| Hello everyone,
9/29/2008 I just thought I would write a few lines to say hello to all that reads this. It has been a while since I last wrote anything. And that being simply because there is no news. Nothing is happening. At the current time, legally, I am waiting on a ruleing by the federal district court on my federal appeal. No news yet, but hopefully we will get a favorable ruleing soon!! In the mean time, I am over here at the Ellis Unit in Huntsville/Texas. This is the old death row unit, where I did my first four years on Death Row before they shipped all death row to the Polunsky Unit. This unit sure has changed a lot. But one thing that hasn�t changed throughout the whole unit are the small 6 foot by 9 foot cells that you have to share with another prisoner. I figure while Im waiting on this federal court ruleing I am exploring my options of going to college here on the unit. I have already talked to the counselor about taking the entry exams. Might as well work on getting some degrees while I sit and wait. Hopefully something will come down from the federal court with some good news on the case soon. It is in my thoughts practically every day. Everyone please keep me and this whole situation in your prayer and hopefully this nightmare will be over soon!
