PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Boyd Kane and Kirby Law each scored in the third period to
help the Philadelphia Phantoms earn a 3-3 tie with the Hartford Wolf Pack on
Friday. Kane netted his third power-play goal of the season 3:33 into the final
stanza and Law completed the scoring just under five minutes later with his
team-leading 18th marker. Antero Niittymaki made 26 saves in the tie for
Philadelphia, which extended its unbeaten streak to five games. Jason LaBarbera
stopped 26 shots for Hartford. Jason Heerema and Cory Larose each had a goal
and an assist for the Wolf Pack, who are 1-3-2 since January 21.
