Nanay's 1960 Ford Falcon

This page showcases my grandmother's 1960 Ford Falcon. Its been with the family as far as I can remember.
Its been passed on to uncle, to cousin, to cousin, to me, to cousin, to uncle, to sister-in-law, and now back to me.
This car has a 144-cid inline-6 cylinder engine fed by a single barrel Holley carburator. This car was restored back in 1989 and was used extensively as a back-up car for whomever in the family needs a back-up car.
The pictures above show its current state. The paint is somewhat faded and there are small rusted spots mostly in the lower portion of the car. The bumpers need new chrome-plating and the floorboards are rusted through. It still runs and can be driven around town if you don't mind not having air conditioning.
On April 3, 2003, I took "Tony" around the block one last time, then I handed over the keys to the new owner.   At last this bird will get the attention that it deserves.

Since March 12, 1999,
visitors have dropped by.
