NORFOLK, VA -- Mike Peluso, Ian MacNeil and Ben Stafford each scored in the
third period to help the Philadelphia Phantoms rally for a 3-1 victory over the
Norfolk Admirals on Saturday. Peluso evened the score at 1-1 nearly four
minutes into the final stanza. MacNiel established a one-goal lead with 4:28
left in regulation and Stafford capped the scoring on an empty-netter. Neil
Little stopped 15 of the 16 shots he faced to raise his record to 8-6-0 for
Philadelphia, which improved to 3-2-1 against Norfolk this season. Craig
Anderson gave up three goals on 12 third-period shots and ended with 33 saves
in the loss. Quintin Laing scored midway through the first period for the
Admirals, who have now been held to one goal or less in 15 contests this year.
