When I was studying 4th Class, I lost my mother. I have two brothers and one sister. When my mother died my sister was 11 months old, so at that time we faced many difficulties. I used to go around and visit my neighbor's houses for milk to feed my sister.
At the age of 11 I joined a Christian Hostel and studied up to 7th Class. One night when I was sleeping I did see a mighty light, and God talked with me. I told one of my teachers about this experience, and he told me that in time I would become a Servant of God. I then forgot this incident over time.
When I was in High School and College, I was a nominal Christian. I faced many troubles financially and socially. I had no peace of mind either. I used to go cinemas to comfort myself. I did not find comfort no matter where I looked or what I tried. For nearly one month I had been thinking of how I would commit suicide. One day, I seriously decided to commit suicide after doing a few last things "in life". For one, I wanted to go to a movie with my best friend. When we were going to the movie, one of my friends who is a Pastor met us. The friend that was with me went into the church along with him, but I chose to sit outside. As my friends were talking about the Word of God I was inspired to join them, and I stepped into the Church. As my friend was talking about the Word of God a great fear entered my heart, a fear of God's Judgment.
At that moment I gave up my thoughts of suicide and avidly sought the Word of God. Shortly afterwards I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour. Then I was baptised and filled with The Holy Spirit.
When I was 26 years old, according to the Will of God I entered Faith Center Bible College, and successfully completed CTH. I then served as an Assistant Pastor for five years.
Then, to continue in my "my calling" from God, I started The Bethesda Ministries among the Hindu people of India. After one year I married Dayamani. She is very kind and extremely interested in the Word and Ministry of God. I praise our Lord for Dayamani because she has been faithfully serving right along with me. She is a blessing given unto me from The LORD God Almighty.
Amen
