the midst of the land.
Psa 74:13  You broke the sea by Your strength; You burst the heads of sea-monsters in the waters.
Psa 74:14  You cracked open the heads of leviathan; You gave him to be food for the people of the wilderness.
Psa 74:15  You divided the fountain and the torrent; You dried up mighty rivers.
Psa 74:16  The day is Yours, the night is also Yours. You have established the light and the sun.
Psa 74:17  You have fixed the boundaries of the earth; You have formed the summer and winter.
Psa 74:18  Remember this: the enemy has defamed, O Jehovah; and a foolish people have scorned Your name.
Psa 74:19  Do not give the soul of Your turtledove to the wild beasts; You will not forever forget the life of Your afflicted ones.
Psa 74:20  Look to Your covenant; for the dark places of the earth are full, the abodes of violence.
Psa 74:21  O let not the ill-treated ones turn back ashamed; let the poor and needy praise Your name.
Psa 74:22  Arise, O God, contend for Your cause; remember Your reproach from the fool all the day.
Psa 74:23  Do not forget the voice of those distressing to You; the noise of those rising up against You is going up continually.

PSALM 75
Psa 75:1  <To the chief musician. Do not destroy. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song.> We have given thanks to You, O God; we have given thanks; for Your name is near; Your wonderful works have been told.
Psa 75:2  When I take the appointed time, I shall judge in uprightness.
Psa 75:3  The earth and all those living in it are melting away; I set firm its pillars. Selah.
Psa 75:4  I said to the boastful, Do not boast; and to the wicked, Do not lift up the horn.
Psa 75:5  Do not lift up your horn on high; do not speak with a stiff neck.
Psa 75:6  For exaltations are not from the east, nor from the west, nor from the desert;
Psa 75:7  but God is the judge; He puts down this one and lifts up this other.
Psa 75:8  For a cup is in the hand of Jehovah; and the wine foams; it is fully mixed, and He pours out from it; surely all the wicked of the earth must drain its dregs and drink.
Psa 75:9  But I will witness forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
Psa 75:10  And I will cut off all the horns of the wicked; but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
PSALM 76
Psa 76:1  <To the chief musician. For stringed instruments. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song of Praise.> God is known in Judah; His name is great in Israel.
Psa 76:2  And His abode is in Salem; and His dwelling-place in Zion.
Psa 76:3  There He broke the fiery arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah.
Psa 76:4  You are glorious, more excellent than the mountains of prey.
Psa 76:5  The stouthearted have been stripped; they slept their sleep; and none of the men of might have found their hands.
Psa 76:6  By Your rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the horse and chariot have sunk into a sleep.
Psa 76:7  You, even You, are terrifying; and who can stand before You when You are angry?
Psa 76:8  You have caused judgment to be heard from Heaven; the earth feared and was stilled;
Psa 76:9  when God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
Psa 76:10  For the wrath of man thank You; You encircle Yourself with the wrath left over.
Psa 76:11  Vow and pay to Jehovah your God; let all that are around Him bring presents to the Fearful One.
Psa 76:12  He shall cut off the spirit in rulers; He is feared by the kings of the earth.

PSALM 77
Psa 77:1  <To the chief musician. On Jeduthun. A Psalm of Asaph.> My voice is to God, and I cry; my voice is to God, and He gave ear to me.
Psa 77:2  In the day of my distress I sought the Lord; my hand was open in the night and did not grow numb; my soul refused to be comforted.
Psa 77:3  I remember God and am troubled; I meditate and my spirit faints. Selah.
Psa 77:4  You seized the watches of my eyes; I am troubled and I cannot speak.
Psa 77:5  I thought upon the days of old, the years of bygone ages.
Psa 77:6  I will remember my song in the night; I will speak with my own heart, and my spirit carefully searches.
Psa 77:7  Will the Lord cast off forever; and will He not add, to be pleased any more?
Psa 77:8  Is His mercy gone forever? Has His Word failed for all generations?
Psa 77:9  Has God forgotten to be gracious; has He in anger shut up His tender mercies? Selah.
Psa 77:10  And I said, This is my sickness, the years of the right hand of the Most High;
Psa 77:11  I will remember the works of Jehovah; surely I will remember Your wonders of old.
Psa 77:12  I will also meditate on all Your works and muse of Your doings.
Psa 77:13  O God, your way is in holiness; who is a god, great like God?
Psa 77:14  You are the God who does wonders; You have revealed Your strength among the peoples.
Psa 77:15  You have redeemed Your people with Your arm, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
Psa 77:16  The waters saw You, O God, the waters saw You; they were afraid; yea, the deeps trembled.
Psa 77:17  The clouds poured out water; the skies uttered a voice; and Your arrows flew out.
Psa 77:18  The voice of Your thunder in the tempest; lightnings lit up the world; the earth trembled and quaked!
Psa 77:19  Your way is in the sea; and Your path is in the great waters; and Your footsteps are not known.
Psa 77:20  You led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

PSALM 78

Psa 78:1  <A Lesson of Asaph.> O my people, listen to my law; bow your ears to the words of my mouth.
Psa 78:2  I will open my mouth in a parable; I will pour forth dark sayings of old,
Psa 78:3  those which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.
Psa 78:4  We will not hide them from their sons; to declare to the coming generation the praises of Jehovah; yea, His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.
Psa 78:5  For He raised a Testimony in Jacob, and He set a Law in Israel; which He commanded our fathers to make them known to their sons;
Psa 78:6  so that a coming generation may know; sons shall be born; they shall rise up and tell their sons,
Psa 78:7  so that they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments.
Psa 78:8  And they shall not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that prepared not its heart; yea, whose spirit was not faithful with God.
Psa 78:9  The sons of Ephraim, armed shooters of bows, turned back in the day of battle.
Psa 78:10  They did not keep the covenant of God and refused to walk in His Law.
Psa 78:11  And they forgot His works and His wonders which He had shown them;
Psa 78:12  He did wonders before their fathers in the land of Egypt, the field of Zoan.
Psa 78:13  He divided the sea and passed them through; and He caused the waters to stand in a heap.
Psa 78:14  And He led them by a cloud in the day, and all the night with a light of fire.
Psa 78:15  He split the rocks in the wilderness and made them drink, as from great floods.
Psa 78:16  And He brought streams out of the rock, and caused waters to go down like rivers.
Psa 78:17  Yet they sinned still more against Him, to provoke the Most High in the desert.
Psa 78:18  And they tested God in their heart, by asking food for their souls.
Psa 78:19  And they spoke against God, saying, Shall God be able to set a table in the wilderness?
Psa 78:20  Behold! He struck the rock and the waters gushed out, and the torrents were overflowing. Can He also give bread? Will He provide flesh for His people?
Psa 78:21  So Jehovah heard and He passed over, and a fire was kindled against Jacob, and also anger went up against Israel,
Psa 78:22  because they did not believe in God and trusted not in His salvation.
Psa 78:23  And He commanded the fine clouds above; and He opened the doors of the heavens;
Psa 78:24  and He rained on them manna to eat; yea, He gave the grain of the heavens to them.
Psa 78:25  Man ate the bread of the mighty; He sent them food to the full.
Psa 78:26  He made an east wind blow in the heavens; and He led out the south wind by His power.
Psa 78:27  Yea, He rained flesh on them like dust, and winged birds as the sand of the seas.
Psa 78:28  And He made them fall amidst their camp, all around to their tents.
Psa 78:29  They ate and were filled full; for their own lust He brought to them.
Psa 78:30  They were not estranged from their lust; their food was still in their mouths,
Psa 78:31  and God's wrath came on them and killed the fattest of them; and He struck down the choice ones of Israel.
Psa 78:32  In all this they sinned still; and they did not believe in His wonderful works;
Psa 78:33  and He ended their days in vanity, and their years in sudden terror.
Psa 78:34  When He killed them, then they sought Him; and they turned and searched for God.
Psa 78:35  So they remembered that God was their Rock, and the Most High God their Redeemer.
Psa 78:36  But they flattered Him with their mouths, and with their tongues lied to Him.
Psa 78:37  For their heart was not steadfast with Him; and they were not faithful in His covenant.
Psa 78:38  But He being merciful, atoned for iniquity and did not destroy; and He added to turn away His anger, and did not stir up all his wrath.
Psa 78:39  For He remembered that they were flesh, a breath passing away, and not returning.
Psa 78:40  How often they disobeyed Him in the wilderness, angering Him in the desert!
Psa 78:41  Yea, they turned back and tested God, and pained the Holy One of Israel.
Psa 78:42  They did not remember His hand, on the day He redeemed them from the enemy;
Psa 78:43  who set His signs in Egypt, and His wonders in the field of Zoan.
Psa 78:44  He turned their rivers into blood, also their streams that they might not drink.
Psa 78:45  He sent swarms of flies against them, and they devoured them; also frogs, and they destroyed them.
Psa 78:46  He also gave their crops to the stripping locust, and their labor to the locust.
Psa 78:47  He killed their vines with hail, and their sycamore trees with sleet.
Psa 78:48  He gave their cattle up to the hail, and their flocks to bolts of fire.
Psa 78:49  He sent the heat of His anger on them, fury and indignation and distress, a sending of angels of evils.
Psa 78:50  He leveled a path for His anger; He did not keep back their soul from death, but gave their life over to the plague.
Psa 78:51  And he struck all the first-born in Egypt, the firstfruits of strength in the tents of Ham;
Psa 78:52  and He led His people forth like sheep; and He led them like a flock in the wilderness.
Psa 78:53  And he led them on safely, and they did not fear; but the sea flooded over their enemies.
Psa 78:54  He brought them to the border of His holy place; this mountain that His right hand had gained.
Psa 78:55  And He cast out the nations before them; and by a line He made a possession fall to them; and He made the tribes of Israel to live in their tents.
Psa 78:56  Yet they tested and provoked the Most High God; and they did not keep His testimonies;
Psa 78:57  but they turned back and betrayed, like their fathers; they veered aside like a deceitful bow.
Psa 78:58  For they enraged Him with their high places; and they provoked Him to jealousy with their molten images.
Psa 78:59  When God heard, and He passed over, and He utterly rejected Israel.
Psa 78:60  And He left the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent He dwelt in among men;
Psa 78:61  and delivered His strength into captivity, and His glory into the enemy's hands.
Psa 78:62  And He gave His people to the sword, and was angry with His inheritance.
Psa 78:63  The fire burned up their young men; and their virgins were not praised.
Psa 78:64  Their priests fell by the sword; and their widows were not able to weep.
Psa 78:65  Then the Lord awoke, as one asleep, like a mighty man rejoicing with wine.
Psa 78:66  And He drove His enemies backward; He put them to a never-ending shame.
Psa 78:67  And He refused the tabernacle of Joseph, and He did not choose the tribe of Ephraim;
Psa 78:68  but He elected the tribe of Judah, the Mount Zion which He loved.
Psa 78:69  And He built His sanctuary like high places, like the earth He has founded forever.
Psa 78:70  He also chose His servant David, and took him from the folds of the flock;
Psa 78:71  He brought him in from the suckling ewes; He brought him to feed His people Jacob, and His inheritance, Israel.
Psa 78:72  And he fed them in the integrity of his heart; and guided them in the skillfulness of his hands.

PSALM 79
Psa 79:1  <A Psalm of Asaph.> O God, the nations have come into Your inheritance; they have defiled Your holy temple; they have laid Jerusalem in heaps.
Psa 79:2  They have given the bodies of Your servants as food for the birds of the heavens; the flesh of Your saints to the beasts of the earth.
Psa 79:3  They have shed their blood like water all around Jerusalem, and there is no one burying.
Psa 79:4  We have become a shame to our neighbors a scorn and a mockery to those who are around us.
Psa 79:5  Until when, O Jehovah? Will You be angry with us forever? Shall Your jealousy burn like fire?
Psa 79:6  Pour out Your wrath on the nations who have not known You, and on the kingdoms who have not called on Your name.
Psa 79:7  For they have eaten up Jacob, and laid waste to his dwelling-place.
Psa 79:8  Do not remember for us the former sins of our fathers; let Your tender mercies meet us speedily, for we have been brought very low.
Psa 79:9  Help us, O God of our salvation, for the matter of the glory of Your name; and deliver us and atone for our sins, for Your name's sake.
Psa 79:10  Why should the nations say, Where is their God? Let Him be known among the nations before our eyes, the avenging of the blood of Your servants that has been poured out.
Psa 79:11  Let the groaning of the prisoner come before You. According to the greatness of Your arm, preserve the sons of death.
Psa 79:12  And reward our neighbors sevenfold. Give into their bosom their curse with which they have cursed You, O Lord.
Psa 79:13  Then we Your people, and sheep of Your pasture, will give thanks to You forever; we will declare Your praise to all generations.

PSALM 80

Psa 80:1  <To the chief musician. A Testimony. Concerning the Lilies. A Psalm of Asaph.> Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, You leading Joseph like a flock; shine forth, You dwelling between the cherubs.
Psa 80:2  Stir up Your might before Ephraim, and Benjamin, and Manasseh, and come for salvation.
Psa 80:3  O God, turn us again, and make Your face shine, and we will be saved!
Psa 80:4  O Jehovah God of Hosts, until when will You smoke against the prayer of Your people?
Psa 80:5  You made them eat with the bread of tears; yea, You made them drink with tears a third time.
Psa 80:6  You make us a strife for our neighbors, and our enemies laugh to themselves.
Psa 80:7  O God of Hosts, turn us again, and cause Your face to shine, and we will be saved.
Psa 80:8  You have led a vine out of Egypt; You have cast out the nations, and have planted it.
Psa 80:9  You cleared before it, and You have rooted its roots, and it has filled the land.
Psa 80:10  The hills were covered with its shadow, and its boughs were as the cedars of God.
Psa 80:11  It was sending its boughs out to the sea, and its branches to the River.
Psa 80:12  Why have You broken down its walls, so that it is plucked by all who pass by the way?
Psa 80:13  A boar out of the forest wastes it, and the beast of the field feeds on it.
Psa 80:14  O God of Hosts, we beg You, return! Look down from Heaven and see and visit this vine,
Psa 80:15  and the vineyard which Your right hand has planted, and on the son You made strong for Yourself.
Psa 80:16  It is burned with fire, cut down; they perish at the rebuke of Your face.
Psa 80:17  Let Your hand be on the man of Your right hand; on the son of man whom You have made strong for Yourself.
Psa 80:18  So we will not backslide from You; make us live, and we will call on Your name.
Psa 80:19  O Jehovah, God of Hosts, turn us again! Cause Your face to shine, and we will be saved.

