large European banking institution during its startup of its full

Structured the first and largest debt-equity swap for and between the

Philippine National Government’s Internal Revenue Allotment to all Local
Government Units amounting to Php6.7Billion; designed and implemented
mobility program for the Municipalities nationwide;
