PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Antero Niittymaki recorded his third shutout of the season
for the Philadelphia Phantoms in a 4-0 win over the Hershey Bears on Friday.
Niittymaki stopped 13 shots over the final 20 minutes and made 19 total saves
to raise his record to 11-7-4. Peter White contributed a goal and an assist
for Philadelphia, which recorded five consecutive victories for the first time
this year. Peter Budaj gave up three goals on 16 first-period shots and ended
with 25 saves in the loss for Heshey, which failed to register a shot in the
second period and had its four-game unbeaten streak snapped.