PSALM 81
Psa 81:1  <To the chief musician. On Gittith. Of Asaph.> Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob.
Psa 81:2  Lift up a song, and the timbrel, the pleasing lyre with the harp.
Psa 81:3  Blow the ram's horn in the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day.
Psa 81:4  For this was a statute for Israel, an ordinance of the God of Jacob.
Psa 81:5  This He ordained as a testimony in Joseph, when He went out over the land of Egypt; I heard a lip I did not understand.
Psa 81:6  I removed his shoulder from the burden; his hands were freed from the basket.
Psa 81:7  You called in distress, and I rescued you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder; I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah.
Psa 81:8  My people, listen, and I will testify against you, whether you will listen to Me:
Psa 81:9  There shall be no strange god among you; and you shall not worship a foreign god.
Psa 81:10  I am Jehovah your God who brought you out from the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
Psa 81:11  But My people would not listen to My voice, and Israel did not consent to Me.
Psa 81:12  So I gave them up to the stubbornness of their own hearts; they walked in their own conceits.
Psa 81:13  Oh if My people had listened to me! If Israel had walked in My ways,
Psa 81:14  I would have subdued their enemies in a little while; and I would have turned My hand against their foes.
Psa 81:15  Those hating Jehovah shall be found untrue to Him, and their time is forever.
Psa 81:16  Yea, He would have caused them to eat from the fat of the wheat; and I would have satisfied you with honey out of the rock.

PSALM 82
Psa 82:1  <A Psalm of Asaph> God stands in the assembly of the mighty; He judges in the midst of the gods.
Psa 82:2  Until when will you judge unjustly, and lift up the faces of the wicked? Selah.
Psa 82:3  Judge the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and needy.
Psa 82:4  Deliver the poor and needy; save out of the hand of the wicked.
Psa 82:5  They neither know nor will understand; they walk in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
Psa 82:6  I have said, You are gods, and all of you are sons of the Most High.
Psa 82:7  But you shall die as men, and fall like one of the rulers.
Psa 82:8  Rise, O God, judge the earth; for You shall inherit in all the nations.

PSALM 83
Psa 83:1  <A Song. A Psalm of Asaph.> O God do not keep silence to Yourself; do not be speechless; yea, do not be still, O God.
Psa 83:2  For lo, Your enemies are roaring; and those who hate You have lifted up their head.
Psa 83:3  They take shrewd counsel against Your people; they plot against Your hidden ones.
Psa 83:4  They have said, Come, and we will cut them off from being a nation; and, The name of Israel will not be recalled again.
Psa 83:5  For they plotted together with one heart; they have cut a covenant against You;
Psa 83:6  even the tents of Edom, and of the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagarites;
Psa 83:7  Gebal and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia and those living in Tyre.
Psa 83:8  Also Assyria has joined with them; they were an arm to the sons of Lot. Selah.
Psa 83:9  Do to them as to Midian, as to Sisera, as to Jabin at the torrent Kishon.
Psa 83:10  At Endor they were destroyed; they became dung for the ground.
Psa 83:11  Make their nobles as Oreb and Zeeb, and all their rulers like Zebah and Zalmunna;
Psa 83:12  who said, Let us take possession of God's pastures for ourselves.
Psa 83:13  O my God, make them as whirling dust, as the stubble before the wind.
Psa 83:14  As the fire burns a forest, and as the flame sets the mountains on fire,
Psa 83:15  so pursue them with Your tempest, and frighten them with Your storm.
Psa 83:16  Fill their faces with shame and they will seek Your name, O Jehovah.
Psa 83:17  Let them be ashamed and afraid for ever; yea, let them be confounded and perish.
Psa 83:18  And let them know Your name is Jehovah, that You alone are the Most High over all the earth.

PSALM 84
Psa 84:1  <To the chief musician. On Gittith. A Psalm for the sons of Korah.> How lovely are Your dwellings, O Jehovah of Hosts!
Psa 84:2  My soul longs and even faints for the courts of Jehovah; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.
Psa 84:3  Even the sparrow has found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even on Your altars, O Jehovah of Hosts, my King and my God.
Psa 84:4  Blessed are they who dwell in Your house; they will always be praising You.
Psa 84:5  Blessed is the man whose strength is in You; Your ways are in their hearts.
Psa 84:6  Passing through the valley of weeping, they will make it a fountain; even the early rain covers with blessings.
Psa 84:7  They go from strength to strength, being seen in Zion before God.
Psa 84:8  O Jehovah God of Hosts, hear my prayer; listen, O God of Jacob. Selah.
Psa 84:9  Behold, O God, our shield; and look upon the face of Your anointed.
Psa 84:10  For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand; I have chosen to stand at the threshold in the house of my God rather than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
Psa 84:11  For Jehovah God is a sun and shield; Jehovah will give grace and glory; He will withhold nothing good from those who walk in integrity.
Psa 84:12  O Jehovah of Hosts, blessed is the man who trusts in You!

PSALM 85
Psa 85:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm for the sons of Korah.> O Jehovah, You have been gracious to Your land; You have turned back the captivity of Jacob.
Psa 85:2  You have taken away the iniquity of Your people; You covered all of their sins. Selah.
Psa 85:3  You gathered all of Your wrath; You turned from the heat of Your anger.
Psa 85:4  O God of our salvation turn us, and break up Your anger with us.
Psa 85:5  Will You be angry with us forever? Will You draw out Your anger to all generations?
Psa 85:6  Will You give us life anew, so that Your people may rejoice in You?
Psa 85:7  Cause us to see Your mercy, O Jehovah, and give us Your salvation.
Psa 85:8  I will hear what Jehovah God will say; for He will speak peace to His people, and His saints; but let them not turn again to folly.
Psa 85:9  Surely His salvation is near to the ones fearing Him, for glory to dwell in our land.
Psa 85:10  Mercy and truth have met together; righteousness and peace kissed each other.
Psa 85:11  Truth shall sprout out of the earth, and righteousness looks down from Heaven.
Psa 85:12  Yea, Jehovah shall give good, and our land shall give its produce.
Psa 85:13  Righteousness shall go before Him and shall make a way for His footsteps.

PSALM 86
Psa 86:1  <A Prayer of David> O Jehovah, bow down Your ear, answer me, for I am poor and needy.
Psa 86:2  Guard my soul, for I am godly; O You, my God, save Your servant who trusts in You.
Psa 86:3  Be gracious to Me, O Lord, for I cry to You daily.
Psa 86:4  Give joy to the soul of Your servant; for to You, O Lord, I lift up my soul.
Psa 86:5  For You, O Lord, are good and ready to forgive, and rich in mercy to all who call on You.
Psa 86:6  O Lord, give ear to my prayer; listen to my voice of supplications.
Psa 86:7  I will call on You in the day of my trouble, for You will answer me.
Psa 86:8  None among the gods is like You, O Lord, and none are like Your works.
Psa 86:9  All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You; yea, Lord, they shall glorify Your name.
Psa 86:10  For You are great and do wonderful things; You alone are God.
Psa 86:11  Teach me Your way, O Jehovah; I will walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear Your name.
Psa 86:12  With all my heart I will thank You, O Lord my God; and I will glorify Your name forevermore.
Psa 86:13  For Your mercy toward me is great; and You have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.
Psa 86:14  O God, the proud have risen against me; and the assembly of the violent have sought after my life, and have not set You before their eyes.
Psa 86:15  But You, O God, are God, full of pity; and gracious, longsuffering and rich in mercy and truth.
Psa 86:16  O turn to me and be gracious to me; give Your strength to Your servant, and save the son of Your handmaid.
Psa 86:17  Show me a token for good, that those who hate me may see and be ashamed, O Jehovah, because You have helped me and comforted me.

PSALM 87
Psa 87:1  <For the Sons of Korah. A Psalm. A Song.> His foundation is in the holy mountains.
Psa 87:2  Jehovah loves the gates of Zion more than all the tents of Jacob.
Psa 87:3  Glorious things are spoken of you, O city of God. Selah.
Psa 87:4  I will mention Rahab and Babylon to those who know me; behold, Philistia and Tyre with Ethiopia; this man was born there.
Psa 87:5  And it shall be said to Zion, This man and that man was born in her; and the Highest Himself shall establish her.
Psa 87:6  In recording the peoples Jehovah shall mark down, This man was born there. Selah.
Psa 87:7  And the singers, the players of the pipe: all my springs are in You.

PSALM 88
Psa 88:1  <A Song. A Psalm for the Sons of Korah, to the chief musician on Mahalath, to make humble. A Poem of Heman the Ezrahite.> O Jehovah God of my salvation, I have cried in the day, in the night before You.
Psa 88:2  Let my prayer come before You; bow down Your ear to my cry.
Psa 88:3  For my soul is full with evils, and my life touches Sheol.
Psa 88:4  I am counted with those who go down to the Pit; I have been like a feeble man,
Psa 88:5  free among the dead, as pierced ones lying in the grave, whom You remember no more; yea by Your hand they are cut off.
Psa 88:6  You have laid me in the lowest pit, in dark places, in the deeps.
Psa 88:7  Your fury has lain hard upon me, and You afflict me with all Your waves. Selah.
Psa 88:8  You have taken ones knowing me away from me; You have made me a hateful thing to them; I am shut up, I will not go out.
Psa 88:9  My eye mourns because of affliction; O Jehovah, I have called on You every day; I have spread out my hands to You.
Psa 88:10  For will You do wonders for those dying? Or shall the departed spirits rise and thank You? Selah.
Psa 88:11  Shall Your mercy be declared in the grave, Your faithfulness amidst ruin?
Psa 88:12  Shall Your wonders be known in the dark, and Your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
Psa 88:13  But to You I have cried, O Jehovah; and in the morning my prayer shall go before You.
Psa 88:14  O Jehovah, why do You cast off my soul; why do You hide Your face from me?
Psa 88:15  I am afflicted and dying from childhood; I suffer Your terrors; I am distracted.
Psa 88:16  Your fierce wrath goes over me; Your terrors have cut me off.
Psa 88:17  They surrounded me like waters all the day; they have come together around me.
Psa 88:18  You have taken lover and friend far from me, he who knows me, into darkness.

PSALM 89

Psa 89:1  <A Poem of Ethan the Ezrahite.> I will sing of the mercies of Jehovah forever; I will speak with my mouth Your faithfulness to all generations.
Psa 89:2  For I have said, Mercy shall be built up forever; You shall establish Your faithfulness in the heavens.
Psa 89:3  I have cut a covenant with My elect; I have sworn to David My servant,
Psa 89:4  I will establish your Seed forever, and build up your throne to all generations. Selah.
Psa 89:5  And the heavens shall thank Your wonders, O Jehovah; also Your faithfulness in the assembly of the saints.
Psa 89:6  For who in the sky shall be ranked with Jehovah, who among the sons of the mighty is like Jehovah?
Psa 89:7  God is greatly to be feared in the congregation of the saints, and to be adored by all around Him.
Psa 89:8  O Jehovah God of Hosts, who is a strong Jehovah like You? And Your faithfulness is all around You.
Psa 89:9  You rule the pride of the sea; when its waves rise high, You still them.
Psa 89:10  You have broken Rahab in pieces, as one slain; You have scattered Your enemies with Your mighty arm.
Psa 89:11  The heavens are Yours, and the earth is Yours; the world and its fullness, You founded them.
Psa 89:12  You have created the north and the south; Tabor and Hermon rejoice in Your name.
Psa 89:13  You have a mighty arm; Your hand is strong, Your right hand is high.
Psa 89:14  Justice and righteousness are Your throne's foundation; mercy and truth go before Your face.
Psa 89:15  Blessed is the people knowing the joyful sound; O Jehovah, they shall walk in the light of Your face.
Psa 89:16  They shall rejoice in Your name always; and they are exalted in Your righteousness.
Psa 89:17  For You are the glory of their strength; and by Your favor You lift up our horn.
Psa 89:18  For Jehovah is our shield, yea, the Holy One of Israel our King.
Psa 89:19  Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one; and You said, I have laid help on a mighty one. I have exalted a chosen one from the people.
Psa 89:20  I have found My servant David; I have anointed him with My holy oil.
Psa 89:21  My hand shall be fixed with him; and My arm shall make him strong.
Psa 89:22  An enemy will not exact against him; nor the son of iniquity afflict him.
Psa 89:23  And I will beat down his foes before him, and plague those hating him.
Psa 89:24  But My faithfulness and My mercy is with him; and his horn shall be exalted in My name.
Psa 89:25  And I will set his hand in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.
Psa 89:26  He shall cry to Me, My Father, You are my God, and the rock of my salvation.
Psa 89:27  And I will make Him My first-born, higher than the kings of the earth.
Psa 89:28  I will keep My mercy for him forever, and My covenant shall hold fast with him.
Psa 89:29  And I have established his Seed forever, and His throne as the days of the heavens.
Psa 89:30  If his sons forsake My Law, and do not walk in My judgments;
Psa 89:31  if they profane My statutes and do not keep My commandments;
Psa 89:32  then I will visit their transgressions with the rod, and their sins with stripes.
Psa 89:33  But I will not annul My mercy from him, and I will not be false in My faithfulness.
Psa 89:34  I will not profane My covenant, nor change what goes from My lips.
Psa 89:35  Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David.
Psa 89:36  His Seed shall be forever, and his throne as the sun before Me.
Psa 89:37  Like the moon, it shall be forever; and a faithful witness in the sky. Selah.
Psa 89:38  But You have cast off and rejected us; You have passed over on Your anointed.
Psa 89:39  You have turned away from the covenant of Your servant; You have defiled his crown on the ground.
Psa 89:40  You have broken down all his hedges; You have brought his strongholds to ruin.
Psa 89:41  All who pass by the way plunder him; he is a curse to his neighbors.
Psa 89:42  You have set up the right hand of his enemies; You have made all his enemies rejoice.
Psa 89:43  And you have turned back the edge of his sword, and have not held him up in battle.
Psa 89:44  You have made his glory to cease and have hurled his throne to the ground.
Psa 89:45  You have shortened the days of his youth; You have covered him with shame. Selah.
Psa 89:46  O Jehovah, until when will You hide Yourself? Shall Your wrath burn like fire forever?
Psa 89:47  Remember, I pray, the time of life; for what vanity have you created all the sons of men?
Psa 89:48  What man lives and never sees death? Shall he deliver his soul from the hand of Sheol? Selah.
Psa 89:49  Lord, where are Your former kindnesses that You swore to David in Your faithfulness?
Psa 89:50  Remember, O Lord, the reproach of Your servants, my bearing in my bosom the insults of the many peoples
Psa 89:51  with which Your enemies have cursed, O Jehovah; with which they have cursed the footsteps of Your anointed.
Psa 89:52  Blessed be Jehovah forever. Amen and Amen!

