PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Nate DiCasmirro had two goals and an assist late in
regulation as the Toronto Roadrunners rallied to defeat the Philadelphia
Phantoms, 4-2, on Saturday. Dicasmirro helped Jamie Wright even the score at
2-2 with 5:25 remaining in the third period, netted his second goal of the
season over three minutes later and capped the scoring on an empty netter.
Wright added an assist and Stephen Valiquette made 20 saves for Toronto, which
recorded its first-ever victory in franchise history. Little, who ended with 26
saves, surrendered four goals on 19 third-period shots in the loss. Patrick
Sharp and John Slaney each scored for Philadelphia, which had its three-game
unbeaten streak snapped. 1
