Car: Metro 1.4 16v GTi MPi
Engine: 1396cc 16v multi-point injection K series engine

Engine Mods: K&N cone filter on silicone induction pipe. Throttle butterfly reprofiled and throttle stop adjusted. Janspeed 4 branch manifold, janspeed cat replacement pipe. One off rear section with powerflow stainless silencer and twin centre exit 2 1/2 in tailpipes. Rover 216 gearbox with selector and clutch release arms modded to fit. Rover 216 clutch

Interior Mods: Rear side pannel rivets replaced by allen bolts. Red seatbelts. Instrument surround painted body colour. Additional dials in radio pannel, oil temperature, oil pressure, ammeter. Carbonfibre film. Debadged wheel centre. Momo alloy gear knob, alloy and carbonfibre handbrake sleive. Alloy window winders. Battery moved to boot, with gold plated battery terminals.

Body Mods: Smoothed remodeled front bumper with larger intake, splitter and brake cooling ducts. Front wings altered to allow wheels to fit with no scrub, side repeaters removed; replaced by leds in wing mirrors. Side mouldings removed. Rear arches cut out to remove rust, new arches spaced out slightly to cover wheels without scrub. Boot handle colour coded and lock removed opperated by interior button. All badges removed. Rear bumper smoothed with additional splitter. Adapted to make space for centre exit exhaust. Rear cluster indicators tinted black, reversing lights painted red. Side windows (front and back) tinted light smoke. Tinted sunroof. Evo bennet vent with alloy scoops, cut down passenger side heater vent, drivers side vent filled in. Painted caribbean blue pearlessent.

ICE: Pioneer CD headunit relocated to under dash, Pioneer 6in co-ax front speakers, alpine 6x9s

Other: 6x15inch compomotive TH2 wheels, made to special order (believed to be the only set on a metro in the country) with 195 45 15 khumo tyres. Ferrodo front pads and rear shoes. Brake disk shields removed. Red callipers

Ian has done all the work to his car HIMSELF. Its a great example of how enough effort to a car can make it look truly awsome. Ians own personal tastes have carved the look of his car, its as close to a Lancia Delta Integrale Evo as i've ever seen a metro get!
