Dear Sir, I've enjoyed reading all of your books. I most enjoy reading the Bannerman series. Paul is the man-the man we all would like to be. I'm disabled and can't get out much so reading is my main passion and your books are among my favorite. Thanks so much, Larry Lawson Dayton, ohio

Mr. Maxim, I am a big fan of all of your books, especially the Bannerman series. I am sure that you get asked this question many times, but I am about to ask it anyway. Do you have plans to bring Bannerman and friends back in a new book? I hope that you are. I w ll look forward to reading about Bannerman, Lesko and others in any new adventures that you devise for them. Thank you for your time and wonderful characters. I will look for Whistler's Angel next year.

This is for Ranger 7. Abel Baker Charley will be republished next March. If you don't want to wait, I have a few extra copies of the Bantam edition. If you'd like one, give me an address. Regards, JRM

The Bannerman books were some of the most engrossing I have ever read, I have actually read them twice since they were published. I even got my husband to read them (and he's not a reader) and he loved 'em! I'm sure many would agree, we want more Banner an and the crew! Thanks!

Chris, lovely job on the site!! JRM, I think you are brilliant. Nobody turns a phrase like you do. When I read S.R. Donaldson, I always say, "Aaaa. I can do that." But when I read you, I always say, "I WANT TO WRITE LIKE THAT!!!!" Think you are the b st. Your publisher should put your books out in matching hardbounds though. And give you your own book club! Looking forward to lots more of your books for years to come! Lots of love, D.

Hello Mr. Max, I'm a friend of Jeff's from Cornell. Just thought I'd drop you a line and tell you I enjoyed Shadowbox, which I read sometime last year. I think I also read Mosaic at some point a while ago, though my memory is somewhat fuzzy. I do remember meeting you once during my stint at Cornell, on a madcap dash to The City and your place in CT. I guess I just wanted to let you know that your son is an inveterate womanizer. In case you didn't know. Keep up the good work. Nick

I'm the guy who slapped this Web page together, so any comments or suggestions are welcome. John R. Maxim is an incredible storyteller and I highly recommend all of his novels (especially the Bannerman books - The Bannerman Solution is the first of the se ies).
