| Warner Home Video (WHV) will commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the great comedy classic, National Lampoon's Vacation, by releasing a new 20th Anniversary Special Edition DVD August 19. WHV will also release another Chevy Chase film, Memoirs of an Invisible Man. These two new DVDs will include commentaries, outtakes, featurettes and theatrical trailers and will be available for $19.98 SRP. National Lampoon's Vacation: 20th Anniversary Special Edition is packed with special features and available for the first time in widescreen format. The movie tells the story of the Griswold family, determined to make it from their home in Chicago to Wally World, their favorite California amusement park. But from the moment they pile into their car, everything that can go wrong does. Chevy Chase, in his signature role of Clark Griswold, is joined by an insane cast of characters that include Beverly D'Angelo, Randy Quaid, Christie Brinkley, Anthony Michael Hall and John Candy. National Lampoon's Vacation: 20th Anniversary Special Edition was directed by Harold Ramis (Analyze That, Caddyshack).