PSALM 90
Psa 90:1  <A Prayer of Moses, the Man of God.> O Lord, You have been our dwelling-place in all generations.
Psa 90:2  Before the mountains were born, or ever You had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting You are God.
Psa 90:3  You turn man to dust, and say, Return, O sons of men.
Psa 90:4  For a thousand years in Your eyes are as a day, yesterday, when it passes, and as a watch in the night.
Psa 90:5  You flooded them away; they are as a sleep; in the morning they are like grass growing;
Psa 90:6  in the morning it sprouts and shoots up; in the evening it is cut off and dries up.
Psa 90:7  For we are consumed by Your anger, and we are troubled by Your wrath.
Psa 90:8  You have set our iniquities before You, our secret sins in the light of Your face.
Psa 90:9  For all our days pass away in Your wrath; we finish our years like a murmur.
Psa 90:10  The days of our years are seventy; and if any by strength live eighty years, yet their pride is labor and sorrow; for it soon passes, and we fly away.
Psa 90:11  Who knows the power of Your anger? And as Your fear is, so is Your fury.
Psa 90:12  So teach us to number our days, so that we may bring a heart of wisdom.
Psa 90:13  Return, O Jehovah! Until when? And give pity to Your servants.
Psa 90:14  O satisfy us in the morning with Your mercy, and we will be glad and rejoice all our days.
Psa 90:15  Make us glad according to the days of our affliction, the years in which we have seen evil.
Psa 90:16  Let Your work be seen in Your servants, and Your majesty to their sons.
Psa 90:17  And let the delight of the Lord our God be upon us; and establish the works of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands, establish it!

PSALM 91

Psa 91:1  He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide in the shade of the Almighty.
Psa 91:2  I will say to Jehovah: My Refuge and my Fortress, my God; I will trust in Him.
Psa 91:3  For He delivers you from the fowler's snare, from destruction's plague.
Psa 91:4  With His feathers He will cover you, and under His wings you shall seek refuge; His truth is a shield and buckler.
Psa 91:5  You shall not fear the terror of night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
Psa 91:6  of the plague that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction laying waste at noonday.
Psa 91:7  A thousand shall fall by your side, and a myriad at your right hand; it shall not come near you.
Psa 91:8  Only with your eyes you shall look, and see the retribution of the wicked.
Psa 91:9  Because You, O Jehovah, are My refuge; You make the Most High Your habitation,
Psa 91:10  no evil shall happen to You, nor shall any plague come near Your tent.
Psa 91:11  For He shall give His angels charge over You, to keep You in all Your ways.
Psa 91:12  They shall bear You up in their hands, that You not dash Your foot on a stone.
Psa 91:13  You shall tread on the lion and adder; the young lion and the serpent You shall trample under foot.
Psa 91:14  Because He has set His love on Me, therefore I will deliver Him; I will set Him on high because He has known My name.
Psa 91:15  He shall call on Me and I will answer Him; I will be with Him in distress; I will rescue Him and honor Him.
Psa 91:16  I will satisfy him with length of days, and will make Him see My salvation.

PSALM 92
Psa 92:1  <A Psalm, A Song for the Sabbath Day.> It is good to give thanks to Jehovah, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High;
Psa 92:2  to make Your mercy known in the morning, and Your faithfulness every night;
Psa 92:3  on the ten strings, and on the harp; on the lyre with sounding music.
Psa 92:4  For You have rejoiced me with Your work, O Jehovah; I will shout in the works of Your hands.
Psa 92:5  O Jehovah, Your purposes are very deep. How great are Your works!
Psa 92:6  An animal-like man does not know; a fool does not understand this.
Psa 92:7  When the wicked flourish like grass, and all the evildoers blossom, it is for them to be destroyed forever.
Psa 92:8  But You, O Jehovah, are exalted forever.
Psa 92:9  For, lo, Your enemies, O Jehovah; for, lo, Your enemies shall perish; all the evildoers shall be scattered.
Psa 92:10  But You will lift up my horn as the wild ox, and I will be anointed with fresh oil.
Psa 92:11  And my eye shall look on my enemies; my ears shall hear the evildoers who rise up against me.
Psa 92:12  The righteous shall flourish as the palm tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Psa 92:13  Those planted in the house of Jehovah, in the courts of our God, shall flourish.
Psa 92:14  They shall bear fruit in old age; they shall be fat and fresh,
Psa 92:15  to declare that Jehovah is upright, my Rock! And in Him is no evil.

PSALM 93
Psa 93:1  Jehovah reigns! He is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with strength; He girded Himself; and the world is established; it shall not be shaken.
Psa 93:2  Your throne is established from then; You are from everlasting.
Psa 93:3  The floods have lifted up; O Jehovah, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods have lifted their roaring waves.
Psa 93:4  Jehovah on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, than the mighty waves of the sea.
Psa 93:5  Your testimonies are very sure; holiness becomes Your house to length of days, O Jehovah.

PSALM 94
Psa 94:1  O Jehovah, God of vengeance; O God of vengeance, shine forth!
Psa 94:2  Lift up Yourself, O Judge of the earth; give a just recompence on the proud.
Psa 94:3  Until when shall the wicked, O Jehovah, until when shall the wicked exult?
Psa 94:4  They gush, they speak impudent things; all the workers of evil speak proudly.
Psa 94:5  O Jehovah, they crush Your people and afflict Your inheritance.
Psa 94:6  They kill the widow and the stranger, and murder the orphan.
Psa 94:7  Yet they say, The Lord shall not see, nor shall the God of Jacob observe.
Psa 94:8  Understand you beastly ones among the people; yea, you fools, when will you be wise?
Psa 94:9  He who planted the ear, shall He not hear? He who formed the eye, shall He not see?
Psa 94:10  He who chastises the nations, shall He not punish, He who teaches man knowledge?
Psa 94:11  Jehovah knows the thoughts of man, that they are a mist.
Psa 94:12  Blessed is the man You chasten, O Jehovah, You teach him out of Your Law;
Psa 94:13  to give him rest from troubled days, until the pit is dug for the wicked.
Psa 94:14  For Jehovah will not leave His people; nor will He forsake His inheritance.
Psa 94:15  For judgment shall turn to righteousness; and all the upright in heart shall follow after it.
Psa 94:16  Who will rise up for Me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for Me against the workers of evil?
Psa 94:17  Unless Jehovah had been my help, my soul would almost have dwelt in silence.
Psa 94:18  If I said, My foot slides, O Jehovah, Your mercy has held me up.
Psa 94:19  In the multitude of my inward thoughts, Your comforts delight my soul.
Psa 94:20  Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with You, devising mischief for a statute?
Psa 94:21  They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the blood of the innocent.
Psa 94:22  But Jehovah is my tower of defense; and my God is the rock of my refuge.
Psa 94:23  And He shall turn their own iniquity upon them; and He shall cut them off in their evil, Jehovah our God shall exterminate them!

PSALM 95
Psa 95:1  O come, let us sing to Jehovah; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation.
Psa 95:2  Let us come before His face with praise; let us shout for joy to Him with songs.
Psa 95:3  For Jehovah is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
Psa 95:4  The deep places of the earth are in His hand; the summits of the mountains also are His.
Psa 95:5  The sea is His, and He made it, and His hands formed the dry land.
Psa 95:6  O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker.
Psa 95:7  For He is our God; and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice,
Psa 95:8  do not harden your heart as in the day of strife, as in the day of testing in the wilderness.
Psa 95:9  When your fathers tried Me, they tested Me and they saw My work.
Psa 95:10  For forty years I was disgusted with this generation; and I said, They are a people who err in heart; and, They do not know My ways,
Psa 95:11  to whom I swore in My anger, They shall not enter into My rest.

PSALM 96
Psa 96:1  O sing to Jehovah a new song; sing to Jehovah, all the earth.
Psa 96:2  Sing to Jehovah; bless His name, bear news of His salvation day by day.
Psa 96:3  Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonders among all people.
Psa 96:4  For Jehovah is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
Psa 96:5  For all the gods of the peoples are idols; but Jehovah made the heavens.
Psa 96:6  Honor and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.
Psa 96:7  Give to Jehovah, O families of the people; give to Jehovah glory and might.
Psa 96:8  Give to Jehovah the glory due His name; lift up an offering and come into His courts.
Psa 96:9  Oh worship Jehovah in the beauty of holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth.
Psa 96:10  Say among the nations, Jehovah reigns; and, The world shall be established, it shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples in uprightness.
Psa 96:11  Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and the fullness of it.
Psa 96:12  Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it; then the trees of the forest shall rejoice
Psa 96:13  before Jehovah; for He comes; for He comes to judge the earth; He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with His faithfulness.

PSALM 97
Psa 97:1  Jehovah reigns! Let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of islands be glad.
Psa 97:2  Clouds and darkness are all around Him; righteousness and judgment are the foundation of His throne.
Psa 97:3  A fire goes before Him and burns up His enemies all around.
Psa 97:4  His lightnings lit up the world; the earth saw and trembled.
Psa 97:5  The mountains melted like wax before the face of Jehovah, before the face of Jehovah of the whole earth.
Psa 97:6  The heavens declare His righteousness and all the people see His glory.
Psa 97:7  All who serve graven images are shamed, those who boast themselves in idols; all gods bow down before Him.
Psa 97:8  Zion heard and was glad; yea, the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of Your judgments, O Jehovah.
Psa 97:9  For You, Jehovah, are exalted above all the earth; You are lifted on high far above all gods.
Psa 97:10  You who love Jehovah, hate evil. He keeps the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
Psa 97:11  Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
Psa 97:12  Be glad in Jehovah, O righteous ones; give thanks to the memory of His holiness.

PSALM 98
Psa 98:1  <A Psalm.> O sing to Jehovah a new song, for He has done wondrous things; His right hand and His holy arm has saved Him.
Psa 98:2  Jehovah has revealed His salvation; He unveiled His righteousness to the eyes of the nations.
Psa 98:3  He has remembered His mercy and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
Psa 98:4  Make a joyful noise to Jehovah, all the earth; break out and rejoice and sing praise.
Psa 98:5  Sing praise to Jehovah with the lyre; with the lyre and the voice of a song.
Psa 98:6  With trumpets and the sound of a horn, make a joyful noise before Jehovah the King.
Psa 98:7  Let the sea roar, and the fullness of it; the world, and those who live in it.
Psa 98:8  Let the rivers clap their hands; let the heights shout for joy together,
Psa 98:9  before Jehovah; for He comes to judge the earth; with righteousness He shall judge the world, and the peoples in uprightness.

PSALM 99
Psa 99:1  Jehovah reigns; let the peoples tremble; He sits between the cherubs; let the earth quake.
Psa 99:2  Jehovah is great in Zion; and He is high above all the peoples.
Psa 99:3  They shall thank Your great and fearful name; it is holy.
Psa 99:4  The king's strength also loves judgment; You establish uprightness; You worked judgment and righteousness in Jacob.
Psa 99:5  Exalt Jehovah our God and worship at His footstool; He is holy.
Psa 99:6  Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who called on His name; they called to Jehovah, and He answered them.
Psa 99:7  He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar; they kept His testimonies and the Law that He gave to them.
Psa 99:8  You answered them, O Jehovah our God; to them You were a God who forgives them, but taking vengeance on their doings.
Psa 99:9  Exalt Jehovah our God and worship at His holy hill; for Jehovah our God is holy.

PSALM 100
Psa 100:1  <A Psalm of Thanksgiving.> Shout joyfully to Jehovah, all the land.
Psa 100:2  Worship Jehovah with gladness; come before His face with joyful singing.
Psa 100:3  Know that Jehovah, He is God; He has made us, and not we ourselves, His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Psa 100:4  Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, into His courts with praise; be thankful to Him; bless His name.
Psa 100:5  For Jehovah is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His faithfulness to generation and generation.
PSALM 101
Psa 101:1  <A Psalm of David.> I will sing of mercy and judgment; to You O Jehovah, I will sing praise.
Psa 101:2  I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way; O when will You come to me? I will walk in the integrity of my heart in the midst of my house.
Psa 101:3  I will set no wicked thing before my eyes; I have hated the work of those who turn aside; it shall not fasten upon me.
Psa 101:4  A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will not know evil.
Psa 101:5  Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, I will cut him off; I will not endure him who has high eyes and a proud heart.
Psa 101:6  My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, so that they may dwell with me; he who walks in a perfect way shall serve me.
Psa 101:7  He who works deceit shall not live inside my house; he who speaks lies shall not be established before my eyes.
Psa 101:8  In the mornings I will cut off all the wicked of the land, so that I may cut off all the evil workers from the city of Jehovah.
PSALM 102
Psa 102:1  <A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is faint and pours out his complaint before Jehovah.> Hear my prayer, O Jehovah, and let my cry come to You.
Psa 102:2  Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my trouble; bow down Your ear to me in the day I call; answer me quickly.
Psa 102:3  For my days are finished in smoke, and my bones are burned like a burning heap.
Psa 102:4  My heart is stricken and dried like grass, so that I forget to eat my bread.
Psa 102:5  Because of the voice of my sighing, my bones cleave to my flesh.
Psa 102:6  I am like a pelican of the wilderness; I am like an owl of the desert.
Psa 102:7  I watch and am like a sparrow alone on the housetop.
Psa 102:8  My enemies curse me all the day long; those who rave against me have sworn against me.
Psa 102:9  For I have eaten ashes like bread, and have mixed my drink with weeping,
Psa 102:10  because of Your anger and Your wrath; for You have lifted me and cast me down.
Psa 102:11  My days are like a shadow stretched out, and I wither like grass.
Psa 102:12  But You, O Jehovah, shall dwell forever, and Your memory to generation and generation.
Psa 102:13  You shall arise; have mercy on Zion, for the time to pity her, yea, the appointed time has come.
Psa 102:14  For Your servants take pleasure in its stones, and pity its dust.
Psa 102:15  So nations shall fear the name of Jehovah, and all the kings of the earth Your glory.
Psa 102:16  When Jehovah shall build up Zion, He shall be seen in His glory.
Psa 102:17  He will turn to the prayer of the destitute, and will not despise their prayer.
Psa 102:18  This shall be written for the generation to come, and people to be created shall praise Jehovah.
Psa 102:19  For He has looked down from the height of His sanctuary; Jehovah looked from Heaven to the earth,
Psa 102:20  to hear the groaning of the prisoner, to set free the sons of death,
Psa 102:21  to declare the name of Jehovah in Zion, and His praise in Jerusalem,
Psa 102:22  when the peoples and the kingdoms are gathered together to serve Jehovah.
Psa 102:23  He diminished my strength in the way; He shortened my days.
Psa 102:24  I said, O my God, do not take me up in the half of my days; Your years are through the generation of generations.
Psa 102:25  Before time You founded the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands.
Psa 102:26  They shall perish, but You shall endure; yea, all of them shall wear out like a garment; You shall change them like clothing, and they shall be changed.
Psa 102:27  But You are He, and Your years shall not be ended.
Psa 102:28  The sons of Your servants shall dwell, and their seed shall be established before You.

