"I am just looking for more Biblical support than what i have managed to find on my own. "

Hopefully what I have provided is a good start.  Now, here is a list of resources that I said I would provide that deal with these issues:

1. The Threshold (Monergism.com):  http://www.monergism.com/directory/.  This site is truly amazing.  I have provided the link to their directory.  Click on any of the following topics for your study of these issues:

Predestination:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Predestination/

Sovereignty of God:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Sovereignty-of-God/

Providence of God:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Providence-of-God/

God's Will:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Gods-Will/

Free Will:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Free-Will/

Calvinism:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Calvinism/

Reformed Theology:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Reformed-Theology/

Doctrines of Grace: http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Doctrines-of-Grace/

Five Sola's:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Five-Solas/

There are many other topics, but I thought that those were the most pertinent.  Obviously, feel free to check anything else out there that you want.

2.  The Westminster Confession of Faith – this is a historic confession of Reformation churches back in the 1600's.  The first 10 chapters in particular should prove helpful.  Each article of faith also has biblical support listed: http://www.reformed.org/documents/wcf_with_proofs/index.html

http://members.aol.com/RSICHURCH/faith.html - See also the catechism questions.

3.  Books:

            a.  Chosen By God by Dr. R.C. Sproul – note:  I would purchase anything you could from Sproul. He is an outstanding and engaging teacher.  He also has a lecture series based on his book that you can purchase and which I highly recommend.  You can get the lecture series in either audio or video.  The book and audio/video lectures can be purchase here:  http://secure.ligonier.org/search.php?keyword=chosen+by+god&action.x=6&action.y=7.  His home site is www.ligonier.org

            b.  The Sovereignty of God by A.W. Pink:  http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/4389/nm/The_Sovereignty_of_God

            c.  The Five Points of Calvinism by David Steele – this book is considered a classic http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/3315/nm/Five_Points_of_Calvinism_Defined_Defended_and_Documented_2nd_ed_

            d.  The Potters Freedom by Dr. James White – this book is a response to Norm Geisler's book Chosen But Free.  Dr. White really dismantles Geisler, however, some find White's style to be a little too "in your face."  Though he was direct, I personally did not find it that way.  Regardless, The Potters Freedom will really give you a great insight: http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/1080/nm/Potter_s_Freedom.  Here are the radio files of James White's program called "The Dividing Line" where he critiques Geisler's book.  These are extremely informative.  To access, place your cursor over the file (date), hold down the Ctrl key, and click  Or, right click, and select "Open Hyperlink."

          e.  The Doctrines of Grace: Rediscovering the Evangelical Gospel by James Boice and Phillip Ryken – This book actually proved instrumental in leading a friend of mine to accept the doctrines of grace (another nickname for Calvinism).  As a matter of fact, he was one of those who found The Potters Freedom to be a bit too harsh, but he really liked this book. http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/1803/nm/Doctrines_of_Grace_Rediscovering_the_Evangelical_Gospel/parent_id/11

            f.  Systematic Theology by Wayne Grudem:  http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/2487/nm/Systematic_Theology_An_Introduction_to_Biblical_Doctrine_Grudem_/parent_id/11 - This is a very "user friendly" SSystematic Theology, and I recommend it especially for those that may not be that familiar with Systematic theologies.  The other Systematic Theologies that I would recommend would be the following:

                        - Reformed Dogmatics by Herman Bavinck – this is the systematic theology that we use at Westminster .  I recommend you purchase Volumes 2 and 3.  The first volume is introductory material that while important, can be a bit on the confusing side at first.  Vol 2: :   http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/3686/nm/Reformed_Dogmatics_Vol_2_God_and_Creation_Hardcover_/parent_id/11.  Vol 3: http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/4421/nm/Reformed_Dogmatics_Vol_3_Sin_and_Salvation_in_Christ/parent_id/11

                        - Systematic Theology by Louis Berkhof:  http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/191/nm/Systematic_Theology_Berkhof_/parent_id/11 – this was the standard bearer for a long time in seminaries and is a valuable resource.

                        - New Systematic Theology of the Christian Faith by Robert Reymond: http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/1381/nm/New_Systematic_Theology_of_the_Christian_Faith/parent_id/11  – this is a newer systematic theology.

                        g.  The Bondage of the Will by Martin Luther – a classic!  http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/2295/nm/Bondage_of_the_Will

                        h.  The Institutes of the Christian Religion by John Calvin – another classic! http://www.wtsbooks.com/product-exec/product_id/1157/nm/Institutes_of_the_Christian_Religion_2_Volumes_Hardcover_

4.  Audio and Video:

            a. VIDEO: Amazing Grace:  The History and Theology of Calvinism:  This is an awesome DVD, very well produced and very informative. http://www.monergismbooks.com/Amazing-Grace-The-History-Theology-of-Calvinism-DVD-p-16342.html.

            b.  AUDIO:  TULIP by John Piper:  http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Audio-and-Multimedia/Doctrine-and-Theology/Calvinism/John-Piper--TULIP/ - you can listen to these lectures on-line, or purchase the audio at http://www.desiringgod.org/Store/TopicIndex/105/ (I would purchase the booklets as well, as they are very informative).

            c.  Other audio files from James White:

                        - Radio Free Geneva – these are programs Dr. White does sometimes that deal specifically with the issues of Reformed Theology.  There are critiques of sermons here, and other things: http://www.aomin.org/index.php?query=radio+free+geneva&amount=0&blogid=1

                        - Responses to Dave Hunt and various others – Hunt has been one of the more vocal opponents of Reformed theology.  Opposition is not the problem though. The problem is that Mr. Hunt continually misrepresents the views he is critiquing.  Anyway, you may find these programs to be very interesting:
