PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Josh Gratton recorded his first two-game of the season as
the Philadelphia Phantoms defeated the Milwaukee Admirals, 5-1, on Sunday.
Gratton, who ranks third in the league with 156 penalty minutes, opened the
scoring 4:44 into the first period and netted his third maker of the season
late in the final stanza. Riley Cote had two assists and Patrick Sharp
registered his fourth point in his last three games with a goal for
Philadelphia, which improved to 13-1-1 on home ice. Neil Little turned aside
26 of the 27 shots he faced to improve to 6-1-0 with a 2.13 goals-against
average. Brian Finely, who was pulled midway through the second period, gave
up four goals on 14 shots in the loss. Wyatt Smith had the lone goal for
Milwaukee, which had its four-game road winning streak snapped. 1