PSALM 103
Psa 103:1  <Of David.> Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and all within me, bless His holy name.
Psa 103:2  Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits;
Psa 103:3  He who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases;
Psa 103:4  who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with kindness and tender mercies;
Psa 103:5  who satisfies your desire with good; your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Psa 103:6  Jehovah works righteousness and judgments for all the oppressed.
Psa 103:7  He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel.
Psa 103:8  Jehovah is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and of abundant mercy.
Psa 103:9  He will not always chasten, nor will He keep His anger forever.
Psa 103:10  He has not done to us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
Psa 103:11  For as the heavens are above the earth, so is His mercy mighty over those who fear Him.
Psa 103:12  As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
Psa 103:13  As the pity of a father over his sons, so Jehovah pities those who fear Him.
Psa 103:14  For He knows how we are made, remembering that we are dust.
Psa 103:15  As for man, his days are as grass; as the flower of the field, so he flourishes.
Psa 103:16  For the wind passes over it, and it is not; and its place never knows it again.
Psa 103:17  But the mercy of Jehovah is from everlasting, even to everlasting, on those who fear Him; yea, His righteousness is to the sons of sons;
Psa 103:18  to those who keep His covenant, and to those who remember His commandments, to do them.
Psa 103:19  Jehovah has prepared His throne in Heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.
Psa 103:20  Bless Jehovah, O angels of His; mighty in strength; doing His Word; listening to the voice of His Word.
Psa 103:21  Bless Jehovah, all His hosts, ministers of His, doing His will.
Psa 103:22  Bless Jehovah, all His works in all the places of His dominion; bless Jehovah, O my soul.

PSALM 104
Psa 104:1  Bless Jehovah, O my soul! O Jehovah my God, You are very great; You have put on honor and majesty,
Psa 104:2  covering Yourself with light like a cloak, and stretching out the heavens like a curtain;
Psa 104:3  who lays beams in the waters of His upper rooms; setting thick clouds as His chariots; walking on the wings of the wind.
Psa 104:4  He makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flaming fire.
Psa 104:5  He founded the earth on its foundations; it shall not be shaken forever and ever.
Psa 104:6  You have covered the deep as with a robe; the waters stood above the mountains.
Psa 104:7  From Your rebuke, they flee; from the sound of Your thunder, they hurry away.
Psa 104:8  They go up the mountains; they go down the valleys to the place which You founded for them.
Psa 104:9  You have set a boundary that they may not pass over; they shall not return to cover the earth.
Psa 104:10  He sends springs into the valleys; they flow between the hills;
Psa 104:11  they give drink to every animal of the field; wild asses break their thirst;
Psa 104:12  over them the birds of the heavens dwell; they give voice from between the branches.
Psa 104:13  He waters the hills from His upper rooms; the earth is satisfied from the fruit of Your works.
Psa 104:14  He causes the grass to grow for the livestock and plants for the service of man, to bring food out of the earth.
Psa 104:15  And wine cheers the heart of man; oil makes his face shine, and bread sustains the heart of man.
Psa 104:16  The trees of Jehovah are satisfied, the cedars of Lebanon that He planted;
Psa 104:17  there where the birds nest; the fir trees are the house of the stork;
Psa 104:18  high hills are for the wild goats; rocks are a refuge for the badgers.
Psa 104:19  He made the moon for seasons; the sun knows its going down.
Psa 104:20  You put darkness, and it is night; in it all the forest animals creep.
Psa 104:21  The young lions roar for prey, and to seek their food from God.
Psa 104:22  The sun rises; they are gathered, and go to their dens to lie down.
Psa 104:23  Man goes out to his work, and to his labor until the evening.
Psa 104:24  O Jehovah, how many are Your works! You have made all of them in wisdom; the earth is full of Your riches.
Psa 104:25  This is the sea, great and wide on both hands; there are creeping things even without number; living things, small and great.
Psa 104:26  There the ships go; You formed this great sea-animal to play in it.
Psa 104:27  All of them wait for You to give them their food in due season.
Psa 104:28  You give to them; they gather; You open Your hand, and they are filled with good.
Psa 104:29  You hide Your face, and they are troubled; You gather their breath, and they expire and return to their dust.
Psa 104:30  You send out Your Spirit, and they are created; and You renew the face of the earth.
Psa 104:31  The glory of Jehovah shall be forever; Jehovah shall rejoice in His works.
Psa 104:32  He looks to the earth, and it trembles; He touches the hills, and they smoke.
Psa 104:33  I will sing to Jehovah during my life; I will sing praise to my God while I exist.
Psa 104:34  My thoughts on Him shall be sweet; I will be glad in Jehovah.
Psa 104:35  Let sinners be consumed out of the earth and let the wicked be no more; bless Jehovah, O my soul; praise Jehovah!

PSALM 105
Psa 105:1  O give thanks to Jehovah; call on His name; make His deeds known among the peoples.
Psa 105:2  Sing to Him; sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
Psa 105:3  Glory in His holy name; let the heart of those who seek Jehovah rejoice.
Psa 105:4  Seek Jehovah and His strength; seek His face without ceasing.
Psa 105:5  Remember His wonders that He has done, His miracles, and the judgments of His mouth,
Psa 105:6  O seed of His servant Abraham; O sons of Jacob, His elect.
Psa 105:7  He is Jehovah our God; His judgments are in all the earth;
Psa 105:8  He has remembered His covenant forever; the Word He commanded to a thousand generations;
Psa 105:9  which He cut with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac;
Psa 105:10  and He established it to Jacob for a statute, to Israel for a perpetual covenant;
Psa 105:11  saying, To you I will give the land of Canaan, the portion of your inheritance;
Psa 105:12  when they were a few men of number; very few, and aliens in it.
Psa 105:13  And they went about from nation to nation; from one kingdom to another people.
Psa 105:14  He allowed no man to oppress them; yea, He reproved kings for their sakes;
Psa 105:15  saying, Touch not My anointed; and, Do My prophets no harm.
Psa 105:16  And He called a famine on the land; He broke the whole staff of bread.
Psa 105:17  He sent a man before them, Joseph, being sold for a slave;
Psa 105:18  they hurt his feet with chains; his soul came into iron;
Psa 105:19  until the time His Word came, the Word of Jehovah refined him;
Psa 105:20  the king, the ruler of peoples, sent and shook off his links and set him free;
Psa 105:21  he made him lord of his house, and ruler over all he owned;
Psa 105:22  to bind his leaders at his will, and to teach his elders wisdom.
Psa 105:23  Israel also came into Egypt, and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
Psa 105:24  And He increased His people greatly and made them stronger than their enemies.
Psa 105:25  He turned their heart to hate His people, to deal craftily with His servants.
Psa 105:26  He sent His servant Moses and Aaron whom He had chosen.
Psa 105:27  They put things of His signs among them; yea, wonders in the land of Ham.
Psa 105:28  He sent darkness and made it dark; and they did not rebel against His Word.
Psa 105:29  He turned their waters into blood and killed their fish.
Psa 105:30  Their land swarmed with frogs in the rooms of their kings.
Psa 105:31  He spoke, and fly swarms came; gnats in all their borders.
Psa 105:32  He gave hail for their rain, flaming fire in their land.
Psa 105:33  He struck their vines also, and their fig trees; and He broke the trees of their borders.
Psa 105:34  He spoke, and locusts came; and larvae without number;
Psa 105:35  and they ate up all the plants in the land; yea, ate the fruit of their ground.
Psa 105:36  He also struck all the first-born in their land, the firstfruit of all their vigor.
Psa 105:37  And He led them out with silver and gold; and among their tribes, not one was stumbling.
Psa 105:38  Egypt was glad when they went out, for their dread had fallen on them.
Psa 105:39  He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.
Psa 105:40  He asked, and He brought quail; and satisfied them with the food from the heavens.
Psa 105:41  He opened the rock, and waters gushed out; they went in the dry places like a river.
Psa 105:42  For He remembered His holy Word and His servant Abraham;
Psa 105:43  and He brought His people out with joy; His elect with gladness.
Psa 105:44  And He gave to them the lands of the nations; and they inherited the labor of the peoples;
Psa 105:45  so that they might observe His statutes and keep His laws. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 106
Psa 106:1  Praise Jehovah! Give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.
Psa 106:2  Who can utter the mighty works of Jehovah, or cause all His praise to be heard?
Psa 106:3  Blessed are those keeping judgment, he who does righteousness in every season.
Psa 106:4  Remember me, Jehovah, with the favor of Your people; O visit me with Your salvation,
Psa 106:5  to see the good of joy, Your elect to rejoice in the joy of Your nation, to glory with Your inheritance.
Psa 106:6  We have sinned with our fathers; we did iniquity; we did evil.
Psa 106:7  Our fathers did not ponder Your wonders in Egypt; they did not remember Your many mercies, and they rebelled at the sea, at the Sea of Reeds.
Psa 106:8  But He saved them for His name's sake, to make known His might.
Psa 106:9  And He rebuked the Sea of Reeds; and it dried up; and He made them go through the depths as through the wilderness.
Psa 106:10  And He saved them from the hand of the one hating, and ransomed him from the hand of the enemy;
Psa 106:11  and waters covered their enemies; not one of them was left.
Psa 106:12  Then they believed His Words; they sang His praise.
Psa 106:13  They hurried and forgot His works; they did not wait for His counsel;
Psa 106:14  and they greedily lusted in the wilderness, and tested God in the desert.
Psa 106:15  And He gave their request to them, but sent wasting into their soul.
Psa 106:16  And they were jealous of Moses the saint of Jehovah in the camp of Aaron;
Psa 106:17  the earth opened up and swallowed Dathan; and covered the company of Abiram.
Psa 106:18  And a fire burned in their company; the flame burned up the wicked.
Psa 106:19  They made a calf in Horeb, and fell down before the casted image;
Psa 106:20  and they changed their Glory into the image of an ox eating grass.
Psa 106:21  They forgot God their deliverer, doing great things in Egypt;
Psa 106:22  wonders in the land of Ham, awesome things by the Sea of Reeds.
Psa 106:23  And He said to destroy them; except Moses His elect had stood before Him in the breach, to turn away His wrath from destroying them.
Psa 106:24  They despised the pleasant land; they did not believe His Word.
Psa 106:25  And they murmured in their tents, not listening to the voice of Jehovah;
Psa 106:26  and He lifted up His hand to them, to make them fall in the wilderness;
Psa 106:27  to make their seed fall also among the nations, and to scatter them in the lands.
Psa 106:28  They also were joined to Baal-peor, and ate the sacrifices of the ones who died;
Psa 106:29  and provoked Him with their deeds; and a plague broke out among them.
Psa 106:30  Then Phinehas stood and intervened, and the plague was stayed;
Psa 106:31  and it was counted to him for righteousness to generation and generation, forever.
Psa 106:32  And they angered Him at The Waters of Provocation, and it went ill for Moses because of them;
Psa 106:33  for they provoked his spirit, and he spoke rashly with his lips.
Psa 106:34  They did not destroy the peoples, as Jehovah said to them,
Psa 106:35  but mingled with the nations, and learned their works.
Psa 106:36  And they served their idols, and they became a snare to them.
Psa 106:37  Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons;
Psa 106:38  and they shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan. And the land was polluted with the blood.
Psa 106:39  And they were unclean with their works, and went whoring in their acts.
Psa 106:40  And the anger of Jehovah glowed against His people; and He detested His inheritance.
Psa 106:41  And He gave them into the hand of the nations; and those who hated them ruled over them.
Psa 106:42  And their enemies oppressed them and they were humbled under their hand.
Psa 106:43  Many times He delivered them, but they rebelled in their plans, and sank in their iniquities.
Psa 106:44  And He looked on their affliction when He heard their shout;
Psa 106:45  He remembered His covenant for them, and breathed a sigh, according to His many mercies.
Psa 106:46  And He gave them to tender mercies before all their captors.
Psa 106:47  Save us, O Jehovah our God, and gather us from the nations, to give thanks to Your holy name, to exult in Your praise.
Psa 106:48  Blessed is Jehovah God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. And let all the people say, Amen! Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 107

Psa 107:1  Give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.
Psa 107:2  Let the redeemed of Jehovah say so, whom He redeemed from the hand of the foe;
Psa 107:3  and gathered them from the lands; from east and from west; from north and from south.
Psa 107:4  They wandered in the wilderness, in a desert way; they found no city of dwelling;
Psa 107:5  hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them;
Psa 107:6  and they cried to Jehovah in their distress; He delivered them from their straits.
Psa 107:7  And He guided them in the right way; to go to a city of dwelling.
Psa 107:8  Let them thank Jehovah for His mercy, and His wonders to the sons of man.
Psa 107:9  He satisfies the thirsty soul, and He fills the hungry soul with good.
Psa 107:10  Those who live in the darkness, and in the shadow of death, being prisoners in affliction and iron,
Psa 107:11  because they rebelled against the Words of God, and despised the counsel of the Most High;
Psa 107:12  and He humbled their heart by toil; they stumbled, and none were helping;
Psa 107:13  and they cried to Jehovah in their distress; He saved them out of their distresses;
Psa 107:14  He brought them out from darkness and the shadow of death; and He broke their bonds apart.
Psa 107:15  Let them thank Jehovah for His mercy, and His wonders to the sons of man.
Psa 107:16  For He has broken the gates of bronze; and He cut bars of iron in two.
Psa 107:17  Fools are afflicted from the way of their rebellion, and from their iniquities;
Psa 107:18  their soul hates every food; and they touch the gates of death;
Psa 107:19  and they cried to Jehovah in their distress; He saved them from their straits;
Psa 107:20  He sent His Word and healed them; and delivered them from all their pitfalls.
Psa 107:21  Let them thank Jehovah for His mercy, and His wonders to the sons of man.
Psa 107:22  And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and recount His works with rejoicing.
Psa 107:23  They who go down to the sea in ships, who work in the great waters;
Psa 107:24  these see the works of Jehovah, and His wonders in the deep.
Psa 107:25  For He speaks, and He raises stormy wind, and makes its waves high;
Psa 107:26  they go up to the heavens; they go down to the depths; their soul is melted because they are in evil;
Psa 107:27  they reel and stagger like a drunken man, and all their wisdom is swallowed up;
Psa 107:28  and they cry to Jehovah in their distress, and He saves them out of their straits.
Psa 107:29  He settles the storm to a whisper, so that its waves are still;
Psa 107:30  and they are glad, because they are quiet; and He led them to their desired haven.
Psa 107:31  Let them thank Jehovah for His mercy, and His wonders to the sons of mankind;
Psa 107:32  and exalt Him in the congregation of the people; and praise Him in the seat of the elders.
Psa 107:33  He sets rivers to a wilderness, and watersprings to thirsty ground;
Psa 107:34  a fruitful land to a salty desert; because of the wickedness of those who live in it.
Psa 107:35  He puts the wilderness into pools of water; and dry land into water-springs;
Psa 107:36  and He makes the hungry live there, and they may prepare a city of dwelling.
Psa 107:37  And they sow the fields, and plant vineyards, and make fruits of produce.
Psa 107:38  He also blesses them, so that they multiply greatly; and He does not allow their cattle to diminish;
Psa 107:39  but they are diminished and bowed down from coercion, evil and grief.
Psa 107:40  He pours scorn on nobles, and causes them to wander in a desert; there is no path.
Psa 107:41  But He raises the poor up from affliction, and He sets families like a flock.
Psa 107:42  The upright shall see and be glad; and all iniquity shuts its mouth.
Psa 107:43  Whoever is wise and will observe these things, they shall discern the mercies of Jehovah.

