Christmas time is getting near, take a peek
outside, it has become a icy wintery look.
Everything is covered in snow, icicles hanging in a
wintery ice capade, like a scene in a Christmas book.
This winter storm is passing through like a blizzard
in the night, the rain is falling and freezing as it drops.
The lights are shining like crystals from the wintery ice,
to take your breath away as you look at the tree tops.
A beautiful white Christmas, Santa and his deer,
will have no problem with his sleigh upon the ice.
Winter ice capades will be coming on time, as the
holidays approaches, the children seems so nice.
The winter season, the bears are in hiding, the ducks
are gone south, God has spread a blanket of snow.
A happy sound is in the air, everywhere you will
go, especially at Christmas time, the lights are aglow.
The people are smiling, the carolers are singing, bell
ringers are ringing, it’s a very happy time of the year.
What a beautiful sight to see, in this cold winter season,
a time of giving and loving thoughts for holiday cheer.
In our hearts, we think of the birth of our beloved savior,
on this special occasion, we think of His wonderful love.
To leave behind another year, to be put into the past,
let’s bow our heads to say a lovely prayer to Him, above.
