1) How do you know (from Scripture) that the Gospel of Matthew was written by Matthew? If you don't, then why is it in Scripture?
2) Why is the Epistle to the Hebrews in the bible? How do we know (from Scripture) that it has apostolic authority?
3) Why is the Gospel of Matthew in Scripture? While it may be an accurate biography of Jesus, how do you know (from Scripture) that Matthew didn't just decide to write a Gospel by himself, independend of God's inspiration?
4) Paul commanded the Thessalonians to hold firm to both the written and oral teachings (2 Thessalonians 2:15). If the bible is our only source of infallible teaching and Tradition is not equal to it, then when did this command cease?
5) We know of at least 2 letters that Paul wrote that did not make it into Scripture (1 Corinthians 5:9, Colossians 4:16). If these weren't scriptural, then how do we know (from Scripture) that his other letters and the letters from Peter, James, John, and Jude should be in Scripture?