PSALM 108

Psa 108:1  <A Song. A Psalm of David.> O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing; yea, I will sing songs even with my glory.
Psa 108:2  Awake, harp and lyre! I will awake early;
Psa 108:3  I will thank You, O Jehovah, among the peoples; and I will sing to You among the nations.
Psa 108:4  For Your mercy is great above the heavens; and Your truth reaches to the clouds.
Psa 108:5  Be lifted up, O God, above the heavens; and Your glory above all the earth;
Psa 108:6  O that Your beloved may be delivered; save by Your right hand and answer me.
Psa 108:7  God has spoken in His holiness; I will rejoice; I will portion out Shechem; and I will measure out the valley of Succoth.
Psa 108:8  Gilead is Mine; and Manasseh is Mine; and Ephraim is the refuge of My head; Judah is My lawgiver;
Psa 108:9  Moab is My washpot; I will throw My shoe out over Edom; I will shout in triumph over Philistia.
Psa 108:10  Who will lead me into the fortified city? Who will lead me over Edom?
Psa 108:11  O God, have You not cast us off? And, O God, will You not go out with our armies?
Psa 108:12  Give help to us from distress; for the deliverance of man is vain.
Psa 108:13  In God we shall do mighty things, for He shall trample ones oppressing us.

PSALM 109
Psa 109:1  <To the chief musician, A Psalm of David.> O God of my praise, do not be silent;
Psa 109:2  for the mouth of the wicked, and the deceitful mouth, are opened against me; they spoke against me with a lying tongue.
Psa 109:3  And they hemmed me in with words of hating; and they fought against me without a cause.
Psa 109:4  In return for my love, they are my enemies; but I am in prayer.
Psa 109:5  And they put on me evil for good, and hating for my love.
Psa 109:6  Set a wicked man over him; and let an adversary stand at his right hand;
Psa 109:7  when he is judged, let him go out wicked; and let his prayer become sin;
Psa 109:8  let his days be few; and let another take his office;
Psa 109:9  his sons be orphans, and his wife a widow;
Psa 109:10  and let his sons always beg and wander, and seek food out of their ruins;
Psa 109:11  let the moneylender lay a snare for all that is his; and let strangers plunder his labor;
Psa 109:12  let there be none giving mercy to him; nor any to have pity on his orphans;
Psa 109:13  let his posterity be cut off; let their name be blotted out in the following generation;
Psa 109:14  let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered to Jehovah; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out;
Psa 109:15  let them be always before Jehovah, so that He may cut off the memory of them from the earth;
Psa 109:16  because he did not remember to do mercy; and he persecuted the poor and needy man, even to kill the broken of heart.
Psa 109:17  Yea, he loved cursing, and it came to him; he also had no pleasure in blessing, and it was far from him.
Psa 109:18  And he put on cursing as his robe, and it came like water in his inward parts, and like oil into his bones.
Psa 109:19  Let it be to him as a garment he wraps in, and for a girdle that he always girds on.
Psa 109:20  This is the reward of my foes from Jehovah, and of those who speak evil against my soul.
Psa 109:21  But You, O Jehovah the Lord, work with me for Your name's sake; deliver me because Your mercy is good.
Psa 109:22  For I am poor and needy, and my heart is pierced within me.
Psa 109:23  As a shadow when it stretches out, I am gone; I am shaken off like the locust.
Psa 109:24  My knees stumble from fasting, and my flesh grows lean from fatness.
Psa 109:25  And I have become a reproach to them; they looked at me; they shook their heads.
Psa 109:26  O Jehovah my God, help me; save me according to Your mercy;
Psa 109:27  and they will know that this is Your hand; that You, O Jehovah, have done it.
Psa 109:28  They will curse, but You will bless; they rise up and are ashamed; but Your servant will be glad.
Psa 109:29  Let those who accuse me be clothed with shame; and cover themselves in their shame as with a robe.
Psa 109:30  I will greatly thank Jehovah with my mouth; yea, I will praise Him in the midst of the multitude.
Psa 109:31  For He shall stand at the right hand of the needy; to save from those judging his soul.

PSALM 110
Psa 110:1  <A Psalm of David.> A declaration of Jehovah to my Lord: Sit at My right hand, until I place Your enemies as Your footstool.
Psa 110:2  Jehovah shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion to rule in the midst of Your enemies.
Psa 110:3  Your people shall have willingness in the day of Your might; in the majesties of holiness; from the womb of the dawn, to You is the dew of Your youth.
Psa 110:4  Jehovah has sworn and will not repent: You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
Psa 110:5  The Lord at Your right hand shatters kings in the day of His anger.
Psa 110:6  He shall judge among the nations; He shall fill with dead bodies; He shall shatter heads over much land.
Psa 110:7  He shall drink out of the torrent on the way; therefore, He shall lift up the head.

PSALM 111
Psa 111:1  Praise Jehovah! I will thank Jehovah with all my heart; in the council of the upright, and of the assembly.
Psa 111:2  The works of Jehovah are great, sought out by all those desiring them.
Psa 111:3  His work is honorable and glorious; and His righteousness is standing forever.
Psa 111:4  He has made a memorial for His wonders; Jehovah is gracious and full of pity.
Psa 111:5  He has given food to those who fear Him; He will always remember His covenant.
Psa 111:6  He has shown to His people the power of His works, to give to them the inheritance of the nations.
Psa 111:7  The works of His hands are truth and all His commandments are true,
Psa 111:8  standing firm forever and ever; they are done in truth and uprightness.
Psa 111:9  He sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever; holy and awesome is His name.
Psa 111:10  The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom; all who do them have a good understanding; His praise is standing forever!

PSALM 112
Psa 112:1  Praise Jehovah! Blessed is the man who fears Jehovah, delighting greatly in His commands.
Psa 112:2  His seed shall be mighty on the earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed;
Psa 112:3  wealth and riches are in his house; and his righteousness is standing forever.
Psa 112:4  Light rises in the darkness to the upright; he is gracious and full of pity, and of righteousness.
Psa 112:5  Good is a man showing favor and lending; he will measure his matters with equity.
Psa 112:6  For he shall not be shaken forever; the righteous shall be for a memorial forever.
Psa 112:7  He shall not be afraid of evil news; his heart is fixed, trusting in Jehovah.
Psa 112:8  His heart is upheld; he shall not be afraid though he looks on his foes.
Psa 112:9  He has scattered; he has given to the needy; his righteousness is standing forever; his horn shall be lifted up with honor.
Psa 112:10  The wicked shall see and be vexed; he shall gnash his teeth and melt; the desire of the wicked shall perish.

PSALM 113
Psa 113:1  Praise Jehovah! Praise, O servants of Jehovah; praise the name of Jehovah.
Psa 113:2  Blessed is the name of Jehovah from now on and forevermore.
Psa 113:3  From the rising of the sun to its going, Jehovah's name is to be praised.
Psa 113:4  Jehovah is high above all nations; His glory above the heavens.
Psa 113:5  Who is like Jehovah our God, who exalts Himself to dwell;
Psa 113:6  Who humbles Himself to consider all in the earth and the heavens!
Psa 113:7  He raises up the poor from the dust; He lifts the needy out of the dunghill,
Psa 113:8  in order to make him sit with nobles, with the nobles of his people.
Psa 113:9  He causes the barren to live in the house as the joyful mother of sons. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 114
Psa 114:1  When Israel came out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;
Psa 114:2  Judah became His sanctuary, Israel His kingdom.
Psa 114:3  The sea looked and fled; the Jordan turned back;
Psa 114:4  the mountains skipped like rams; the little hills like lambs!
Psa 114:5  What ails you, O sea, that you flee? O Jordan, that you turn back?
Psa 114:6  O mountains, that you skip like rams? O little hills, like lambs?
Psa 114:7  Tremble, O earth, from the face of the Lord, from the face of the God of Jacob;
Psa 114:8  who turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

PSALM 115
Psa 115:1  Not to us, O Jehovah, not to us, but to Your name give glory; on account of Your mercy, on account of Your truth.
Psa 115:2  Why do the nations say, Where is their God now?
Psa 115:3  But our God is in Heaven; He has done all that He has pleased.
Psa 115:4  Their idols are silver and gold, the work of man's hands;
Psa 115:5  they have mouths, but they do not speak; they have eyes, but they do not see;
Psa 115:6  they have ears, but they do not hear; they have a nose, but they do not smell;
Psa 115:7  their hands do not feel; their feet do not walk; they do not mutter through their throat.
Psa 115:8  The ones who make them are like them, and everyone trusting in them.
Psa 115:9  O Israel, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.
Psa 115:10  O house of Aaron, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.
Psa 115:11  Ones fearing Jehovah, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.
Psa 115:12  Jehovah remembers us; He will bless; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron;
Psa 115:13  He will bless those who fear Jehovah, the small and the great.
Psa 115:14  Jehovah will add on to you; on you and on your sons.
Psa 115:15  You are blessed to Jehovah, He who makes heavens and earth.
Psa 115:16  The heavens; the heavens are Jehovah's, but He has given the earth to the sons of men.
Psa 115:17  The dying do not praise Jehovah, nor all those who go down into silence;
Psa 115:18  but we will bless Jehovah, from now on and forever. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 116
Psa 116:1  I love Jehovah because He hears my voice, my prayers.
Psa 116:2  Because He has bowed His ear to me, I will also call in my days.
Psa 116:3  The cords of death hemmed me in; and the pains of Sheol found me; I find distress and sorrow;
Psa 116:4  then I call on the name of Jehovah: O Jehovah, I beseech You, deliver my soul!
Psa 116:5  Jehovah is gracious and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.
Psa 116:6  Jehovah watches over the simple; I was low, but He saved me.
Psa 116:7  Return to your rest, O soul; for Jehovah has blessed you.
Psa 116:8  For You have delivered my soul from death, my eye from tears, my feet from stumbling.
Psa 116:9  I will walk before the face of Jehovah in the lands of the living.
Psa 116:10  I believed; so I speak; I was greatly afflicted;
Psa 116:11  I said in my alarm, All men are liars.
Psa 116:12  What shall I return to Jehovah for His benefits to me?
Psa 116:13  I will lift up the cup of salvation, and I will call on the name of Jehovah.
Psa 116:14  I will pay my vows to Jehovah now in the presence of all His people.
Psa 116:15  Precious in the eyes of Jehovah is the death of His saints.
Psa 116:16  O Jehovah, truly I am Your servant now; I am Your servant, the son of Your handmaid; You have loosed my bonds.
Psa 116:17  I will sacrifice to You the sacrifice of thanks and will call on the name of Jehovah.
Psa 116:18  I will pay my vows to Jehovah now in the presence of all His people,
Psa 116:19  in the courts of the house of Jehovah; in your midst, O Jerusalem. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 117
Psa 117:1  Praise Jehovah, all nations; praise Him, all peoples;
Psa 117:2  for His mercy is mighty over us, and the truth of Jehovah is forever. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 118
Psa 118:1  Give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good; because His mercy endures forever.
Psa 118:2  Let Israel say now that His mercy endures forever.
Psa 118:3  Let the house of Aaron say now that His mercy endures forever.
Psa 118:4  Let those who fear Jehovah say now that His mercy endures forever.
Psa 118:5  I called Jehovah from the distress; He answered me in the large place of Jehovah.
Psa 118:6  Jehovah is for me; I will not fear; what can man do to me?
Psa 118:7  Jehovah is for me among those who help me, and I shall see my desire on those who hate me.
Psa 118:8  It is better to trust in Jehovah than to trust in man;
Psa 118:9  it is better to trust in Jehovah than to trust in nobles.
Psa 118:10  All the nations surround me; but surely I will destroy them in the name of Jehovah.
Psa 118:11  They surround me; yea, they surround me; I surely will destroy them in the name of Jehovah.
Psa 118:12  They surround me like bees; they are quenched like the fire of thorns; for surely I will cut them off in the name of Jehovah.
Psa 118:13  Pushing, you pushed me to fall; but Jehovah helped me.
Psa 118:14  Jehovah is my strength and my song; and He is my salvation.
Psa 118:15  The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of Jehovah works mightily.
Psa 118:16  The right hand of Jehovah is exalted; the right hand of Jehovah acts mightily.
Psa 118:17  I shall not die, but I shall live and declare the works of Jehovah.
Psa 118:18  Chastening, Jehovah has chastened me, but He has not given me to death.
Psa 118:19  Open the gates of righteousness to me, I will enter into them; I will thank Jehovah.
Psa 118:20  This is the gate of Jehovah, the righteous shall enter into it.
Psa 118:21  I will thank You, for You answered me, and You are my salvation.
Psa 118:22  The Stone which the builders rejected has become the Head of the Corner.
Psa 118:23  This is from Jehovah, it is marvelous in our eyes.
Psa 118:24  This is the day Jehovah has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Psa 118:25  O Jehovah, I beseech You, save now; I beseech You, O Jehovah, cause us to prosper now.
Psa 118:26  Blessed is he who comes in the name of Jehovah; we blessed you from the house of Jehovah.
Psa 118:27  Jehovah is God, and He gives light to us. Tie the sacrifice with cords, to the horns of the altar.
Psa 118:28  You are my God, and I will exalt You; My God, I will thank You!
Psa 118:29  O give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.

