The term "IMPLODE" means "to burst inward." The meaning behind the band name is we try to take negative feelings and use the music and lyrics to transform them in a positive, constructive direction (as opposed to self-destructive). We also hope that our songs will motivate others to accomplish their goals and provide a means of emotional release.
