Johan and Ina's 1989 Nissan Cefiro A31
The prodigal son is back in the garage! This A31 Cefiro left our garage sometime in 2001. But in July 19, 2003 Johan struck a good deal and reclaimed the Cefiro. Our 1993 Mitsubishi Galant GTi-16V has left the garage to make room.
Old picture before it left the garage.
This Cefiro comes with an RB24-A 2.4 liter SOHC carbureted inline-6 cylinder engine. Its rated at 141HP @ 5000rpm with 20.1kg-m of torque @ 4,400 rpm. Its no monster of an engine, but its more than adequate since its mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. It rolls on 15" OEM Nissan Alloy Wheels wrapped with Bridgestone 205/60-15 tires. Creature comforts include Power Steering, Air Conditioning, Power Windows, Power Locks, and a 2-DIN AM/FM Cassette.
Before we took the Cefiro back, the previous owner had it its dings touched up and painted. (Thanks Kim!)

Cefiro Drift Pictures:
The A31 Cefiro is a sought after car in the drift-scene in Japan. It shares most of the underpinnings of an S13 Sylvia and the Skyline. The possibility of bolt-on performance parts are wide open. It is very tempting to bolt-on an Japan-spec RB20DET turbo engine into this car.
My apologies for posting these pictures I swiped from Marc's site above. These are a few of my favorites.