PSALM 119
Psa 119:1  <ALEPH:> Blessed are the upright in the way, who walk in the Law of Jehovah.
Psa 119:2  Blessed are those keeping His Testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart.
Psa 119:3  They also do not work evil; they walk in His way.
Psa 119:4  You have commanded to carefully keep Your Precepts.
Psa 119:5  O that my ways were fixed to keep Your Statutes!
Psa 119:6  Then I shall not be ashamed, when I look to all Your Commands.
Psa 119:7  I will thank You with integrity of heart, in my learning the judgments of Your righteousness.
Psa 119:8  I will keep Your Statutes; do not forsake me utterly.
Psa 119:9  <BETH:> By what shall a young man purify his way? To keep it according to Your Word.
Psa 119:10  I have sought You with my whole heart; do not let me wander from Your Commands.
Psa 119:11  I have hidden Your Word in my heart, that I might not sin against You.
Psa 119:12  Blessed are you, O Jehovah; teach me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:13  I have declared all the judgments of Your mouth with my lips;
Psa 119:14  I have rejoiced in the way of Your Testimonies as over all riches.
Psa 119:15  I will meditate in Your Precepts and I will regard Your paths.
Psa 119:16  I will delight myself in Your Statutes. I will not forget Your Word.
Psa 119:17  <GIMEL:> Deal bountifully with Your servant that I may live, and I will keep Your Word.
Psa 119:18  Open my eyes and I will see wonderful things from Your Law.
Psa 119:19  I am an alien in the earth; hide not Your Commandments from me.
Psa 119:20  My soul is breaking for the longing to Your judgments in every season.
Psa 119:21  You have rebuked the proud, the cursed ones who go astray from Your Commands.
Psa 119:22  Roll from me reproach and scorn; for I have kept Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:23  Princes also sat, speaking against me; but Your servant meditates on Your laws.
Psa 119:24  Your Testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.
Psa 119:25  <DALETH:> My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to Your Word.
Psa 119:26  I have declared my ways, and You answered me; teach me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:27  Make me understand the way of Your Precepts, and I will meditate on Your wonders.
Psa 119:28  My soul drops with grief; Lift me up according to Your Word.
Psa 119:29  Remove from me the way of lying, and favor me with Your Law.
Psa 119:30  I have chosen the way of truth; I have held Your judgments level;
Psa 119:31  I have clung to Your Testimonies; O Jehovah, do not shame me.
Psa 119:32  I will run the way of Your Commands, for You shall enlarge my heart.
Psa 119:33  <HE:> O Jehovah, teach me the way of Your Statutes, and I will keep it to the end.
Psa 119:34  Make me understand and I will keep Your Law, and observe it with the whole heart.
Psa 119:35  Make me walk in the way of Your Commands, for in it I delight.
Psa 119:36  Bow my heart to Your Testimonies, and not to unjust gain.
Psa 119:37  Turn my eyes from seeing vanity; in Your way give me life.
Psa 119:38  Make Your Word sure to Your servant, who is devoted to Your fear.
Psa 119:39  Turn away my shame which I fear; for Your judgments are good.
Psa 119:40  Behold, I have longed for Your Precepts; grant to me life in Your righteousness.
Psa 119:41  <VAU:> By Your Word, according to Your salvation, let Your mercies come to me, O Jehovah.
Psa 119:42  And I will answer the one reproving me a word; for I trust in Your Word.
Psa 119:43  And do not take the Word of Truth completely out of my mouth; for I have hoped in Your judgments.
Psa 119:44  And I shall keep Your Law continually, forever and ever.
Psa 119:45  And I will walk in a wide space, for I seek Your Commands.
Psa 119:46  And I will speak of Your Testimonies before kings, and will not be ashamed.
Psa 119:47  And I will delight myself in Your Commandments, which I have loved.
Psa 119:48  And I will lift up my hands to Your Commandments that I love; and I will meditate on Your Statutes.
Psa 119:49  <ZAYIN:> Remember the Word to Your servant, on which You made me hope.
Psa 119:50  This is my comfort in my affliction; for Your Word has given me life.
Psa 119:51  The proud have scorned me utterly; I have not veered from Your Law.
Psa 119:52  I remembered Your judgments from of old, O Jehovah, and I take comfort.
Psa 119:53  Hot zeal has seized me because of the wicked forsaking Your Law.
Psa 119:54  Your Statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimages.
Psa 119:55  O Jehovah, I have remembered Your name in the night and have kept Your Law.
Psa 119:56  This was done to me, because I kept Your Commandments.
Psa 119:57  <CHETH:> Jehovah is my portion; I have said to keep Your Words.
Psa 119:58  I entreated Your face with all my heart; favor me according to Your Word.
Psa 119:59  I mused on my ways and turned my feet to Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:60  I hurried and delayed not to keep Your Commands.
Psa 119:61  The cords of the wicked encircle me; I have not forgotten Your Law.
Psa 119:62  At halves of the night I will rise to give thanks to You because of Your righteous judgments.
Psa 119:63  I am a companion of all who fear You; yea, of those who keep Your Precepts.
Psa 119:64  O Jehovah, the earth is full of Your mercy; teach me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:65  <TETH:> You have done good with Your servant, O Jehovah, by Your Word.
Psa 119:66  Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I have believed Your Commands.
Psa 119:67  Before I was afflicted I went astray; but now I have kept Your Word.
Psa 119:68  You are good and do good; teach me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:69  The proud have forged a lie against me; I will keep Your Precepts with all my heart.
Psa 119:70  Their heart is like fat, without feeling; I delight in Your Law.
Psa 119:71  For my good it was for me that I was afflicted, to learn Your Statutes.
Psa 119:72  The Law of Your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
Psa 119:73  <JOD:> Your hands made me and fixed me; give me discernment that I may learn Your Commands.
Psa 119:74  The ones fearing You will see me and rejoice; for I hoped in Your Word.
Psa 119:75  I know, O Jehovah, Your judgments are right; and in faithfulness You afflicted me.
Psa 119:76  Please let Your mercy be for my comfort, by Your Word to Your servant.
Psa 119:77  Let Your mercies come to me that I may live; for Your Law is my delight.
Psa 119:78  Let the proud be ashamed, for with lies they perverted me; I will muse on Your Precepts.
Psa 119:79  Let those fearing You turn to me, and knowers of Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:80  Let my heart be blameless in Your Statutes, that I may not be ashamed.
Psa 119:81  <KAPH:> My soul is being consumed for Your salvation; I hope in Your Word.
Psa 119:82  My eyes faint for Your Word, saying, When will You comfort me?
Psa 119:83  For I am like a wineskin in the smoke; I do not forget Your Statutes.
Psa 119:84  As what are the days of Your servant? When will You execute judgment on my persecutors?
Psa 119:85  The proud have dug pits for me which are not according to Your Law.
Psa 119:86  All Your Commands are faithful; they persecute me with lying; help me!
Psa 119:87  In a little while they had almost finished me on earth; but I did not forsake Your Precepts.
Psa 119:88  Give me life according to Your mercy, and I will keep the Testimonies of Your mouth.
Psa 119:89  <LAMED:> Your Word is settled in Heaven forever, O Jehovah.
Psa 119:90  Your faithfulness endures to generation and generation; You founded the earth, and it stands.
Psa 119:91  They stand by Your judgments to this day, for all are Your servants.
Psa 119:92  If Your Law had not been my delight, then I had perished in my affliction.
Psa 119:93  I will never forget Your Precepts; for with them You gave me life.
Psa 119:94  I am Yours save me; for I have sought Your Precepts.
Psa 119:95  The wicked waited for me, to destroy me; I will consider Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:96  I have seen an end to all perfection; Your command is exceedingly broad.
Psa 119:97  <MEM:> Oh how I love Your Law! It is my meditation all the day.
Psa 119:98  You make me wiser than my enemies by Your Commands; for they are forever mine.
Psa 119:99  I have more understanding than all my teachers; for Your Testimonies are a meditation to me.
Psa 119:100  I understand more than the aged, for I keep Your Precepts.
Psa 119:101  I have kept my feet from every evil way, to keep Your Word.
Psa 119:102  I turned not from Your judgments; for You have taught me.
Psa 119:103  How sweet are Your Words to my palate! More than honey to my mouth!
Psa 119:104  By Your Precepts I know; so then I hate every false way.
Psa 119:105  <NUN:> Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Psa 119:106  I have sworn and I rise to it, to keep Your righteous judgments.
Psa 119:107  I am greatly afflicted; O Jehovah, give me life according to Your Word.
Psa 119:108  Please, O Jehovah, accept the free offering of my mouth, and teach me Your judgments.
Psa 119:109  My life is in my hand continually, yet I do not forget Your Law.
Psa 119:110  The wicked have laid a snare for me; yet I do not wander from Your Precepts.
Psa 119:111  I have inherited Your Testimonies forever; for they are the joy of my heart.
Psa 119:112  I have bowed my heart to do Your Statutes always to the end.
Psa 119:113  <SAMECH:> I hate the halfhearted; but I love Your Law.
Psa 119:114  You are my covert and my shield; I hope in Your Word.
Psa 119:115  Depart from me, O evildoers, for I will keep my God's Commands.
Psa 119:116  Uphold me by Your Word, that I may live; and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
Psa 119:117  Hold me up and I will be saved; and I will always look to Your Statutes.
Psa 119:118  You have trampled all who go astray from Your Statutes, for their deceit is falsehood.
Psa 119:119  As dross You have made all the wicked of the earth to cease; so I love Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:120  My flesh has shivered because of Your fear; and I have feared Your judgments.
Psa 119:121  <AYIN:> I have done judgment and righteousness; leave me not to those who oppress me.
Psa 119:122  Be surety for Your servant for good; let not the proud oppress me.
Psa 119:123  My eyes faint for Your salvation, and for the Word of Your righteousness.
Psa 119:124  Deal with Your servant by Your mercy; and teach me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:125  I am Your servant; make me consider, and I will know Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:126  It is time for Jehovah to work; they have broken Your Law.
Psa 119:127  Therefore, I have loved Your Commands, more than gold, even fine gold.
Psa 119:128  Therefore, I count wholly right all the Precepts; I have hated every false way.
Psa 119:129  <PE:> Your Testimonies are wonderful; so my soul keeps them.
Psa 119:130  The entering of Your Word gives light, giving discernment to the simple.
Psa 119:131  I opened my mouth and panted; for I longed for Your Commands.
Psa 119:132  Turn to me and favor me, as is the way to those who love Your name.
Psa 119:133  Fix my steps in Your Word; and let no evil rule over me.
Psa 119:134  Redeem me from the oppression of man; and I will keep Your Precepts.
Psa 119:135  Make Your face shine on Your servant, and teach me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:136  Channels of waters have gone down my eyes, for they do not keep Your Law.
Psa 119:137  <TZADDI:> O Jehovah, You are righteous, and Your judgments upright.
Psa 119:138  You have enjoined Your Testimonies as righteous and very faithful.
Psa 119:139  My zeal has eaten me up, for my enemies have forgotten Your Word.
Psa 119:140  Your Word is pure and Your servant loves it.
Psa 119:141  I am small and despised; I do not forget Your Precepts.
Psa 119:142  Your righteousness is forever, and Your Law is truth.
Psa 119:143  Distress and anguish have found me; Your Commands are my delight.
Psa 119:144  The righteousness of Your Testimonies is everlasting; make me understand and I will live.
Psa 119:145  <QOPH:> I cried with my whole heart; O Jehovah, answer me; I will keep Your Statutes.
Psa 119:146  I cried to You; save me, and I will keep Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:147  I go before the dawn of day and cry; I hope in Your Word.
Psa 119:148  My eyes go before the night watches, to meditate on Your Word.
Psa 119:149  Hear my voice by Your mercy, O Jehovah; give me life by Your judgment.
Psa 119:150  The pursuers of mischief draw near; they are far from Your Law.
Psa 119:151  You are near, O Jehovah, and all Your Commands are truth.
Psa 119:152  Of old I have known from Your Testimonies, for You have founded them forever.
Psa 119:153  <RESH:> Look on my affliction and deliver me; for I do not forget Your Law.
Psa 119:154  Contend for my cause and redeem me; give me life according to Your Word.
Psa 119:155  Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek Your Statutes.
Psa 119:156  O Jehovah, Your tender mercies are great; give me life according to Your judgments.
Psa 119:157  My persecutors and enemies are many; I do not turn from Your Testimonies.
Psa 119:158  I saw those acting deceitfully and was grieved, because they did not keep Your Word.
Psa 119:159  See how I love Your Precepts, O Jehovah; give me life according to Your mercy.
Psa 119:160  The sum of Your Word is true; every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.
Psa 119:161  <SHIN:> Princes have persecuted me without cause; but my heart has feared at Your Word.
Psa 119:162  I rejoice at Your Word, as one who finds great spoil.
Psa 119:163  I hate and despise lying; but I love Your Law.
Psa 119:164  I praise You seven times a day because of Your righteous judgments.
Psa 119:165  Great peace is to those who love Your Law, and there is no stumblingblock to them.
Psa 119:166  O Jehovah, I have hoped for Your salvation, and have done Your Precepts.
Psa 119:167  My soul has kept Your Testimonies, and I love them very much.
Psa 119:168  I have kept Your Commands and Your Testimonies, for all my ways are before You.
Psa 119:169  <TAU:> Let my cry come near You, O Jehovah; give me wisdom according to Your Word.
Psa 119:170  Let my prayer come before You; deliver me according to Your Word.
Psa 119:171  My lips shall pour forth praise when You have taught me Your Statutes.
Psa 119:172  My tongue shall answer Your Word, for all Your Commands are righteousness.
Psa 119:173  Let Your hand help me; for I have chosen Your Precepts.
Psa 119:174  I have longed for Your salvation, O Jehovah; and Your Law is my delight.
Psa 119:175  Let my soul live and it will praise You; and let Your judgments help me.
Psa 119:176  I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek Your servant; for I do not forget Your Commandments.

