Wine Drank by John Jaster
I went from tea totaler to Wine Century Club member and have tried 156 different wine grapes in three years.
Librandi Ciro Bianco; Kindzmarauli Semi Sweet; Remole Toscana; Vina Chocolan Cab Sauv

Librandi, Ciro, Bianco (Fiano), 2007 - We tried this in our wine tasting group at work and it was universally liked.  It's light with hints of citrus and salt, an aromatics not unlike gewurztraminer, and a nice finish.  Easily above average for a 7 out of 10 score.

Kindzmarauli, Semi Sweet Red, 2007 (Georgia) - It's essentially a dessert wine although only semi-sweet as the label indicated.  The color is deep and the flavor decent, not unlike a cabernet sauvignon, so it's no wonder when I tried the orange label of this same brand (which was their "Ancestry" version) I found it quite similar to a cab too.  Anyway, the semi-sweet is nice but I'm just going to call it average at a 5 out of 10.

Frescobaldi, Remole, Toscana, 2006 (Italy) - This was recommended as a quality chianti in an affordable price range.  Although it was fine I found it a little weak and boring and have had other chiantis at this price which were better.  Still you do get some sour cherry.  It's OK.  5 out of 10 for lower average.

Vina Chocolan, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007 (Chile) - This was highly recommended as a bold powerhouse of a wine.  I'll agree it's very good, bold and rich, easily above average for a 7 out of 10 score, but still it didn't quite live up to the hype for me.  I'd love having this again - I just think the store oversold it.
