Texture and Shapes 2006 |

Most of my early projects were in oil but this year I stared experimenting with acrylic which has lots of texture media and effects. I'm hooked. |

Flesh Wounds, acrylic on hardboard. #291. Layers of color which were then gauged and sliced. Were I to do it again I think I could get better colors out of it. Available. |

Genesis, acrylic on board. #338. I had made acrylic tiles for a mosaic but didn't like it so I stacked them up and they stuck together. This project was an attempt to reuse the fused tiles. Available. |