PSALM 120
Psa 120:1  <A Song of Ascents.> In my distress I cried to Jehovah, and He answered me.
Psa 120:2  O Jehovah, deliver my soul from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.
Psa 120:3  What shall be given to you, or what shall one add to you, O deceitful tongue?
Psa 120:4  Sharp arrows of the mighty with coals of broom!
Psa 120:5  Woe is me that I sojourned in Meshech; I dwell with the tents of Kedar!
Psa 120:6  My soul has long dwelt to itself, with him who hates peace.
Psa 120:7  I am for peace; but when I speak, they are for war.

PSALM 121
Psa 121:1  <A Song of Ascents.> I will lift up my eyes to the hills; from where shall my help come?
Psa 121:2  My help comes from Jehovah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth.
Psa 121:3  He will not give your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber.
Psa 121:4  Behold, He who keeps Israel will not slumber nor sleep.
Psa 121:5  Jehovah is the One keeping you; Jehovah is your shade on your right hand.
Psa 121:6  The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night;
Psa 121:7  Jehovah shall keep you from all evil; He shall keep your soul.
Psa 121:8  Jehovah shall keep your going out, and your coming in, from now on and till forever.

PSALM 122
Psa 122:1  <A Song of Ascents; of David.> I was glad when they said to me, Let us go into the house of Jehovah.
Psa 122:2  Our feet shall stand within your gates, O Jerusalem.
Psa 122:3  Jerusalem is built like a city that is joined to itself, together.
Psa 122:4  There the tribes go up, the tribes of Jehovah; to the testimony of Israel; to give thanks to the name of Jehovah.
Psa 122:5  For the thrones of judgment were established there, the thrones of the house of David.
Psa 122:6  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; those who love you shall prosper.
Psa 122:7  Peace be within your walls; prosperity in your towers.
Psa 122:8  Because of my brothers and my companions, I will now say, Peace be in you.
Psa 122:9  Because of the house of Jehovah, our God, I will seek your good.

PSALM 123
Psa 123:1  <A Song of Ascents.> I will lift up my eyes on You, O Dweller in Heaven.
Psa 123:2  Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters; as the eyes of a maiden to the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait on Jehovah our God, until He shows grace to us.
Psa 123:3  Be gracious to us, O Jehovah; be gracious to us! For we are exceedingly filled with scorn.
Psa 123:4  Our soul is exceedingly filled for itself with the contempt of those who are at ease, the scorn of the proud.

PSALM 124
Psa 124:1  <A Song of Ascents, of David.> Except that it was Jehovah who was for us, O may Israel say;
Psa 124:2  except that it was Jehovah who was for us when men rose up against us,
Psa 124:3  then they would have swallowed us alive, when their anger glowed against us.
Psa 124:4  Then the waters would have flowed over us; the torrent would have covered our soul;
Psa 124:5  then the raging waters would have passed over our soul.
Psa 124:6  Blessed be Jehovah, who did not give us as a prey to their teeth.
Psa 124:7  Our soul has escaped like a bird out of the fowlers' snare; the snare is broken, and we have escaped.
Psa 124:8  Our help is in the name of Jehovah, the Maker of the heavens and earth.

PSALM 125
Psa 125:1  <A Song of Ascents.> They who trust in Jehovah shall be like Mount Zion; it is not shaken; it remains forever.
Psa 125:2  The mountains are all around Jerusalem; and Jehovah is all around His people, from this time and forever.
Psa 125:3  For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the lot of the righteous; that the righteous not put forth their hands to evil.
Psa 125:4  Do good, O Jehovah, to the good, and to the upright in their heart.
Psa 125:5  And those who turn aside to their devious ways, Jehovah shall lead them forth with doers of evil. Peace be upon Israel.
PSALM 126
Psa 126:1  <A Song of Ascents.> When Jehovah turned back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream.
Psa 126:2  Then our mouth was full of laughter, and our tongue with joyful shouting; then they said among the nations, Jehovah will work great things with these.
Psa 126:3  Jehovah did great things to work with us; we are glad.
Psa 126:4  Turn her captivity again, O Jehovah, like the south streams.
Psa 126:5  Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.
Psa 126:6  Surely he who walks and weeps, bearing a trail of seed, shall come again with joyful shouting, bearing his sheaves.

PSALM 127
Psa 127:1  <A Song of Ascents, for Solomon.> If Jehovah does not build the house, they who build it labor in vain; if Jehovah does not keep the city, the one keeping it stays awake in vain.
Psa 127:2  It is in vain for you to rise early, sit up late, to eat the bread of toils; for so He gives His beloved sleep.
Psa 127:3  Behold! Children are an inheritance of Jehovah; the fruit of the womb is His reward.
Psa 127:4  As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the sons of the young.
Psa 127:5  Blessed is the man who has filled his quiver with them; they shall not be ashamed, for they shall speak with their enemies in the gate.

PSALM 128
Psa 128:1  <A Song of Ascents.> Blessed is everyone who fears Jehovah, who walks in His ways.
Psa 128:2  For you shall surely eat the labor of your hands; you shall be happy, and all is good to you.
Psa 128:3  Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine by the sides of your house; your sons shall be like olive plants around your table.
Psa 128:4  Behold! So shall the man be blessed who fears Jehovah.
Psa 128:5  Jehovah shall bless you out of Zion; and you shall see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
Psa 128:6  Yes, you shall see the sons of your sons. Peace be upon Israel!

PSALM 129
Psa 129:1  <A Song of Ascents.> Many times they have distressed me from my youth, let Israel now say;
Psa 129:2  they have distressed me from my youth many times, yet they have not prevailed over me.
Psa 129:3  The plowers plowed on my back; they made their furrows long.
Psa 129:4  Jehovah is righteous; He cuts the cords of the wicked.
Psa 129:5  Let them be ashamed and turned back, all those who hate Zion;
Psa 129:6  let them be like the grass on the rooftops, which dries up before it draws out;
Psa 129:7  with which the reaper does not fill his hand, nor the binder of sheaves his bosom.
Psa 129:8  And those who pass by have never said, The blessing of Jehovah be on you; we bless you in the name of Jehovah.

PSALM 130
Psa 130:1  <A Song of Ascents.> Out of the depths I have called You, O Jehovah.
Psa 130:2  Lord, hear my voice, and let Your ears attend to the voice of my prayers.
Psa 130:3  If You will keep iniquities, O Jehovah, O Lord, who shall stand?
Psa 130:4  But forgiveness is with You that You may be feared.
Psa 130:5  I wait for Jehovah; my soul waits, and I hope for His Word.
Psa 130:6  My soul waits for the Lord more than those watching for the morning.
Psa 130:7  Let Israel hope to Jehovah, for with Jehovah is mercy, and with Him is abundant redemption;
Psa 130:8  and He shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

PSALM 131
Psa 131:1  <A Song of Ascents. Of David.> O Jehovah, my heart is not proud, nor have my eyes been lofty; nor have I walked in great things, nor in things too wondrous for me.
Psa 131:2  Surely I have set myself and have quieted my soul, like one weaned by its mother; my soul on me is like one weaned.
Psa 131:3  Let Israel hope in Jehovah, from now and till forever.

PSALM 132
Psa 132:1  <A Song of Ascents.> O Jehovah, remember David with all his afflictions;
Psa 132:2  how he swore to Jehovah; he vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob,
Psa 132:3  If I will go into the tent of my house, if I go up on the couch of my bed,
Psa 132:4  if I give sleep to my eyes, slumber to my eyelids,
Psa 132:5  until I search out a place for Jehovah, dwellings for the Mighty One of Jacob.
Psa 132:6  Lo, we have heard of it at Ephratah; we found it in the fields of the forest;
Psa 132:7  we will enter into His tabernacles; we will worship at His footstool.
Psa 132:8  Arise, O Jehovah, into Your rest; You, and the ark of Your strength.
Psa 132:9  Let Your priests be clothed with righteousness, and let Your saints shout for joy.
Psa 132:10  For Your servant David's sake do not turn away the face of Your anointed.
Psa 132:11  Jehovah has sworn to David in truth; He will not turn from it; I will set one of the fruit of your body on the throne for you.
Psa 132:12  If your sons will keep My covenant and My testimonies which I will teach them, their sons shall also sit on the throne for You forever.
Psa 132:13  Jehovah has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His dwelling-place.
Psa 132:14  This is My rest till forever; I will dwell here; I have desired it.
Psa 132:15  Blessing I will bless her poor with provisions; I will satisfy her poor with food.
Psa 132:16  And I will clothe her priests with salvation; and her saints shall surely shout.
Psa 132:17  I will make the horn of David to sprout; I have arranged a lamp for My Anointed.
Psa 132:18  I will clothe his enemies with shame, but His crown shall flourish upon him.

PSALM 133
Psa 133:1  <A Song of Ascents. Of David.> Behold! How good and how pleasant is the living of brothers, even in unity.
Psa 133:2  It is like the precious oil on the head that ran down on the beard, Aaron's beard, going down to the mouth of his garments;
Psa 133:3  like the dew of Hermon coming down on the mountains of Zion; for there Jehovah commanded the blessing: life till everlasting.

PSALM 134
Psa 134:1  <A Song of Ascents.> Behold, bless Jehovah, all servants of Jehovah; who stand in the house of Jehovah at night.
Psa 134:2  Lift up your hands in the holy place, and bless Jehovah.
Psa 134:3  May Jehovah bless you out of Zion, He who made the heavens and earth.

PSALM 135
Psa 135:1  Praise Jehovah! Praise the name of Jehovah; sing praise, servants of Jehovah;
Psa 135:2  those who stand in the house of Jehovah in the courts of the house of our God;
Psa 135:3  praise Jehovah! For Jehovah is good! Sing praises to His name, for it is delightful.
Psa 135:4  For Jehovah has chosen Jacob to Himself, Israel for His special treasure.
Psa 135:5  For I know that Jehovah is great, and our Lord is above all gods.
Psa 135:6  Every thing which Jehovah was pleased to do, He did, in the heavens and in the earth, and in the seas and all deep places.
Psa 135:7  He causes the vapors to rise from the end of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain; He brings the wind out of His storehouses;
Psa 135:8  He who struck the first-born of Egypt, from man to animal;
Psa 135:9  who sent signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt, on Pharaoh and on all his servants;
Psa 135:10  who struck great nations, and killed mighty kings;
Psa 135:11  Sihon, king Of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan.
Psa 135:12  And He gave their land as an inheritance, an inheritance to His people Israel.
Psa 135:13  O Jehovah, Your name endures forever; O Jehovah, Your memorial is from generation and generation.
Psa 135:14  For Jehovah will judge His people; and He will have pity on His servants.
Psa 135:15  The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands;
Psa 135:16  they have mouths, but they say nothing; they have eyes, but they see nothing;
Psa 135:17  they have ears, but they hear nothing; yea, there is no breath in their mouths.
Psa 135:18  Those who make them are like them, everyone who is trusting in them.
Psa 135:19  Bless Jehovah, O house of Israel; bless Jehovah, O house of Aaron;
Psa 135:20  Bless Jehovah, O house of Levi; you who fear Jehovah, bless Jehovah.
Psa 135:21  Blessed be Jehovah out of Zion, He who dwells at Jerusalem. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 136

Psa 136:1  O give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.
Psa 136:2  O give thanks to the God of gods; for His mercy endures forever.
Psa 136:3  O give thanks to the Lord of lords; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:4  to Him who alone does great wonders; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:5  to Him who by wisdom made the heavens; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:6  to Him who spread the earth on the waters; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:7  to Him who made great lights; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:8  the sun to rule by day; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:9  the moon and the stars to rule by night; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:10  to Him who struck Egypt in her first-born; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:11  and brought Israel out from among them; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:12  with a strong hand and a stretched out arm; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:13  to Him who divided the Sea of Reeds into parts; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:14  and made Israel pass through the middle of it; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:15  but shook Pharaoh and his army off in the Sea of Reeds; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:16  to Him who led His people in the wilderness; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:17  to Him who struck great kings; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:18  and killed majestic kings; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:19  Sihon, king of the Amorites; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:20  and Og, the king of Bashan; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:21  and gave their land for an inheritance; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:22  an inheritance to His servant Israel; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:23  who remembered us in our low estate; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:24  and has rescued us from our enemies; for His mercy endures forever;
Psa 136:25  who gives food to all flesh; for His mercy endures forever.
Psa 136:26  O give thanks to the God of Heaven; for His mercy endures forever.

PSALM 137
Psa 137:1  There by the rivers of Babylon we sat down; also we wept when we remembered Zion.
Psa 137:2  We hung our lyres on the willows in its midst.
Psa 137:3  For there our captors asked us the words of a song; yea, our plunderers asked joy, saying, Sing to us a song of Zion.
Psa 137:4  How shall we sing the song of Jehovah on a foreign soil?
Psa 137:5  If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget;
Psa 137:6  let my tongue cleave to my palate, if I do not remember you, if I do not bring up Jerusalem above the head of my joy.
Psa 137:7  O Jehovah, remember for the sons of Edom the day of Jerusalem; who said, Make it bare! Make it bare even to its foundation!
Psa 137:8  O daughter of Babylon, O destroyed one! Blessed is he who shall repay to you your recompence which you dealt to us.
Psa 137:9  Blessed is he who seizes your little ones and dashes them against the stone!

PSALM 138
Psa 138:1  <A Psalm of David.> I will thank You with my whole heart; I will sing praise to You before the gods;
Psa 138:2  I will worship toward Your holy temple, and give thanks to Your name for Your mercy, and for Your truth; for You have magnified Your Word above all Your name.
Psa 138:3  You answered me in the day that I cried; You emboldened me in my soul with strength.
Psa 138:4  All the kings of the earth shall thank You, O Jehovah, because they have heard the Words of Your mouth.
Psa 138:5  Yes, they shall sing in the ways of Jehovah; for the glory of Jehovah is great.
Psa 138:6  Though Jehovah is high, yet He looks upon the lowly; but the proud He knows from afar.
Psa 138:7  If I walk in the midst of distress, You give me life; You send out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand delivers me.
Psa 138:8  Jehovah will perfect His work in me; O Jehovah, Your mercy endures forever; You will not forsake the works of Your hands.

PSALM 139
Psa 139:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> O Jehovah, You have searched me and known me.
Psa 139:2  You know my sitting down, and my rising up; You understand my thought from afar off.
Psa 139:3  You sift my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.
Psa 139:4  For not a word is on my tongue, but, lo, O Jehovah, You know it all.
Psa 139:5  You have closed me in behind, and in front, and Your hand is laid on me.
Psa 139:6  Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is set on high; I am not able to reach it.
Psa 139:7  Where shall I go from Your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from Your face?
Psa 139:8  If I go up to Heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there!
Psa 139:9  If I take the wings of the morning, dwelling in the uttermost part of the sea,
Psa 139:10  even there Your hand shall lead me; and Your right hand shall seize me.
Psa 139:11  If I say: Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light around me.
Psa 139:12  Even the darkness will not be dark from You, but the night shines as the day; as is the darkness, so is the light.
Psa 139:13  For You have possessed my inward parts; You wove me in the womb of my mother.
Psa 139:14  I will thank You, for with awesome ways I am distinguished; Your works are marvelous, and my soul knows it very well.
Psa 139:15  My bones were not hidden from You when I was made in secret; when I was woven in the depths of the earth.
Psa 139:16  Your eyes saw my embryo; and in Your book all my members were written the days they were formed, and not one was yet among them.
Psa 139:17  And how precious are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!
Psa 139:18  If I should count them, they are more than the sand; when I awake I am still with You.
Psa 139:19  Surely You will slay the wicked, O God; and men of blood will turn away from me.
Psa 139:20  Who will maliciously speak against You? Your enemies are lifted up with vanity.
Psa 139:21  O Jehovah, do not I hate those hating You? And am I not detesting those rising against You?
Psa 139:22  I hate them with a perfect hatred; they have become my enemies.
Psa 139:23  Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my thoughts;
Psa 139:24  and see if any wicked way is in me; and lead me in the way everlasting.

PSALM 140
Psa 140:1  <To the chief musician. A Psalm of David.> O Jehovah, deliver me from the evil man; keep me from the violent man,
Psa 140:2  who devises evil things in the heart; they gather wars all the day.
Psa 140:3  They sharpen their tongues like a snake; adders' poison is under their lips. Selah.
Psa 140:4  O Jehovah, keep me from the hands of the wicked; keep me from the violent man who plots to trip up my steps.
Psa 140:5  The proud have hidden cords and a trap for me; they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set snares for me. Selah.
Psa 140:6  I said to Jehovah, You are my God; O Jehovah, give ear to the voice of my prayers.
Psa 140:7  O Jehovah the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of armor.
Psa 140:8  O Jehovah, do not grant the desires of the wicked; do not promote his plan, lest they be exalted. Selah.
Psa 140:9  As for the leaders of those around me, let the evil of their own lips cover them.
Psa 140:10  Let burning coals fall on them; let them fall on coals of fire; make them fall into deep pits so that they do not rise again.
Psa 140:11  Do not let a man of tongue be established in the earth; evil shall hunt the violent man, thrust upon thrust.
Psa 140:12  I know that Jehovah will maintain the cause of the afflicted, the justice of the poor.
Psa 140:13  Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; the upright shall dwell in Your presence.

PSALM 141

Psa 141:1  <A Psalm of David.> O Jehovah, I cry to You; hasten to me; give ear to my voice when I cry to You.
Psa 141:2  Let my prayer be established before You as incense; the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
Psa 141:3  O Jehovah, set a guard to my mouth; keep watch on the door of my lips.
Psa 141:4  Do not let my heart turn aside to any evil thing, to practice deeds in wickedness with men who practice iniquity; and do not let me eat of their delicacies.
Psa 141:5  Let the righteous strike me; it is a mercy; and he rebuking me, it is oil of the head, let not my head refuse it; for yet my prayer also shall be against their evils.
Psa 141:6  Their judges have been dashed against the rock; they shall hear my words for they are pleasant.
Psa 141:7  As when one plows and tears the earth, so our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.
Psa 141:8  But my eyes are on You, O Jehovah, my Lord; in You I take refuge; do not make my soul naked.
Psa 141:9  Keep me from the hands of the trap they laid for me, and from the snares of the workers of evil.
Psa 141:10  Let the wicked fall into their own nets at the same time; I even shall pass by.

PSALM 142
Psa 142:1  <An Instruction of David, a Prayer, in his being in the cave.> I cry to Jehovah with my voice; I pray to Jehovah with my voice.
Psa 142:2  I pour out my musing before Him; I declare my distress before Him.
Psa 142:3  When my spirit faints within me, then You have known my path; they have hidden a snare for me in the path in which I walk.
Psa 142:4  I look to the right hand and see, and no one recognizes me; every escape is hidden from me; no one inquires for my soul.
Psa 142:5  I cried to You, O Jehovah; I said, You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.
Psa 142:6  Attend to my cry; for I am brought very low; deliver me from those who pursue me; for they are stronger than I.
Psa 142:7  Bring my soul out from prison to give thanks to Your name; the righteous shall gather around me; for You shall deal bountifully with me.

PSALM 143
Psa 143:1  <A Psalm of David.> Hear my prayer, O Jehovah give ear to my supplications; answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness;
Psa 143:2  and do not enter into judgment with Your servant; for not anyone living is just in Your sight.
Psa 143:3  For the enemy has pursued my soul; he has beaten my life to the ground; he has made me dwell in darkness like those who died long ago.
Psa 143:4  And my spirit within me has fainted; my heart within me is stunned.
Psa 143:5  I remember the days of old. I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands.
Psa 143:6  I spread out my hands to You; my soul is to You like a weary land. Selah.
Psa 143:7  O Jehovah, answer me quickly; my spirit is spent; do not hide Your face from me lest I be like the ones who go down to the Pit.
Psa 143:8  Cause me to hear Your mercy in the morning, for I do trust in You; cause me to know the way I should walk, for I lift up my soul to You.
Psa 143:9  O Jehovah, deliver me from my enemies; by You I am covered.
Psa 143:10  Teach me to do Your will; for You are my God; Your Spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
Psa 143:11  O Jehovah, because of Your name, enliven me; in Your righteousness, bring my soul out of distress.
Psa 143:12  And in Your mercy cut off my enemies; and exterminate all those who distress my soul; for I am Your servant.

PSALM 144
Psa 144:1  <A Psalm of David.> Blessed be Jehovah my Rock, who teaches my hands for war, my fingers for battle.
Psa 144:2  He is my mercy and my fortress, my high tower and my deliverer, my shield, and in Him I take refuge, in Him who humbles my people under me.
Psa 144:3  O Jehovah, what is man that You know him; the son of man, that you esteem him?
Psa 144:4  Man is like to vanity; his days are like a shadow that passes.
Psa 144:5  Bow down Your heavens, O Jehovah; and come down; touch the mountains and they shall smoke.
Psa 144:6  Flash out lightning and scatter them; send out Your arrows and confound them.
Psa 144:7  Send Your hand from above; rescue me and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of a foreigner's sons,
Psa 144:8  whose mouths have spoken vanity; and their right hand is a right hand of lies.
Psa 144:9  I will sing a new song to You, O God; I will sing praises to You on a harp of ten strings
Psa 144:10  You who gives deliverance to kings, who delivers His servant David from the evil sword.
Psa 144:11  Rescue me and deliver me from the foreigners' sons, those whose mouths have spoken vanity; and their right hand is a right hand of lies;
Psa 144:12  so that our sons may be like plants grown up in their youth; and our daughters like corner-stones, hewn like a palace building;
Psa 144:13  and our storehouses may be full, furnishing kind to kind; our flocks may breed thousands and ten thousands outside,
Psa 144:14  our oxen laden; there is no break and no going out, and no crying in our plazas.
Psa 144:15  Blessed are the peoples that are so; blessed are the peoples whose God is Jehovah!

PSALM 145
Psa 145:1  <A Psalm of Praise, of David.> I will exalt you, my God, O King; and bless Your name forever and ever.
Psa 145:2  I will bless You every day; and I will praise Your name forever and ever.
Psa 145:3  Jehovah is great and to be greatly praised; and to His greatness there is no finding out.
Psa 145:4  Generation to generation shall praise Your works; and shall declare Your mighty acts.
Psa 145:5  I will muse on the glorious honor of Your majesty, and the things of Your wonderful works.
Psa 145:6  And they shall speak of the might of Your awesome works, and I will declare Your greatness.
Psa 145:7  They shall express the memory of Your great goodness, and they shall sing of Your righteousness.
Psa 145:8  Jehovah is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and of great mercy;
Psa 145:9  Jehovah is good to all; and His tender mercies are over all His works.
Psa 145:10  All Your works shall thank You, O Jehovah; and Your saints shall bless You.
Psa 145:11  They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, and talk of Your might;
Psa 145:12  to make Your might known to the sons of men; yea, the glorious majesty of His kingdom.
Psa 145:13  Your kingdom is a kingdom to all eternities; and Your rule in all, generation and generation.
Psa 145:14  Jehovah upholds all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down.
Psa 145:15  The eyes of all hope to You; and You give them their food in due time.
Psa 145:16  You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
Psa 145:17  Jehovah is righteous in all His ways, and kind in all His works.
Psa 145:18  Jehovah is near to all who call on Him, to all those who call on Him in truth.
Psa 145:19  He will fulfill the desire of the ones who fear Him; and He will hear their cry and save them.
Psa 145:20  Jehovah watches over all who love Him; but He destroys all the wicked.
Psa 145:21  My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; and all flesh shall bless His holy name forever and ever.

PSALM 146
Psa 146:1  Praise Jehovah; praise Jehovah, O my soul.
Psa 146:2  While I live I will praise Jehovah; I will sing praises to my God while I have being.
Psa 146:3  Put not your trust in nobles, in a son of man, for there is no salvation in him.
Psa 146:4  His breath will go out, he returns to the earth; his thoughts perish in that day.
Psa 146:5  Blessed is he who has the God of Jacob in his help; his hope is on Jehovah his God,
Psa 146:6  who made the heavens and the earth, the seas and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever;
Psa 146:7  who executes judgment for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry; Jehovah sets free the prisoners;
Psa 146:8  Jehovah opens the eyes of the blind; Jehovah raises those bowed down; Jehovah loves the righteous;
Psa 146:9  Jehovah watches over the strangers; He relieves the orphan and the widow, but He warps the way of the wicked.
Psa 146:10  Jehovah shall reign forever, O Zion, your God from generation and generation. Praise Jehovah.

PSALM 147
Psa 147:1  Praise Jehovah; for it is good to sing praise to our God; because praise is delightful and becoming.
Psa 147:2  Jehovah builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the outcasts of Israel.
Psa 147:3  He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their sorrows.
Psa 147:4  He appoints the number of the stars; He calls to them all by names.
Psa 147:5  Our Lord is great and of great might; there is no limit to His understanding.
Psa 147:6  Jehovah relieves the meek; He throws the wicked down to the ground.
Psa 147:7  Sing to Jehovah with thanksgiving; sing praise on the lyre to our God,
Psa 147:8  who covers the heavens with clouds; who prepares rain for the earth; who makes grass to grow on the mountains.
Psa 147:9  He gives the animals their food, to the young ravens that cry.
Psa 147:10  He takes no delight in the strength of the horse, nor any pleasure in the legs of a man.
Psa 147:11  Jehovah takes pleasure in those who fear Him, those who hope in His mercy.
Psa 147:12  Praise Jehovah, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion.
Psa 147:13  For He has made strong the bars of your gates; He has blessed your sons within you.
Psa 147:14  He sets up peace in your border, He satisfies you with the fat of the wheat.
Psa 147:15  He sends His command out on the earth; His Word runs very swiftly;
Psa 147:16  He gives snow like wool; He scatters the white frost like ashes;
Psa 147:17  He casts out His ice like crumbs; who can stand before His cold?
Psa 147:18  He sends out His Word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow, and the waters flow.
Psa 147:19  He declares His Word to Jacob, His statutes and His judgments to Israel.
Psa 147:20  He has not done so with any nation; and they have not known His judgments. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 148
Psa 148:1  Praise Jehovah! Praise Jehovah from the heavens; praise Him in the heights.
Psa 148:2  Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His hosts.
Psa 148:3  Praise Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all you stars of light.
Psa 148:4  Praise Him, O heavens of heavens; and O waters that are above the heavens.
Psa 148:5  Let them praise the name of Jehovah; for He commanded, and they were created.
Psa 148:6  And He established them forever and ever; He gave a decree that they not pass away.
Psa 148:7  Let the sea-monsters and all deeps praise Jehovah from the earth,
Psa 148:8  fire and hail, snow and smoke, stormy wind fulfilling His Word,
Psa 148:9  mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars,
Psa 148:10  beasts and all livestock, creeping things and birds of the wing,
Psa 148:11  kings of the earth and all people, princes and all judges of the earth,
Psa 148:12  young men and virgins too, old men and youths:
Psa 148:13  Let them praise the name of Jehovah; for His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heavens.
Psa 148:14  He also lifts up the horn of His people, the praise of all His saints, of the sons of Israel, a people near to Him, Praise Jehovah.

PSALM 149
Psa 149:1  Praise Jehovah! Sing to Jehovah a new song, His praise in the assembly of the saints.
Psa 149:2  Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; let the sons of Zion be joyful in their King.
Psa 149:3  Let them praise His name in the dance; let them sing praise to Him with the timbrel and lyre.
Psa 149:4  For Jehovah takes pleasure in His people; He beautifies the meek with salvation.
Psa 149:5  Let the saints be joyful in glory; let them sing aloud on their beds.
Psa 149:6  Let the exaltation of God be in their throat, and a two-edged sword in their hand,
Psa 149:7  to execute vengeance on the nations, punishment on the peoples;
Psa 149:8  to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with iron bands;
Psa 149:9  to execute on them the judgment written; this is an honor for all His saints. Praise Jehovah!

PSALM 150
Psa 150:1  Praise Jehovah! Praise God in His holy place; praise Him in the expanse of His might.
Psa 150:2  Praise Him in His mighty acts; praise Him according to His excellent greatness.
Psa 150:3  Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; praise Him with the harp and lyre.
Psa 150:4  Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; praise Him with strings and pipes.
Psa 150:5  Praise Him on the sounding cymbals; praise Him with the resounding cymbals.
Psa 150:6  Let everything that breathes praise Jehovah. Praise Jehovah!
